Best experience for buying pre owned legion go
I recently purchased a pre owned lenovo legion go from gameloot and the whole process was very smooth and seamless. The product itself was like brand new and with all the accessories. Also product was shipped and delivered within 3-4 days of purchaee
Terrible customer service
Terrible platform to sell games back. They have rejected my resell items 4 times in a row now claiming there are scratches on the disc. Inspite of the disc + box being in perfect condition and the game running smooth on ps5. Im never gonna be buying or selling again from this pathetic website.
Good but expensive
All games is in good condition I will get and buy not enough collection .. u will get deal from local shops in good price
trustworthy platform
I’ve used Gameloot multiple times to sell games and purchase other pre-owned titles, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The courier service is reliable, packaging is secure, and the discs have always arrived in very good condition. The trade-in process is smooth, and everything from pickup to delivery has been seamless. Overall, a trustworthy platform for buying, selling, and exchanging games. Highly recommended.
ps5 controller repair
I gave my ps5 controller repair in hyderabad. It was properly repaired and send back safely, great work. I recommend.
Pricing Discrepancy Feedback (New vs. Pre-Owned)
PS: The prices are being increased when compared to other websites. Earlier the prices were very customer friendly to quickly grab a game but now the prices are not fair I am a frequent consumer of gameloot products and I highly appreciate the excellent service and the team's warm, gentle, and incredibly efficient support in resolving all my queries quickly. I love their vast game library, regular stock updates, and great product availability. Kudos to the entire team! However, the team needs to update their pricing listed on the website more frequently. It is quite disappointing when I see that a new product on Amazon is priced lower than the pre-owned version listed on the GameLoot website.
Excellent experience buying Xbox Series S
I recently purchased a pre-owned Xbox Series S from GameLoot, and my overall experience was really good. The console arrived safely, was properly packed, and the condition was better than I expected. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth. The console is working perfectly and I’m really happy with my purchase. For anyone looking for pre-owned gaming consoles at reasonable prices, I would definitely recommend GameLoot. Great experience overall! ❤️🎮
Good service
Good quality products but could do better with customer support. Also need to improve app design
Highly recommend gameloot
I’ve been using GameLoot since April 2024, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Whether buying or selling, their platform is incredibly reliable. My orders are always delivered smoothly, and the entire process is hassle-free. Highly recommend them for all your gaming needs!

Good service
I’ve been using Gameloot services for four years, only one time, my product was wrong They recall the product and give me the refund. Gameloot support is slow, but overall it is a great marketplace. For preowned goods.
I am Casual Gamer when I am not coding
I’ve had the best experience buying and selling games on Gameloot. Having compared it with several other platforms, I can confidently say that Gameloot stands out for its customer-friendly policies, hassle-free process, and competitive deals. Whether I’m purchasing a game or selling one, the experience has always been smooth and reliable. With Gameloot, I can buy and sell with complete peace of mind.
Fraud !
Beware they keep your game and return you back fake copy when you sell to them !
iOS App keep crashing. Pre owned CD worked absolutely fine.
I recently purchased God of War Ragnarök from GameLoot, and since it was a pre-owned game disc, I was a bit apprehensive because this was my first purchase from them. However, the entire experience turned out to be very good. The order was placed smoothly, and the delivery arrived within 3–4 days. Most importantly, the disc worked perfectly and felt as good as buying a new one. Based on my experience, I can say that people can trust GameLoot for purchasing pre-owned game discs. That said, I want to highlight an important issue with the iOS app. The app crashes very frequently. In many cases, it does not open at all, and even when it does, I have to try 8–9 times before it finally works. This is a major usability problem and should be fixed as soon as possible. Overall, I had a great shopping experience with GameLoot, but the iOS app needs significant stability improvements.
Professional service
Quite satisfied with the overall service provided by gameloot.
Push notification bs
App says to enable push notification. Doesnt open if you say no. Bs. Uninstalled.
Amazing service
I had drift issue with my controller. GameLoot arranged a quick pickup and in no time the controller was fixed and shipped back to me.
Highly recommended
Best site to buy and sell games and consoles.
They always reject your sell order
They always reject the sell order stating that there are scratches on the disc. Which usually not the case. Just waste of time and effort.
Top notch
On time delivery, quality service The packaging is done so safely
Avoid at all costs!
They just scam their customers and probably have the worst customer service.
