Enjoying ShortsWave App
Nice content, but too much add!!
Nearly impossible to cancel
The email you have to write to in order to cancel hasn’t responded in days…and they keep repeatedly trying to charge my credit card. Cannot recommend for this reason.
Good selection but hard to watch Ads
Good short dramas but when I click watch ad it brings up a list of requirements for me to read articles. When I complete it I still have to watch an Ad.
Great stories
Easy to access price reasonably
The worst app for mini dramas
I have a few similar apps and this one is a total disaster. Whatever you click, commercial pops up in a sec. This is just insane
Engaging content
Content seems good so far. I just wish it was free and I didn’t have to watch so many ads for points.
Love the app
The short stories are very entertaining.
Cancelling problem
I like the app but, it won’t let me cancel my ongoing subscription. I’ve checked my Apple account and it shows I’m no longer subscribed. But continuously am still getting charged. When I attempt to cancel, I get an error message of fetch product failed. I’ve emailed customer support a number of times to cancel and haven’t heard back from anyone.
Good app if you into fantasy short episodes
I like this app because I can watch ads to gain coins to unlock more episodes if you don’t have money to a pay for the VIP subscription, you can watch ads .
Still being charged
I liked the app ok but giving it one star because I’ve sent 2 emails about still being charged after app cancellation. I can’t even use the membership I’ve been charged for.
Too many unfinished series
I don’t want to wait weeks or months for a drama to finish. I want to watch the entire show and move on. This is why I only gave it 4 stars.
Good stories but BEWARE! There are no cancellation options!
I’ve contacted them for a week and still no response from them! I’ve been trying to cancel on them and they still charge me! Don’t buy from them! It’s a scam when they say easy cancellation! I looked throughout the app and nothing! It’s not even on my Apple subscription list.

Could not Cancel
Where is the cancellation button??! The app keeps charging and they hide the cancellation button
So far so good
I like watching the dramas with kids
So expensive
Drama is good but difficult to watch even when watching all commercials

Hope you like ads
It has ads all over, unless you want to pay $20 a week to remove them. For an app that you have to pay to watch the dramas it is bad form to also have ads. If the stories were really good, it wouldn’t need ads. But I wouldn’t know as I don’t stick around, as I don’t want to watch ads.
Great so far
They seem to have interesting shows but it’s too expensive and no discounts even for first timers

Good
Better than the other apps
As embarrassing as it is to admit I have many of these apps downloaded and this is the only one that actually gives you opportunities to get coins without having to spend real money, 10/10 recommend if you like these silly videos.
Not worth it
I have had a couple subscriptions for this app. I enjoy the shows but so tired of them not being completed too many apps like this one string you along hoping you will keep coming back just to finish the episode. It needs to say ongoing or episodes complete. A complete waste of money when you purchased for a specific show only to find it is not a completed show.
Subscription
The app it self is good and fun to use, but the subscription service is tricky. It’s perfect when you are still using the app but once you try to cancel it you simply can’t. I’m still getting charged for it even after I’ve cancelled it back in February. Please fix this fast!!
Not worth the subscription
This app has great shows but the subscription fees are a joke. £20 per week is extortion I would pay Max £10 a month so there’s no way I’d pay £19.99 for 52 weeks it’s crazy. The shows aren’t that good to be paying that they should think about having reasonable monthly subscription and they would probably gain a lot more customers. Would get a higher score if price matched.
Use to be 5
There has been an increase in white actors and I didn’t sign up for that so I won’t renew. I already see white people acting crazy in the US on the news, I don’t want to see them badly acting. Life is stranger than fiction right now.

Tricky
Impossible to cancel. No matter where you go.
Bien
Je trouve que les adds sont long et il en manque pour continuer la série se serait bien de pouvoir débloquer 10episodes par jours

Adds
Way to many add pop up. If u touch the screen an add pops on very annoying
Awesome
Love the shorts-but wish that there are more that are finished like frostbound hearts 2. I feel like it’s been forever since it’s had new episodes added. Just want more that are finished stories. Other than that-these are great!

Pass on this app
Way to many obstacles in the app for unlocking a single episode. They say watch an ad to unlock an episode and then give you a task list to complete. It takes more time to do that then there is minutes in the episode. You have a watch an ad for everything you do in this app. The best way to get around is to just pay and I guess that’s their strategy… they also give you coins that somehow disappear the more ads you watch. but I will be deleting it now.

Support to restore
Dramas are good and app was good. However, trying to restore account after purchasing annual subscription and the restore link was not working. I reached out in their outlook email and still have not received any response after 2 weeks.

Very interesting
Cost too much
Pretty good stories , limited like Netflix to the value ..but over priced
