Insufferable ads
The game itself is fun, engaging and set up nicely BUT the ads are absolutely insufferable. After literally every single round an ad pops up. I’m not paying 8$ for the ad free version, I deleted it after 10 levels because I was fighting with the ads more than playing the game.

I paid for no ads, but I’m still getting ads popping up. What’s the deal? There are way too many ads, and if I pay not to get them, but I’m still getting them, how do I get my money back?

通信状況は良好なのに新章がダウンロードできなくて、前に進めない。何とかならないのか？
Great game
I have loved this game for a long time. There have been glitches, but they smoothed out fine. Even with glitches, I have made it to level 10,011. This is the true “person needs help” game. Some characters are female, some are male. Hands down the best and most fair and balanced match 3 game. Hopefully it will last :)!! Update: still going strong at level 12,739!!
最初は楽しい
楽しかったので少し課金してみた、すると凄く課金圧が… どんどん先へ進むにつれて無理ゲーが出できた その時も課金をオススメする表示が… なんか冷めてしまってアンストします

Basically it won’t let you. Get so far in the game then instead of help the next scene it asks you to download but it won’t. Just says check internet connection. Nothing wrong with my internet so this is a major glitch in the game. Emailed tech support three times with no response whatsoever. Don’t bother downloading this game as I’ve deleted and reset three times and get so far before you can’t go any further due to this issue. Ridiculous.

私も他のレビューの方と同じく突然先に進めなくなり過去の振り返りも出来なくなりました。ゲーム自体の楽しさや難易度などはこの手のゲームの中では良く気に入っています。 ヘルプを押してもカスタマーに連絡する事も出来ません。アンインストールはしたくないので早く直してください。お願いします。
急にダウンロードできない
チャプター11から急にダウンロードできなくなりました。ネットには繋がっているのにインターネット接続をご確認くださいのメッセージが出てしまいストーリーを進められません。パズルはできるのですがストーリーを進めたいので改善お願いします。

I gave this 4 and not 5 cos…
First of all its a really lovely game and i was delighted to install it. But i really want the game to be ad free cos after every level of matching the tiles, if would give me an ad every second… make it be ad free cos i think people will enjoy this game even more!
Nice but really too much ads
It’s very disappointing I have to pay 6$ not to be bothered by bombing mass of ads. A total absurdity. It’s YOU that have to pay me because u waste my time with ads. OR at least give a gift after all the interruption (a star, or anything helping to play, etc)

楽しいのですが、、、
楽しく進めているのですが、少し前から、新章に進めません。何故か接続できませんと表示されてしまいます。もちろん、Wi-Fiも繋がっている環境です。他のアプリは全て問題無いので、このゲームがバグってるとしか思えません。直ぐに改良して欲しいです。

Although I love this game I’m only giving a 1* because I need to draw attention to the face that game is now broken. Tells me to check internet but it’s fine… try to connect support but button not connecting. If this is resolved it will be a 5* for sure

I have really enjoyed this game but I’ve tried everything to be able to move on but it keeps telling me to check my internet connection. Which is working fine for everything else on my phone. Tried to contact the support but it won’t allow me to do that either.
