The ai is my only complaint
Pretty good game. MANY dragons and even amazing mechanics! Love the fact you can name your dragons and even chat! My only complaint which maybe I’m wrong but a lot of the art and animations seems to be made of ai. Which creates a lot of imperfections I’ve noticed and just doesn’t look good entirely. I would LOVE if they hired an artist to draw the dragons with maybe more drawing for different moves they do! I wouldn’t even mind if there is little to none animation as long as the art was good! It was SOOOO much potential tho and two amazing games mixed into a game about my favorite fantasy creatures! I do recommend ^U^
Boring. Should focus on fixing DVC after all the money people spent on it
I was expecting an upgrade from DVC. Many people spent a lot of money in DVC, just for all that to go to waste and this company to create a new cash grab without any element of “catch em all”, which was the original appeal.

先說裡面的角色很可愛，但是活動都是以課金為主，基本上沒克金拿不太到什麼獎勵。 別的遊戲都是10抽10個角色，不知道為什麼要設定轉蛋池十抽永遠會是一堆道具加上1-2隻龍，要抽到傳說的機率會多低？一個限定角抽超過100抽還拿不到，就算有克金也是抽不到⋯ 絕望

나이차 많이 나는 사촌동생과 같이 하는 유저입니다. 초등학생인 아이에게 일베하는 20대들이 폭언을 해서 상처받았다고 울길래 신고도 꽤 오래 넣고있는데 왜 버젓이 운영자가 봇 딸깍해서 안달린다고 조롱하면서 유저들에게 과격한 언사를 하는게 지속되게 하시나요? 진짜 인게임 모니터링을 안하는건지,내부에 일베하는 사람이 있어 검열을 안하는건지 매우 불쾌한 경험을 한 게임이기도 합니다. 캐릭터 디자인,시스템 등 좋고 재미있는 게임이라 생각합니다만 운영의 질이 많이 떨어지는것 같습니다. 인게임 신고 처벌 수위를 높여주셨으면 합니다 악질 유저들이 정지당하면 그만이라고 떠드니 정지까지도 고려해주셨으면 하네요

I love the story and creativity of this game, when I got the game I wasn’t expecting it to be good but when I started playing I couldn’t stop, I highly suggest this game.
Disappointed
I grew up with the original Dragon Village, and have since played every iteration of it. The dragon designs and art style are what drew me in from the very start and these games are very dear to me because of it. Heck, they’re one of the first things that ever inspired me to learn to draw. I’ve loved watching the style and dragons evolve and grow over the years, but this is where I draw the line. Seeing these designs that are so important to me butchered by generative AI, fed into something that does nothing but steal from artists and ruin our planet is absolutely heartbreaking. This is the first Dragon Village game that I outright refuse to play unless something changes. I love these games and I love the world they’ve created, I can only hope that the developers hear what me and the other players like me have said and remove the AI generated cutscenes and ads from the game so I can continue to enjoy this series that is so dear to me. I’d genuinely prefer placeholders instead of the AI generated cutscenes, I’d play the game in that state. I will not when it is like this. Edit: I deeply appreciate the response, thank you. I will keep my eyes on the game, as I’m very hopeful that things will change. I just wanted to clarify that I was referring to the AI generated ads for Dragon Village 3, not the unrelated ads displayed in the game. I should have made that more clear, sorry!

I saw this game and thought it was interesting, so I played it for a few days. Every time there is a new feature it practically forces you to do it with a tutorial. They use AI for a lot of things-which is quite obvious-and even used it for one of the animations when I got a Legendary egg. Seriously? It does get boring quickly, and the faces gives you many good eggs quickly, but you have to be a certain rank to get the closures or whatever they are called. It can get annoying, and almost all the events involve watching an ad

할 말이 많습니다.. 전투는 포켓몬 스타일을 그대로 베껴왔고 그대로 베끼긴 뭐하니까 차별점을 주려고 했던 것인지 매우 높은편인 치명타 확률에다가 더블,트리플 어택까지… 스토리나 여러 부분에서 저런 요소가 없었다면 이겼지만 치명타나 더블이 터져서 지는 소위 말하는 억까가 너무 많습니다. 한두번도 아니고 정말 너무 많습니다. 베낄거면 잘 좀 베끼지 참 아쉽네요.

OK, I love this game cause I love dragons also Pokémon and I love all the games that you guys make, and I will recommend it to so many people if they love dragons and Pokémon. And here are some of my ideas 1. What if you make it where there is elder age for the dragons? They are so much stronger and have more abilities, but they’re even more hard to get than an adult 2. you can play some games with your dragons so you can interact with them. You can even have them walk around with you and also what if they could change faces if they’re mad, sad or happy and I know you have another one of your games that has that or more, but still, why not! that’s all I have to say I hope you can add these have a great day!

I downloaded this game yet never played it after watching an ad that looked suspiciously like ai. I went looking to see if maybe I was paranoid but I was right! It does use ai for certain things like pull animations. Someone ON THE TEAM even admitted they use ai which sucks because, if the artstyle isn't ai slop and is genuinely from a real person, it's cool!

Enjoying but…
I really love the game. I haven’t played a dragon collection themed app in forever. But, unless the entire AI art scandal can finally end and this game gives original human made art I refuse to give any of my money to it. For now I will be a free-to-play user. What sucks about the whole thing is that because there’s AI used in the cutscenes it makes me wary for the other artistic choices in the game’s design. How much of it is real and how much of it is fake? In using some AI for designs you cast doubt on others. I think people are completely in the right for taking a stand to that kind of content, and I hope this can be fixed soon. When that day comes I will change my star rating of the game and update my review.

Game is okay
The pixel art is beautiful and the illustrations are too. The story does not feel nearly as engaging or as ease-of-access as dv2. I miss dv2 and would love to see a return or remaster. The story of Dv2 was incredible and there was more to be done with it. Honestly this is just a love letter to Dv2. The mismanagement of it and it’s ultimate shutdown was extremely unfair to players who played it for years. Please remaster Dv2. It was just better.

AI Imaging
I love some of these games, but the use of AI is making me feel like i should just delete them all. One of my favorite things about this game series as an artist has been the incredible designs and artwork, but that feels completely ruined and disrespected here. Please get rid of the AI, and I might play again.

Just one thing
Highbrow, As someone who was initially introduced to your work through DVC (easily my favorite mobile game for a while now), I was excited to use DV3 as an opportunity to branch out into the Dragon Village series as a whole. However, the use of GenAI is a complete turnoff for me, as using AI to cut corners in the production of your games just feels cheap and dishonest. The art and animation is great in DVC, and is a large part of why I love it so much. This feels like a disappointment and almost like betrayal. If developers don’t care about the quality of their work enough to employ passionate, detail-oriented artists to help achieve their vision, I just can’t bring myself to care enough to play. It may not be a big deal to some, but I know many others feel the same way as me.
Disappointing art, just play an older title
The gameplay is similar in quality to older titles, but the art is much worse. I was ticked on to the use of AI near the start, but gave the benefit of the doubt until it seemed more obvious in one of the first cutscenes in the school. The art has easily been my favorite part of dragon village games, and seeing the blatantly worse quality art has just been a complete turnoff. Not worth playing if any other game in the series is an option. I played some of the main story after realizing the art was ai, but it wasn’t enough of a change from the previous games to save it.

Solid 3, maybe 3 and a half.
It’s not horrible. The generative AI thing does suck a lot, and the pop ups are annoying. Overall though, it’s not bad. It is very addictive in a way, but all games like this are kind of like that. The combat definitely needs work, it doesn’t really require strategy as far as I’m in to the game. Just super effective hits and boom you’re finished. The dragons have cool designs, and the story is a little messy but still okay. It needs work, but it is very much playable.

Bad story and story translation, boring combat, and countless ads telling you to buy their stuff. I was really excited to hear about DV3 thinking it would be like DV2 and being disappointed when it was actually like DV Collection. Please make another game like DV2

Terms of service are questionable
Now i usually don’t bother with Terms of Service, I usually do with games with low ratings. It looks like a good game to play, but in the terms of service, it sounds like the developers don’t really care much about the players, only seeing them as temporary cash cows to milk. Here are some things I couldn’t really stop thinking about in the terms of service: 1. After 180 days, they have the right to delete your account. If you spent money on that account you WILL NOT be able to get a refund. 2. By playing their game, they gain access to use your data. (I know most games use data to sell it, but I wouldn’t want my data to be going to a company that allegedly uses AI.) There was one more, but sadly I forgot it. Sorry. No hate to the developers, it’s probably a good game at heart, but I just wouldn’t enjoy playing a game I’m basically forced to play constantly or risk losing all my progression.

Pretty ad-watching simulator
This game is your typical gacha, except with breeding mechanics. Fortunately no dragon is locked behind a paywall, even if some might take a longer time to get(very low drop rates). Sadly, Generative AI was used for some of the cg cutscenes, and some of the 2D dragon art. And some of the village pixel art is either really blurry, has “splotchy” animations(the sanctuary and nest), or looks poorly done(the wildflower sprites look unfinished). The game knows it’s nothing new, so there’s an auto battle button and idle mechanics to play the game for you. The daily popups for the same things are annoying. You can get lots of goodies by watching ads every day, which is a great use of our limited time on this planet. But I like dragons and designing my village, so it’s an okay time passer.

The game is fun for a short time. Then it gets repetitive. I have been playing for a while but have been stuck in world 3 for a very long time. I enhance my equipment and level up my dragons just to complete one stage then get stuck on the next. High cortisol gameplay
