Problem fixed! Thanks! Having problems since app update. Cannot change my permissions which also makes it so that I can’t get past the main screen to order.
App doesn’t work.
Terrible app. Trying to start an account and it keeps telling me the account can’t be activated.
Cannot Access My Info
The app worked fine for ordering my contacts earlier this year. I’ve just moved and I guess I forgot to label my contact boxes (I have two different prescriptions). When trying to access anything on the app, I’m met with an alert stating tracking permissions are required. I don’t understand why you need my location to show my prescription but okay. I set the permissions in my settings but am still unable to get into the details of my prescription.
Doesn’t function the best
App is slow and doesn’t work half the time. I have started to just call my eye doctor to place the order for me

Doesn't work!
I used MARLO last year to order contacts for me and my daughters and it was seamless. Now, here we are ordering a year later and every time I log in, it deletes two of the three members of my family. I can't just order what I need to order! This app used to work but has now made such a mess of trying to order my family's contacts. It is garbage! Don't use it- just order through your eye doctor. Much easier!!
Only applies to contacts not glasses
The ad for the app said I could get all of my prescriptions online. That’s true for contacts. For everything else - like glasses or upcoming appointments, it just says, “you’ll have to call your doctor’s office”. It’s an app to sell contacts. My provider already had a portal for that so there is no value add from this app.

I love that I can order a new set of contacts from anywhere!
Can’t sign up without agreeing to texts
I tried to activate my account, and it wouldn’t let me proceed with sign up unless I agreed to receive their promotional text spam. Never seen this before from any company.
Smooth
My eye doctor provide this app and it has been much easier ordering my refills for my contact lenses.

No Longer Accepting Orders Through Patient Portal?
Yeah, I need to order more contacts but it keeps saying the app will no longer allow ordering through the patient portal. Is this a glitch?

Marlo is so convenient. Game changer! Can’t believe nobody has thought of this before.
Choose another option
I didn’t buy a toaster, I can’t wait 3 weeks for contacts. The app messaging feature is broken so I can’t even inquire about my order. This is a joke.
Reorder Contacts from Home
I love that I can reorder my contacts from my eye doctor without having to call them/leave a message etc. I also love being able to get free shipping! It’s nice to get the reminders when to reorder my contacts too.
Can’t order on app
App doesn’t even let you get past the main screen to order, and when you try to get help through the app it takes you to an AI that won’t even let you click or type anything.
User friendly App
Love this app! Super user friendly and keeps me connected to my doctor. Such an easy way to order my contact lens. I won't order my lenses any other way moving forward.
Buggy app
Marlo doesn’t recognize that WA prescriptions last two years instead on one preventing reorders- on top of a buggy app where the only way to get help is an unresponsive AI help. I’m trapped in a dystopian nightmare. I resent this app experience
Tracking Required to use App
No, I will not enable tracking to use this app. I have it disabled and will do business elsewhere. I’m sure you make enough off purchase without collecting my data.
Can’t Create Account
My doctor’s office sent my receipt by this app and I can’t access it. I can’t create an account because it won’t allow me to select a security question. I tried to just type in a random answer to bypass it but it wants me to select a question. I tried on Edge and Safari
