Gửi NPH, Anh là người chơi gắn bó với tựa game này từ thời VTC phát hành năm 2006, và hiện đang trải nghiệm phiên bản mobile. Anh ghi nhận nhiều cải tiến so với trước đây, nhưng vẫn còn một số vấn đề khiến trải nghiệm của người chơi lâu năm ở server cũ ngày càng khó khăn. Mong được NPH lắng nghe những góp ý dưới đây trên tinh thần xây dựng. 1. Tỷ lệ rơi đồ ở server cũ quá thấp Server cũ gần như không được quan tâm. Cần nói rõ: đồ rác thì thừa mứa, nhưng đồ thực sự dùng được lại cực hiếm. Drop rate hiện tại thấp đến mức người chơi không đủ trang bị để train, chưa nói đến việc đi job hay PvP. Điều này còn ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến tiến độ nhiệm vụ: nhiều nhiệm vụ yêu cầu vật phẩm rơi ra nhưng cày rất lâu vẫn không có, kể cả khi đã sử dụng buff x10 giờ xanh. Hệ quả là người chơi có nạp ở mức vừa phải vẫn không thể theo kịp game. 2. Vấn nạn clone chưa được xử lý Clone xuất hiện ở mọi khu vực, từ level thấp đến level cao: quỷ đầm, tà ác, thổ quỷ, bọ cạp, Đôn Hoàng động... Clone cày event, farm đồ Ấn với số lượng lớn. Điểm mấu chốt là clone không cần drop rate cao — chúng bù lại bằng số lượng tài khoản và thời gian cày 24/7. Cùng một tỷ lệ rơi đồ, clone vẫn tích lũy được, còn người chơi thật thì không. Vì vậy mỗi lần drop rate bị siết, người chơi chân chính là bên chịu thiệt duy nhất, còn clone gần như không bị ảnh hưởng. Đây là gốc rễ của phần lớn vấn đề hiện tại. 3. Các cơ chế mới đang vô tình đẩy người chơi về phía clone Anh hiểu rằng khóa item là biện pháp chống RMT, và về nguyên tắc là hợp lý. Vấn đề nằm ở chỗ khóa item được áp dụng cùng lúc với drop rate quá thấp và các item bắt buộc phải tự farm như bộ sưu tập. Kết quả là người chơi thường không thể tự hoàn thành, mà cũng không thể nhận hỗ trợ từ bạn bè hay bang hội — trong khi clone thì vẫn cày đều nhờ số lượng. Việc liên tục mở server mới cũng khiến nguồn lực vận hành bị phân tán, trong khi server cũ vốn đã thiếu quan tâm lại càng bị bỏ xa hơn. 4. Cơ chế giao dịch qua chợ và giá sàn Việc bỏ giao dịch trực tiếp và bắt buộc thông qua chợ, kèm phí giao dịch, là điều người chơi có thể chấp nhận. Tuy nhiên giá sàn đang tạo ra tình trạng nghẽn ở server cũ: các món phổ thông vốn dư thừa nhưng bị chặn không được bán dưới giá sàn, nên gần như không có giao dịch nào diễn ra. Người chơi mới hoặc quay lại game không mua được đồ giá rẻ để khởi đầu, còn người chơi cũ thì không thanh lý được kho đồ tồn. Nếu mục đích của giá sàn là hạn chế clone thì cũng chưa đạt, vì các tài khoản clone không thiếu Silk để giao dịch — bên bị chặn lại chính là người chơi bình thường. 5. Một số đề xuất cụ thể Về clone: * Giới hạn số tài khoản đăng nhập cùng lúc trên một IP hoặc một thiết bị, đặc biệt tại các bãi cày trọng điểm. * Rà soát tự động theo hành vi: đường đi lặp lại, thời gian online liên tục bất thường, phản ứng máy móc khi bị tấn công. * Khảo sát người chơi định kỳ và cử nhân sự quan sát trực tiếp tình hình hàng ngày trong game. * Công khai định kỳ số tài khoản bị xử lý để người chơi thấy được nỗ lực của NPH. Về server cũ: * Tăng drop rate các vật phẩm nhiệm vụ và trang bị cơ bản, hoặc bổ sung nguồn nhận cố định để người chơi không phụ thuộc hoàn toàn vào may rủi. * Bỏ hoặc hạ mạnh giá sàn với các vật phẩm phổ thông. * Nới lỏng khóa item với vật phẩm nhiệm vụ và bộ sưu tập. Anh viết những điều này với mong muốn game phát triển lâu dài. Người chơi phổ thông là nền tảng của cộng đồng, và nếu nhóm này không thể tiếp tục thì các nội dung mới cũng khó có người trải nghiệm. Mong NPH xem xét và có hướng điều chỉnh. Cảm ơn NPH.
