Awesome app
Sweet graded cards
Not worth it
You should get a card that is no less than 80% of the value spent. You can spend $50 and pull a $30 card or spend $25 and pull a $7 card. They both happened to me. Better off just buying a card so you know what you get. Too much risk with Arena Club.
Very Good!
After forgetting about this app for a year, I decided to open it up. And boy, was it fun. I haven’t put funds in, and it seems very fun and easy! My only problem is I feel like the should give you a free pack once a week, or give you the currency to buy packs for yourself. But very good app overall.
Pull rates incorrect
The pull rates have got to be incorrect I’ve bought probably 30 packs got a card worth $20 8 or so times then gotten a card worth $5-$10 over value 3 times then the remaining 19 times have been like half the value
Fun definetly over priced
Iv found the app is terrible to be honest iv never won anything decent to be honest iv opened 100+ never had a grail or a 1% win card spent thousands It’s a gamble and nice cards are in there but when u can get hit with a card that’s value is 50+ British pounds and they offer you $40 it’s kind of disgusting and u can apply a 10% of that packs originals it’s and additional cost to which ever pack you pick if you want the chance to cover your bet basically which feels like a con aswell iv had energy cards grading an 8 and been offered $20 when the stake is 27.50 doesn’t seem fair to be honest great idea though if odds were fair
Best sports card app ever
Awesome community. Great place to buy, sell and trade. Highly recommend.
Buggy Trash
App kept crashing after I put in a deposit. Did one slab rip, got a $14 card in a $50 pack. Horrible
App is not bad, sometimes slow and missing UX features
Needs saved filters when searching via Marketplace so I don't have to set them up every single time. App is not good compared to the website - it's slower and doesn't give results when certain filters are applied.
Verification and promos
When I originally signed up, I deposited some money and bought a couple packs. Both packs of course were worth about half of what o spent. That’s the game so no issue there, the issue was when I went to cash out it said they were still trying to verify my account an to check back later. Well I checked back in everyday for three weeks and nothing. I reached out to customer service and they said it was out of their hands as what I’m guessing a third party does it for them. Finally after 3 weeks and contacting them again I finally got verified and was able to withdraw. So not being happy with the situation I moved to a different rip packs app. Now two days ago o get TWO 100% buy back tokens . So any pack I don’t like it I get 100% back. So I decided to try it again. I go in, click USE NOW on one of my tokens and it takes me to the packs. I buy a $50 pack and get a card worth $27 in buy back. Obviously I’m going to sell it. I do and get $27 back into my account. I email customer service and they dig into it and say I have nothing left to do after a few messages back and forth and it will be credited back to my account. Last that night I get an email stating I didn’t use a buy back token. I still have two left. Again I stated I went to it, clicked USE NOW and THEIR page directed me to the packs to purchase one. Obviously it didn’t activate. Then I get the last message which set me off stating there was nothing they could do and apologized that the token didn’t work, but I could go back on and try to use the token again and see if it worked when buying a new pack. To me that’s like saying hopefully it works this time for you and if not just keep trying while we keep issuing you cards hardly worth half of what you spent. It may not be directly but it sure seems like a form or robbery. 3 weeks holding my money hostage and then “we’re sorry the token didn’t not work for you when activating it” and taking yet another loss and being hung out to dry
Scam
Talked to a Customer service Rep. before I ever bought packs to ensure me being in Canada wasn’t an issue. The Rep assured me through email then finally phone that yes I can rip packs and request cards I want to be shipped to me. So I buy about $725 in packs request a cpl cards I pulled and they tell me sorry they don’t ship the slabs to Canada sorry …….. 0 stars for this scam of a company basically selling you all images pretending like you guys have the physical card.
A fun good collection app
A cool new card collection app would be nice to maybe be able to buy un graded hobby packs and break spots but the biggest plus is the vault! You own the physical cards but don’t need to worry about them taking up space in your house
Trash
This app is trash. Stay clear. The rips suck and don’t come close to their competition. This is a money grab app. Stay far away!!!
Just buy your grail instead
If you don’t mind pulling cards at 50-60 percent of its investment price then have at it. I unfortunately have been trying for over two years now pretty regularly and yet to hit a grail card.
App is horrible
Overall I quite like Arena club’s services and marketplace but the mobile app is something else entirely. Logged into my account but won’t populate with any of my cards. Never recognizes when you are logged in. Marketplace and slab packs are trying to constantly update and end up just causing the app to crash or glitch out. For the amount of money being put into this company I expected a usable app. This shouldn’t even be released. 3/5 for service and quality of arena club 0/5 for the overall app
Nice app
My luck is awful but I love gamble
Terrible
$13 to claim your cards that would cost $3 to ship, terrible systems
Shipping cost is outrageous
As soon as I saw €80 shipping, I quit. If you’re from the Netherlands and want to retrieve a “cheaper” slab, just don’t
Good good
Good
Hits
I have spent a lot and never hit anything close to a high tier card or coin. I'm so discouraged. I wish I could say better.
UK user - not worth it
App seems laggy, options don’t load very well in the profile. I brought a pack as id seen it online! $50 pack, pulled a $20 card! So not great, but then it would cost $89 to ship to the uk! Just go and buy a £140 card at your local shop! Wouldn’t recommend to people outside of the US
Arena club
It is a great way to get good cards
Sells stolen slabs.
This is a shady shady shady company. Got caught selling a stolen slab valued at $1800. Incredibly untrustworthy.
Poorly functionality
Really poor bugged ridden app. Constantly failing, constantly running slow or freezing.
Top Notch
Loving this app! Ripping everyday. Highly recommend!!!
Cool concept but greed ruined it
It’s a really nice idea and the flexibility on the app to trade and sell your cards to others is really nice. If it was just about that, it would easily be a five star app. Unfortunately, over the last few months it’s clear they are giving less and less value on the packs. Now I’m regular getting half value regardless of pack value and rarely getting anything close to fair value. It’s just straight gambling now with extremely low odds.
Lots of room to improve
Lacking saved search options, navigation is not good…
Fun and addicting
I’ve spent 10s of thousands with arena club, and I don’t regret it. I’ve gotten great customer service when needed, and I’ve found the slab packs to be generally pretty good when it comes to providing goods that match up with the spend
Scam
Just takes your money, did 10 packs and got half my money back EVERY time lol. Go to triumph rips.
Terrible hit rates
I have purchased 30 slab packs and only ever once pulled something of higher value then the cost of the pack. Horrible hit rates, often times bad cards.
Collector
I’m a collector so I enjoy being able to rip OG cards in great condition
Total scam
Don’t fall into the trap. Grails and chases are impossible. Spent over 5k and got very little in return. Avoid at all costs
As I suspected, Canadians get shafted
I bought a $100 blind slab because I could use a code to get a discount, thinking, I could at least come close to breaking even, if I get lucky, but shouldn’t be crazy. Turns out that’s USD! So the $80 cost me about $115. Alrighty, let’s see how well we do! I pull a ~$70 Neo Destiny Mint 9 PSA Phanphy, alright, by that logic I’m down about $45, that I can live with. I will note that the app estimated the card to be worth $50, offering me $45 in credits for it. I declined this. Ohhhhhhh, you thought it was that easy? No, I need to pay the international shipping, a (USD) dollar fee for them, and taxes!! That’s a nice extra $62 just to ship it to me. End result? I paid around $175 for a card marketed around $70. With the 20% discount on the initial slab purchase. Ouch.
Good
I love arena club because I just got a lanut James card 🤤🍆
Beware, it’s a scam.
My son paid for a pack with his own money. Hit a decent card, when he went to redeem and have the card shipped, payment was all of a sudden not accepted any longer. Took the money the first time but declined payment when it was time to deliver the goods. You get AI excuses when you email support. They offer to buy the card back at less then what you paid for it but when you try and process the transaction, it doesn’t go through. Total rip off.
