Heating issue on iPhone
I am using this app on my iphone 13 latest ios version. Whenever I use my phone getting overheated and kills my battery within minutes. Need to optimize app for longer use in iOS. apart from this all the contents delivered are top notch. Thanks
Make the app better
Even though the teaching is very good, the app itself has several problems related to its system. The app often feels slow and sometimes does not work smoothly. Students may face issues like videos buffering, the app crashing, or taking too much time to load. These technical problems can interrupt learning and cause frustration, especially when students are trying to study seriously. Navigation inside the app can also be confusing at times, making it hard to find classes or materials quickly.

Overheating issue on iPhone 16 Pro
I am using this app on my iPhone 16 Pro, and within just 2–3 minutes the phone becomes very hot. The features of the app are useful, but the overheating problem makes it uncomfortable to use. Please fix this issue in the next update so users can use the app smoothly without worrying about device performance.
Bug
After last updation my phone getting hot when the app lunch 🙂🙂
Why not a 5 Star Rating?
The iOS build is designed with a decent UI and smooth UX. But there is no dark mode, which causes severe eye strain—especially for a learning app. This is the biggest pushback factor I’ve faced and I’d be glad to see an update to the styling.
Overheating Issue on iPhone 16 Pro Max
The classes in Xylem are excellent — all the teachers are highly professional, and the content is top-notch. However, when I use the app on my iPhone 16 Pro Max (latest iOS), the device starts heating up within just 2 minutes. This makes it uncomfortable to use for long study sessions. I really hope the team optimizes the app for the latest iPhones so that we can enjoy the great content without technical issues.
Over heat on ipad
So much heat emit when i play video on my ipad M3 variant.
Getting heat quickly
While using the app phone getting heat .no heating while using other apps
