Game bug
I like the game, it’s fun and challenging. There’s a bug, I cannot change deck type. I had collected a number of different decks and they’ve disappeared. Now I can only play the specialty deck I had selected and it only has two suits. I cannot use some of the other heroes because of their suit abilities. This is a VERY FRUSTRATING BUG!!! Please fix….. Update: new update just reset the game and erased all my purchases, progress and cards. You’ve effectively stolen money from me!
PVP ISSUES
Great game, but I’m having issues completing a match in PVP. After I play my hand, the clock goes to zero, but the screen goes still.

Customer service ignores you
After their last update my account reset. All the money I spent and hrs playing gone. I emailed customer service 3 times with no response.

Unable to sync with Game Center. Game shows an error when i choose “sign in with Apple”
Decent game - but bugged
The game isn’t too bad. But, it has a rough bug - either if I pause in the middle of a battle chain, or if I get an ad, sometimes I come back (or the ad ends) and the game becomes unplayable. I get no cards. Enemy is there, my hired characters are there. But absolutely NOTHING in the play field. Cards, “hands” button or “discard” button. So, my only option is to reset the progress from that run, and start all over. Would give higher stats if this was fixed.

New update reset everything
All of my progress, cards, and my past ad free lifetime purchase all erased and reset due to an update bug. I still have the same avatar and name so I know it was logged in, and I was highly upset. I joined the discord, and there was no announcement or anything for a day. The next day, qiaodoudawang on the discord fixed the issue and I got everything back. I am still working on resolving a charge that happened during the issue, but I am glad everything resolved. I do wish the response had been faster (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but I am overall happy to have the game back in order.
Worth for 2-3 days play
amazing idea but not a good game. They didn't balance the difficulty and rewards. No activity. It worths to play 2-3 days then block at one stage. Unless you are lucky to get legend hero.
Fun but buggy
If you stop playing without finishing all rounds and then try to continue your battle - it doesn’t even deal you any cards. So you have to start the whole thing over - even if you are at like round 12/18 and have great heroes.

關卡結束都會跑出購買的選項，至少能不能出一個今天不要再顯示，不然遊戲結束還要按一堆XX很煩

買了終身卡，過關點雙倍卻完全沒反應。也沒有社群或FB有客服可以處理問題。 遊戲模式好玩，但是一堆bug
Fun, but glitchy.
This is a great Balatro clone with just enough variation to make it interesting on its own. However, I have noticed some glitches that make some of the mechanics not work properly. The Rubies don’t make cards held in hand re-trigger. The Royal Knight doesn’t increase the mult when it triggers. At least it didn’t when I had 2 copies. I wish you could also have an option to “Buy and use” consumables so you don’t always have to have an open space for Zodiac cards that will be used right away anyways.

Lost Progress & Purchase
I have been enjoying this game for months. I even bought the no ad pass. With the recent update all my progress was lost and my purchase was gone. Restore doesn’t work and no “support.” Since my purchase was over 3 months ago my credit card company gave me a hard time refunding although they ended up doing it anyways. Don’t waste your time on this game since you could lose months of progress upgrading cards as well as your purchases.

私だけかもしれませんが、連携？がおかしくてログイン時にオフラインにされます。 （英語が出来ず分からないが、連携出来てないってことかな？） その影響かステージクリアしても、再度ログインした時にクリア前の状態に戻されることがあります。 （クリア報酬で貰った鍵も、クリアしてない=受け取れることにならないので、ガチャも引く前の状態に戻ります。） これだけがほんとにどうにかして欲しいです。ガチャはキャラの性能上げる為だと思うのでまあ良いですが、苦労してステージクリアしたのが無駄になるのは悲しいです。 日本語訳が変で最初は説明分かりずらいですが、慣れれば何を言ってるのか把握出来てきますのでそこは慣れるまで頑張ってください！ プレイしてる限り戻されるの以外はとても面白いので続けたいと思いますがまたなっちゃったら悲しいので調査してもらえると嬉しいです！

Fun game, just too hard
I enjoy playing this game, but I’ve been playing and upgrading for many days and can’t even beat level 3 yet. Higher quality hands should be worth more. Also the sound goes out after an ad plays. One more thing, there should be an option to continue (by watching a video/paying coins) to get another chance at the level.

Potentially good game with a MASSIVE bug list
The game’s usability is severely reduced by the many bugs and QA issues. It seems clear that the developers made sure that the game handles getting cash from the player, and then stopped work. Translation errors I can live with. The UI button showing Chinese characters instead of English, doesn’t really bother me. But the core of the game—the powers used by the heroes themselves—don’t work, or have bugs, for many of the heroes. One of them even has a power of (empty tag)! Now, if I can just work out how to use it…

Fun game. Too many forced ads
I enjoyed this game but uninstalled since there are far too many forced ads. After the first 2-3 games I started getting a forced ad on every other round of levels. There were 15+ rounds per level
Don’t play this game offline
Enjoying the game. It couldn’t connect to a server or network on my next play but was offered to play offline, thought this was an awesome feature. Played the game, exhausted my energy then put it down. Came back and all my progress was gone. All my gems, levels, characters and anything else I gained in the previous play through was gone. Offer to play offline does not earn about unsaved progress. Don’t play offline.
Paid for no ads - got screwed
I really enjoy this game, but I feel like I was robbed. Before buying the no ads I could acquire up to 3 hero’s for free each game just by watching an ad. This is critical to being able to survive the game while saving coins. Once I bought the no ads the option for free hero’s just goes away! I was not told that would happen if I paid them real money that they would make the game harder!!! I wish I had not paid for no ads because now the game is almost not playable.

Game Glitch and no support
I played for about and hour and a half today and got a couple of really good hero’s and upgrades. I got ready for work and went back into the app to play again and all my progress was lost and it had me start over with nothing. I tried to contact customer support but I can’t find anywhere to contact them. Very frustrating.
