Railway section
I have done the railway section 12 or 13 times and still cannot find the slate. Love the game but it just keeps repeating the same pattern of collecting glass. What am I doing wrong? Ugh

I love the game, but it does keep closing itself. I have to go back and complete the same tasks that I have already done.
Change over time
I loved the game at first. Then the quests became ridiculous. I need so many materials I have to do a train trip 3-5 times. To do each train trip, I have to do a mine trip. To do each mine trip, I need oil and dynamite, which requires exploration trips or ads. Good grief. I've been trying to gather these supplies for 3 days already. The game is now boring. You ruined it.
Enjoy the game but ads every 4 minutes
I really enjoy this game but it seems that they’ve increased the ads. I seem to get an ad every 4 to 5 minutes apart that last 1 minute or more. Also, there are so many places on the game board that I hit a pop up to purchase the resources I happen to pass by. It’s like they decreased the size of the game board but increased the amount of resources and resource processors so that it’s hard to move around without hitting multiple pop ups. I now remember why I stopped playing before.

The game I guess used to be so much better. I don’t want to have to collect snow just so that I can do this. Stuck on a level
I like this game however, it says to take the train to collect 40 Slate, but I’ve done the mission 5 times and it only lets me collect glass. No slate to be found. I’m stuck.

I went to go play Gold Rush: frozen adventures and I keep getting kicked out after it uploads I keep getting kick out. I even tried writing to the support about it. It still kept kicking me out. Also gave me a Christmas claim. I didn’t get a chance to claim it can you please fix it? I like the game give me five stars for it, but I there’s some issues.

Hate the new update
Please change the update back. I hate this new update. I liked being able to go back to different expeditions because there was one that I could easily collect items I needed quickly and now I can’t access those different levels of expeditions and I’m actually very irritated. I play this game all the time.

The game was fun in building and discovering the new cities but after the wedding all this game does is send me back and forth to collect provisions… especially with the red wood for the shaman. is this it?

Way toooo much
I was playing this game for months and it’s straight! Then I realized that all the other games I play only cost me one time $9.99 for the extra powers in the hammer and shovel. This one is $14.00 every 7 days . After a few months I’m like this isn’t that fun to be paying that much! Good game but it’s either gonna take you forever to complete a takes from running the snow to the fire the whole time or you’re gonna be paying out your be-hind to get the job done! It’s up to you….
Train problems
I have reached level 31 and when you go on the train and clear the first section, you repair the railroad, and you can’t get on the train, it asks you to repair the railroad, if you click on the magnifying glass it takes you to the next section and you can only leave by clicking on the signpost for home and leave, this means you do not complete the level
Not sure it worth it
U guess it having problems again, ofc I just spent $25 for the snow blower and the gold axe for 7 days and now I can’t get it to open seriously truly love this game but I am thinking is it worth it anymore. I am having so many problems to often, I need a refund I am missing days I love this game, I don’t get bored, usually new quests, but this last update seem to make more problems then to solve them, I have emailed more then a couple times for them to fix my problems on the game. I hope they fix them soon I’m going through withdrawals lol
Disappointed
I got to the point where I have to built a lightning tower and it keeps booting me out when I go mine. Takes my oil and my tomatoes. It’s done it 4x now. That is the reason I drop my stars to 4!!! If you could return them to me or compensate me I will bump it back to 5 stars!!! Yet again taking my oil I worked for. Stars will keep going down if it keeps up. I was going to get all the workers but with this glitch and no compensation for me getting kicked out of mining I’m not gonna. Fix your glitch !!!! Please

I love this game, it literally has no adds and it is just like the add but better. I totally would recommend this game. Who ever made this was very smart. It is my fav game ever. It is literally the freaking best.
Glitches
The game is extremely fun except when it glitches, freezes or shuts down. Often you lose required items to do tasks so you either have to spend time getting the items again or pay for gems. Contacting support is pointless as they don’t reimburse any lose gems or fix issues Please note that they don’t actually read the reviews because I indicated that I contacted support and they did nothing to replace the lost items (I paid for) when the game shut down. In fact, support blamed me for the games glitches. Stay away from this game
Glitchy
Game is a lot of fun, good competitive play with other players. But it glitched at a point she I could no longer do anything. I blew up the required boulders on the train adventure but game didn’t recognize I had, so stuck.

I love this game but I honestly don’t like how there are pop up ads now. They are excessive and they want $12 to remove them. I remember playing this game when the only ads you watched were for extra goods or to cut down time. The game itself is great but the ads are killing the enjoyment for me.

This game could be interesting if it weren’t for the greedy owners. There are way too many ads that keep getting more and more frequent as well as longer and longer. It’s extremely frustrating.
Won’t let me progress!
Absolutely love this game! However, just unlocked the expeditions and cannot access them. Keeps saying check internet connection. It is not my internet! Contacted support and they gave me suggestions from checking internet, uploading newer version which I can’t do and updating my phones program. Nothing works. So going to delete the game. Such a shame.

After the last update in April every time I go on an exploration if it goes to an advert while cutting something it freezes and I have to restart the app, so frustrating and unusable at the moment

Fun (for an ad-heavy game) until I reached a game stopper
I had fun working through the quests, until I reached I quest I couldn't finish. I was supposed to upgrade a building, which required a lot of water. But I I can't get past it: the game seems to have misplaced the dozens and dozens of buckets I'd already collected, but didn't give me a new source. Oh well. Watch out: forced ads and tons of popups for in-app purchases.
