Feedback to my instructors and to the driving school
From day 1 till now. The best Driving school for me. I am zero knowledge on driving but I clearly and easy to learn the techniques how to drive carefully with the help of my instructors. I am still in the half way to finish my class but i learn so many things already and the staff are very friendly and helpful to me. I choose the best and the right driving school . The best! Thank you all for your patience on teaching us. Salute! π«‘
Facing issue with Accepting terms&conditions
I am facing issue with following the recent update. Whenever I try to open the app, it shows βView & Accept Terms,β but after opening it, there is no option to actually accept the terms and conditions.
App issue
The institute is amazing im currently going through the classes all the instructers and the staff is soo good so far dont have any issues but i dont know what happen since the app UI system is changed and the terms and condition has change and we cannot use the app until we accept the terms and condition The thing is there is no option to accept the terms and currently im thinking everyone is experiencing the same i was expecting that after an update this issue will be sorted but still the same For overall i will give 4Star but 1 has been reduced only for the app rest everything is perfect and satisfactory.
Canβt practice tests
Whenever Iβm trying to practice for test by reaching question 180 page goes blank. There is no possibility to save the progress. Itβs getting on my nerve π₯²
Reliable but has glitches
I was taking the practice test which had 300+ questions, all of a sudden, the screen turned blank and I had to start from the beginning. Other than that, the app is pretty straightforward and convenient. Still, I had to personally contact an RTA personnel for more information and questions.

Wont recommend!
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the slow service. The response times have been unacceptable, and I have not felt supported as a student. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I regret enrolling in this school. The app does not allow me to book my own sessions. Since I enrolled in the unlimited package, I still have to call the school every time to schedule an appointment because the available dates in the app are very limited. This process is inconvenient and frustrating. I expected a smoother booking system and better support for unlimited package members.

Easy to use
Great App
Booking of Classes
Although they have very good driving instructors, to book for classes is a hassle. Already 7months with the school very difficult to book class at the earliest. Waiting has taken more time to book class. Mostly 2/3 weeks of waiting. I do not recommend new students to book this school. On call booking team is the worst ππππ. They do not help at all. Just easy call you and not assist.
Apple Pay
If you could add apple pay it would be better
After update stoped working
It was working pretty fine, but after the last update it stopped working and I canβt login
5 Star Feedback x New Driver User
Hi Guys! Iβm one of the new student that is part of this institute to learn and be educated. I Literally gave time to write a positive feedback which is Iβm very happy on how this app is very to access. Such as the training test are very on point as long as you do it multiple times. I do recommend yaβll to enroll :)
Waste of Time to join.
As a student I noticed these. Other driving schools providing pick and drop with the training cars but this school was not. And schedule was very long from requested date itβs happening not because of busy itβs happing because they donβt care about the students.! They just want to peopleβs join and suffer with these long periods.. If your eligible for night and weekends also you will Not get any booking classes or text due to they are busy. I registered in the Jabel Ali branch they just book my classes in MOE branch, here the problem is I need to take care of transportation by my self because I need it. They will not provide any transportation. Actually this was there job to arrange, at the time of joint they promised but now they donβt care anything about students. I will not recommend any of my known parsons to join Binyaber..

I joined here by believing the lies by the promotion team. After completing theory test and passing, I tried to book class for practical . And guess what? There is no slots for 2 months. (Today is feb 27-2026.). I regret paying practical fees now.

They have option on app to book classes but its not working at all.when you check no slot available all time. totally disgusting. From today morning i call 5 times for classes they didnβt respond me.
