Active Halton reviews
4.4 out of 5, based on 277 reviews.
Terrible
One star is one star too many, awful app and forced to use.
Terrible app, forced to use
Forced to use app as they would not let me use my card. Would not recommend as it’s useless. Do better.
Terrible functionality
If I could give zero stars I would. Awful functionality, poor reliability and consistency. Feels like a beta version has been rolled out when it’s actually been in existence some time. Current move to new centre being blamed but this has been planned for several years so these issues should have been resolved before going live. Every new version has teething problems but this is way beyond that.
HBC try again
Not the best of apps could of been done better very poor user experience can’t imagine it for a none technical person
Useless, sloppy and unorganised
Most useless app I’ve used in a long time.
