Fun
I love all the fun games it’s just like the casino. Love the music and spounds. Makes me want to go to a real casino
Lose $3M in chips to win $20K.
This app has gone downhill. I know I play for free, but seriously why should I continue to play when I lose 3M in chips/tokens to win $20K on a daily challenge??? What IS Bally’s not hearing when I say NOT enough big wins????? Same thing happens at the Bally’s Chicago casino. Spend money, and we’ll give you next to nothing in return… UPDATE: 08/08/2026: STILL having issues with the app. When I reach out to “support”, it’s a chatbot that wants to ask never-ending questions that never get answered or resolved. I am also unable to link my rewards account to the online app despite multiple tries. I ask that question in the app and get no response. Bally’s doesn’t ever respond to complaints or concerns. Not a great business model for a casino/gaming company that needs money and customers if they expect to survive in Chicago. Disappointing to say the least.
Good for passing time
Like I said Good for passing time
SCAM
I totally agree with the previous review. You buy coins and most likely they will be lost in 30 minutes. The online casino is the same as a real casino. Steals your money. Sets you up to lose lose lose. Only thing I like about this site, no ads. Other than that it’s a money pit
Review
You don’t have the games I like. 😞 Dragon Link, Lightning, Dragon Cash
Service
Keep up the good work, thanks
Worst online casino
Garbage, want you to spend money with no return, no way to earn more coins
Missing win
I won a 22,500 on a game a few nights ago and has not been rewarded Other than that all Great!
Great App
Love these games
Rewards
Unlike. Other. Real casinos. Ie. Foxwoods and former Mohegan sun. You received awards daily. Towards or for your card. This one you only get acREAL AWARD if you make a purchase. That’s crazy
Good
Good
Not just the app...
The actual casino sucks too.
Drk

Can’t link my casino location
The Kansas City location isn’t on this app
Bally Play
Very Fun to play
Exhausted
I’m exhausted trying to win something. I buy coins every other day and it gets annoying. Bally play is ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy yourself.
Bally’s takes care of you, period!! Most fun to be had anywhere they can be found!
See title, seriously, you don’t have to be a high roller to feel like one with Bally’s.
Your free coins suck
Fix it
Fun
Great
Games
I have tried to email customer service a couple of times on these games. I have spent lots of money on the last two days on these games and cannot win nothing I have reached out to them, but they seem to ignoring me. I should’ve never started giving them money to play these game. They should be free. That’s one mistake on myself I learned my lesson so if you decide to play these games, get ready to be took because of they’re worried about is the money. Games are horrible so is customer service?
Five star
Bailey is the greatest five star all the way you like a king or queen
Rip Off Casino
Don’t bother playing this casino if you want to win. All you do is buy coins, when you win it’s the lowest prize! It’s boring cause you don’t win hardly ever! Don’t waste your money!
Ballys
Great games and fun
Broken
App acting crazy
Ballys

Terrible casino
Worst online casino. Stay away!!!!!!! It’s not a casino it’s a scam. I have friends that have tried and same results they are screwing there costumers. It’s alway bad here! Don’t matter when u play your experience will be terrible. Cause all u will do it suffer straight loses on the machines. It’s the worst online casino we have ever played. It’s one thing to gamble. It’s another to just be straight up robbed from these people. My god. It’s like OMG!!!!! Stay away let others know. Play some where else. At least you’ll be gambling. Not being robbed like they do to who plays here! It’s terrible that anyone who does not know comes here has know idea that it will be brutal if you play there slots. Lost lost and more lost continues over and over know matter when or how much u play. Terrible terrible terrible crooks here!!!!
