Deleted all my prayers and pictures I had saved. Only updated because the old version lost support. I didn’t know it would delete my things :( Good app though.
Disappointing Update Practices
I have enjoyed this app over the years and had built up a collection of prayers I wrote, which I saved in this app. Unfortunately after their recent update, they deleted/hid all user created content, so I lost access to all of the prayers I had written. I have been unable to connect with the developers or get assistance with this either. I cannot recommend an app that hides or deletes your content without warning to backup outside of the app.

Yall ruined the app for me
Features that were once free when the app was known as Eikon, are now paywalled. Very disappointing. Also the update nuked my custom prayers I had added to my wall.
New update both good and bad
I have been using this app for a short time before the update from 2 days ago and have being enjoying learning about the order prayers and adding custom ones. The layout is a big improvement and I enjoy the new organization of the psalters, and daily readings even though some of them are now paywalled. I don’t even mind that the app now requires payment for fully functionality of the app, I just wish that I could make a single lifetime payment rather a subscription. Unfortunately with the update some of the changes are less enjoyable. For one the moving stars in the background of the prayer screen are extremely distracting and I couldn’t find a setting to turn them off. Also my custom prayers were deleted or placed behind the paywalls extra screens and when I attempted to re-add them the image selection wouldn’t work and the moving of the icons on screen was sluggish and inaccurate. I wish I could edit how the prayer screens functioned such as making the scroll vertical or shrinking the icons themselves to more seamlessly fit on one extended page. I would have reached out to the developer directly regarding these issues but there’s no contact info for him within the app or the App Store besides his Instagram account.
New update wipes out old data
I understand the meaning behind the name change, but I preferred the old name and icon (in an iOS sense). More disturbingly, all my carefully crafted prayers and icons (in an Orthodox sense) were erased when the app automatically updated. I loved the app before.
Unfortunate Update
I have loved this app. Got it when it was “Eikon”. I think that was a more eye catching name and app tile. I also think the UI was MUCH more pleasant and comfortable than the new font and UI changes. I am also quite upset that whatever I had in it previously seems to have been factory reset. My custom icons and prayers — GONE. Very unfortunate, but I’ll give the new thing some more shots.

Update Ruined The App
Used to be an awesome free prayer app. Unexpected update wiped all user customized prayers with no warning and everything is behind a paywall. Disappointing.
Great App!
Awesome app, but I wish there were more prayers. Also it looks like there’s a way to add your own prayers to the app, but it doesn’t let me when I type everything in and select “Add Prayer” I’m not sure if this is a technical issue, but the app is still really great and I would recommend using for simple prayers. But other than that, I love how I can access all the readings for the day so easily and without having to pay. It’s really great!
Monthly Pay Wall - “Patron”
A great app, there are many great tools that are free, but there are many other prayer tools that are blocked by a pay wall. Monetizing off of what could be used to help people is shameful.

I’ve been using this fantastic app for months now and when I woke up this morning to say my prayers, you updated and all my saved information was gone! Can I get it back?
Awesome app, needs some optimization
When adding new prayers (top right button), there is extreme stuttering/lag in the UI when scrolling through prayers to add.

There are some nice prayers in here. But add prayer function dos not work.

App gets stuck
I could not figure out how to get back to the main frame or menu once a prayer was opened. No matter what I did, I was stuck on that frame, I could not find any exit or back button anywhere. I had to delete the app.

Nothing in this app works. Developer used AI way too much and developed a non working piece of garbage. Shame on you for lying to the Orthodox Community. Put chat gpt away and use your brain to make an app that actually works.
Excellent app for daily lectionary
I find this app really helpful for keeping up with the daily lectionary and synaxarion. The reflections and homilies are great too. I usually go through these things after morning prayers. My only criticism would be the numbering on the quarterly psalter. Sometimes it’s there and other times it isn’t or it’s in the text itself. Also, thank you for adding a daily quote from one of the saints! God bless.
It’s Great
I really love this app, I can pray whenever I am away from my icon corner. Being in my icon corner really helps me when I pray so this is great when I am away. I love the prayers they have and that you can customize it. I really recommend this app. I wish I had found this sooner.

Incredible App
As an inquirer into Orthodoxy, this has been an incredible tool. As a prior Catholic who used great apps like IBreviary and Hallow, this app beats both of those. This is an incredible tool and I love using it!
