Very good tour with one concern
Our tour was far-reaching and our tour guides were knowledgeable, considerate of our safety and of collecting all of us before the bus moved on. They really put in a special effort many times. The problem was the unexpected and, really, unreasonable amount and kind of walking in two places, Pisa and particularly San Grimignano. Potential guests should know that in San Grimignano, apparently as part of The War On The Car, the tour bus is forced to stop a very long way from the town, and that the very, very long walk into the town is uphill varying from 30 degrees to 45 degrees. And never ends. I recommend that the operators drop San Grimignano from the itinerary, because while it is attractive, it’s not so attractive as to be worth the burden imposed by the town’s authorities. Pisa isn’t uphill, but again stops the buses from getting close to the sights. Siena was terrific in all ways. The wine tasting and luncheon were good and staff were knowledgeable and entertaining.

Small Group Cooking Masterclass &sant’Ambrigio Market Tour in Florence
We learned so much about making sauces, lasagna, Gnocchi, carbonara, pesto and pasta and cannolis. Leonardo was so knowledgeable about the techniques for cooking and the history and culture of Italian cooking. We had fun and laughed as we learned. The small group attention was perfect for us. I highly recommend the Cooking Masterclass! Our lunch was so delicious!
Long day but very fun
Thank you for the kind and friendly tour guides! It was a large group and at one stop I got on the wrong bus but other than that, I loved it all. Definitely take good walking shoes and LOTS of water and money for public restrooms. There are chargers on the bus for electronics.
Amazing experience for couples!
We took this class for our honey moon and it was amazing. Tomaso was our instructor, he was very nice, patient with kids who were taking the class with us and adults like me who were struggling with the dough, he checked that we were on a right pathway. The price is worth it, you’ll get knowledge, couples time, pizza, wine (or soft drinks) and gelato. We shared a good time with the rest of the class after the session at a big table. Thank you guys!
Highlight of our trip!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Our tour guides were exceptional—warm, personable, and genuinely engaged with everyone in the group. They struck the perfect balance of sharing the history and highlights of each destination without overwhelming us with information, which kept even our teenagers interested all day. Every stop exceeded our expectations, and each town had its own unique charm. The winery lunch was absolutely incredible—delicious food, wonderful wine, and a beautiful setting that we’ll never forget. The entire day was seamless, well-organized, and memorable from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Tuscany and would recommend this tour without hesitation!

Such an amazing experience! We did the pasta making class at 18:00 on our first day of our Italian vacation. The instructors were so good and the other travelers were engaging. Would highly recommend!

We cannot thank Ciao Tours and our amazing tour guide Christian enough for an incredible day! It was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy. Christian was knowledgeable, attentive, and so friendly! He went out of his way to make our experience even better by giving us the history of each landmark along the way. The lunch and wine tasting far exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience was a 10 STAR day! We will be back! We highly recommend this tour. It will not disappoint. One we will never forget.
