Worst app I have ever used
Worst app I have ever used nothing but going around in circles and constantly having to set up some new information there is no easy straight forward way to pay your bill and it’s to the point where I am ready to just drop my coverage all together because of the frustration that comes with just trying to pay a bill with blue cross blue shield it’s mentally exhausting trying to navigate your web site and your app
Could be better
It’s a bit more modern than the old BCBSRI app, however it doesn’t support adding your insurance card to your Apple or android wallet. What year is it?
Not loading
When I click on different choices I get a note, loading, and it never loads.
Excellent chat feature
I like being able to casually text over an unlimited time, in or out of the app, without having to start over. This is how most people communicate these days
App issues
Cannot find the information for my healthcare spending account credit card and all the spp wants to do is dign me up for health classes….nightmare!!
Slow
App is very slow to load. Also, it only gives options for earning points via steps versus other activities (strength training, cycling, etc.).
Fraudulent in the extreme
This app lists hundreds of local PCP as “accepting new patients”. Lies. Not a single place on Aquidneck island is taking new patients. Their website lists over 100. Half the phone numbers you dial are invalid or covert to non medical businesses. If this is the level of fraud with the available services, imagine the industrial level fraud they are doing with the billing. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance regulator. If nothing happens then I will file one via the federal Dept of Treasury as a strong candidate to investigate for wire fraud etc.
Awful
This is by far the WORST app I’ve ever experienced. You have to log in every time you open it and logging in takes forever, not to mention it will constantly kick you back to the log in screen and tell you it can’t verify your information. I’m forced to used this app to get healthcare credits AKA a legal way for them to charge people higher premiums. And the fact that the app sucks makes me believe it’s intentional to discourage people from getting these credits. Call me a conspiracy theorist but that’s how much this app pisses me off!
Impossible
This app makes paying my bill so impossible. Major headache every month.
Not helpful
Still glitchy. These reviews are just from internal. Go back to the old platform. App keeps freezing.

This app is garbage along with the company it represents
Couldn’t be worse
I have had no help. I cannot see my family’s EOBs which I need to claim with our HRA. Providers are chasing me for $1000s and I have no paperwork. It’s just as bad in the phone with BCBS of RI. No help.
Face ID
Face ID should never expire
No, just no.
Cumbersome user experience. Great for making it difficult to earn points for incentives. Customer support gives wrong info. Members are the consequence and this app designer presumably still paid.
