What they complain about
- Premium access gets lost after reinstalling

- Ad close button sometimes fails to work
Paid premium subscription lost after reinstall
I have an active Premium subscription that’s valid until 2027. After accidentally uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I lost access to all Premium features, and the app is asking me to subscribe again. I’m posting this as a review because there is no customer support or help option within the app—only a feedback form, and I haven’t received a response. Please restore my Premium access or provide a way to contact support.

Best IELTS app for ios
Well done to developers, app is focused to help you gain real results
Purchased didn’t sync
I’ve paid for premium and was going really well, then I tried to connect to my Apple account, so I could sync with other devices and it just cancelled my purchase as I didn’t do it. Then I disconnected from my account and it shows I don’t have any premium at all. Even tho I paid for it. So make sure you’re already connected to your email before get the premium. I’m trying to get the refund now, through Apple.
