It’s meh
First, the app requires a sign up. I don’t need them to know my info to just check my state of charge. The app has very limited amount of info compared to the average other mediocre lithium app. (I call this brand mediocre because it’s just a run of the mill inexpensive model) Even the most basic other apps have individual cell readings and other pertinent info. This one needs to catch up and needs to ditch the requirement of login.

So far it’s adequate.
The app is pretty easy to understand and get most of the general information. But I really hope one day they add the ability to actually see each cell’s voltage. Right now you just have to trust the app when it says they are “well-balanced” but I’d rather know for sure. Also my 12v 125ah will only charge to 99% no matter how long it’s on the charger. I don’t know if it normal cause it’s the first battery I ever bought for my kayak.

Can’t connect Bluetooth
There is no QR code. I have charged the battery with a brand new LiFePo4 charger. No email response. I guess my next step is return

Apps a tad buggy but that it. 12v100ah for trolling in saltwater and zero problems.

Update: After running close to 20 discharge/charge cycles on my 12.8V100Ah group 24 smart batteries, I’m downgrading my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Some features in this app are helpful; others are buggy. For example, in the App Store the picture shows 2 of 3 batteries live as the yellow toggles indicate. I can only link 1 battery at a time to observe realtime status. Why can’t more than 1 battery be linked at a time? I have other Bluetooth devices that can run simultaneously. I’m running 4 batteries in parallel (4p1s) and when my system showed to be about 50% SOC, I had 3 batteries that appeared to be at 30-32% yet 1 remained at 100%. That can’t be right. I don’t know if it’s the BMS or the app, but hopefully future updates will fix the problems. That said, I’m still glad I bought the smart batteries for the few extra bucks. Some info is better than none. OP: I can’t speak for others who have experienced problems, but v1.1.8 of this app works just fine on my iPhone 15 running iOS 18.1 and BMS firmware 1.4.0. Setting up a bank of Low temp/Bluetooth 12.8V/100Ah batteries was simple and straightforward. I was impressed enough with the original 2p1s setup that I ordered 2 more of the same batteries for additional storage. Creating a 4p1s system was as simple as deleting the previous configuration and adding a new one to reflect the change. All batteries can be shifted around in the configuration diagram according to their relative position within the bank. Each battery can be viewed individually or the entire system can be monitored as a whole. IMHO, the Bluetooth option is worth the extra few $.

App is better looking than most but why does it not have a way to see cell voltages??

Grundsätzlich ist die App gut, das BMS der einzelnen Akkus kann jederzeit via Bluetooth verbunden werden und liefert zuverlässige Echtzeit-Daten. Sobald aber ein Batteriesystem erstellt wurde, verliert die App dieses System immer mal wieder. Das nervt tatsächlich, da ich im Wohnmobil gerne jederzeit die Gesamtkapazität (2 140Ah Akkus parallel)sehen möchte. Irgendwann, nach 1-2 Tagen erscheint das erstellte Batteriesystem dann plötzlich wieder. Support wurde bereits informiert, passiert ist nichts. Von einer XiaoXiang App ist diese leider weit entfernt. Ein wenig mehr Entwicklung würde ich mir wünschen.

Bonne application, mais lorsque quelqu’un se connecte en Bluetooth, et que quelqu’un d’autre veut se reconnecter en Bluetooth derrière il faut remettre manuellement, adresse mail et mot de passe à chaque fois impossible de le préenregistré. Dommage.

Please implement iPad landscape mode! My iPad stays in a mount in landscape with power almost all the time. Removing or turning it just to use the app is a pain. Please fix! Also when using in a dark room all that white screen is so bright! Please also implement dark mode! Thank you!

Ich finde es klasse, dass sie immer weiter entwickelt wird. Das neue Batteriesystem könnte gut sein aber leider kann ich nur eine Batterie in das System einfügen.

Batterienverbund
Auch die neue App stellt bei voller Ladung nur eine Batterie auf entladen. Die zweite „springt“ nicht an und bleibt auf Bereitschaft. Es scheint nicht an der App sondern am BMS der Batterien zu liegen. Man muss immer die entladende Batterie kurz ausschalten um die zweite zu aktivieren. Ohne ein BMS Update sind diese Batterien (100AH H190 Smart) nicht im Verbund nutzbar.
Great budget battery
This so far is a great budget battery, holds charge and the app is easy to navigate. If I could suggest one addition to the app or would be an alarm for low charge, bypassing the need for a battery monitor!
Can’t log in via the app
Can’t use this app because I can’t log in through it. I created my account and can log in online. But the app is impenetrable.
App has trouble connecting
The app works OK when it works when it connects, but half the time it cannot connect to the battery. I have to keep restarting and starting the app and reconnecting Bluetooth. And now when I connect to the app, the time remaining for charge area is messed up with the numbers. buggy softwate!

Battery Level
The App says my battery has 1% but I’m still able to use my trolling motor for for hole day. I don’t think it’s accurate when it comes to reading the percentage at all.
Too many buttons
Too many buttons to get details of current charge for each battery in parallel or series. Why? Not able to view condition of a set of batteries. Must view each battery separately.
