Great game but one annoying bug
So the game is overall great but when i use felorc i sometimes get this bug where he just disappears and everything stops the animations dont but theres no attacking i have to close the app and reopen it to continue and i still get the bug sometimes please fix it.
Missing hero
Game is awesome, however, the other day I got some gems to buy a hero or two. When I went to buy Felorc I didn’t get the hero but it did take my gems. I can’t find a reliable way to get ahold of dev to get it fixed and so far Apple isn’t giving a refund 😒
Good but
It was good even with ads, as of today when I updated 8/23/26 I get to wave 7/15 and my character disappears and I have to restart the game
Good game but….
Bought this game at £3.99…. Love the game but at certain points the character disappears from the game whilst playing requiring you to leave the game and start again….to which end you can’t start infinite levels again. Can’t find anywhere to report this issue to the programmers but it is a bug that requires a fix. Would be more stars if bug free obviously….
Bug Encounter
The game has been fantastic, and it’s been helping with my stimming. However, as of recently today, I noticed my heroes will glitch out and disappear and will cause the game to put a permanent stop on any of the action regardless of level and hero I play.

You’re just about to win or stuck in a long battle then the game freezes or reboots. Waste of time to sit there playing only to loose everything. DONT SPEND ANY MONEY !
Major bug
Recent update added alot of great new things but I keep encountering the same bug, I get to wave 5-10 ish on chapter 70 and my character disappears, and then doesn’t shoot? This bug is obviously ruining my experience of the game
Pay To Win (After a certain point)
The game is fun, but it gets to a point where you either have to play the same level 1000 times to advance or buy upgrades. It’s just a money farm, and buying upgrades for heroes is WAAAY too expensive. And your luck on skill cards gets ABSURDLY bad at this point. I am about done with being purposefully nerfed so I HAVE to buy the upgrades.
Great game but...
I love this game but there is a glitch/bug when you play with Felorc that softlock you because the character disappears and it usually happens during mid/end match. Specially when you have a bunch of upgrades
INCREDIBLE
I’ve been play this game for going on 2 years. Watching it grow has been awesome. I had so many issues with it. Then an update comes and boom! They fixed all the issues I have. In my opinion whoever is running this app, actually cares. I’m down to one complaint. You should be able to skip ball count every throw. You guys added it in the event with 100 levels. Can’t remember what it’s called . But that should be an option always. I know you guys got it set at 1000 balls skip. But just make it skipable right away.
Update/game change lost all purchases
Used to like the game. Stopped playing. Came back, game layout and upgrade system seems totally different. Seem to have lost all character upgrades, progress, and other spend towards the game. Restore purchases did nothing. 1 star review is for a heads up to people on a long term engagement with this title.
Fun game but
Personally, I do really enjoy this game- it has some cool hero’s and gameplay. But after you get to a certain level, You do have to grind and grind and grind just to try and upgrade things.
Random crashing
The game is fun with lots to do. But the constant crashes, freezing and soft locks make me want to not come back to it. If not fixed soon this game is dead.
Fun, but glitches
I enjoy the game very much. However, my characters are glitching mid level when trying to get to the boss and I have to close down the app and reload it to keep progressing through the level, till it glitches again and my hero disappears.
Fun game but I got a bug
So I am getting a bug were my character just disappears and never comes back to I have to reset the game and hope it doesn’t happen but I have to clue what could be causing it

Games crashes continuously, not known fix available. Running on 4.2.1 on an IPhone 16p 26.6.1. Any help would be appreciated.
Hero Path costs broken
Why did Hero Path upgrades go from 250, 500, or 1,000+ hero coins to 5,000, 7,500, or even 18,500+?? I’ve reached lvl 58 so far this cup pass and haven’t earned anywhere near enough hero coins for these new costs…that seems like unattainable grinding y’all implemented. Please consider rolling back the costs or boost the amount we earn by 10x or more. Nearly 5 star game in all other aspects.

I’m at 55 chapter with ferloc..a big bug happens: the screen getting blu for few seconds and ferloc disappear

Glitch
My little red dude keeps glitching out and disappearing. Blue screen then he’s gone. Usually around round 9 or 10.
Trash game, devs don’t play it
The devs only want money, save your time. Fix arena already, won 5 matches in a row and they all bugged out. Garbage. And quit stat packing your reviews, everyone I play with is tired of the devs making garbage changes
Great game
Honestly this is a pretty great game, a nice gameplay loop, genuinely funny story, and while there are forced ads which are a bit annoying, they don’t happen often and it’s only short ads, the game also doesn’t require internet to play it would probably be a five from me if there were no forced ads, but other than that, I would absolutely recommend it If the devs see this, PLEASE remove ads from the pantheon
Scammed
While the game itself is fun the amount of ads was wild. Imagine my surprise when I decide to pay for ad free and I’m still receiving the ads🫠they’ve technically scammed me and stolen money

Could Use Work
-Nova’s cards were better before the major update -Coins are essentially useless because you can’t use them to buy gear, joker cards, diamonds, or heroes -Enemies have all advantages while heroes are extremely handicapped -Some heroes are essentially useless due to power scaling and leveling up newer heroes is EXTERMELY TAXING Recommendations: -User should have access to full deck of cards after each wave to choose which hero upgrade/s they want -Coins should be able to buy joker cards or diamonds -Hero path should be more affordable
App broken
Heroes disappear mid match, deadlocking the game. Use to be a good game but now it’s unplayable. Save your time and play something else. There is no support for this app either
Great but could use bug fixes
Great game except when you have too many multipliers and the max speedup is 2x so you end up waiting 20 minutes for your 100k balls to drop
Bug Fix
I have been playing this game for a while and I love it. But with the most recent update, I'll be mid mission, the screen goes blue and my hero will disappear. Then I'm stuck there waiting for something to happen. I have to close it out and restart just for it to ultimately happen again. I hope they can get it fixed.

Why!!!!!
Great game and it takes up most of my daily screen time, but …………….on 8/21/2026 I was prompted to install an update, and after the update installed, my character disappears at round 2 of any level. Please fix, I need my daily Cup Hero fix.
Updates
they keep nerfing all of the heroes. when there's a good card, they downgrade it to make it unusable. i could still somewhat play it after the most recent big update, but they continued to downgrade cards. just money hungry and do not care about their players at all.
iPad version has a bug
After watching an ad you have no playable way forward. Have to kill the app and restart it which loses the level you are on. Bug has been there a while (months now). Was hoping it would get swept up in fixes but nothing yet! Hence the review.
Crash
I used to like this game but. The game has been crashing for a few months. Please fix this guys
Disappointed
I spent so much time and effort on all my characters to be left with blank slates that I have to now grind over and over again to obtain what I already achieved with my characters. From the original 5 star rating to this three star rating. I know there is nothing I can do now as it’s already changed but it’s not gonna stop me from playing a game I hold close to my heart.

Got really into the game but with the endless waves event my character disappears. After reset it does it again. Tried to reach out via website and app support to no avail. Fix this issue and I’ll fix my review.

Several times now I will be playing, and my character just goes invisible, and I am beyond round five of the boss in raids, so I just have to throw away my progress. When I go to the voodoo website, there’s no way to report problems…

Fix the bug please Jesus Christ
You’ve recently updated the game and left it with a major waste of time bug. My character randomly disappears right after or in the middle of a floor fight and the screen flashes blue, just closing the game and opening it back up brings the character back sometimes you can continue other times it disappears again, the biggest issue is if it occurs during a 1 chance infinite run, restarting the game doesn’t solve the problem, I have the potential to reach floor 70+ but by floor 30 I have to forcefully forfeit or else I can’t even play the game this is bull.

The newest update is buggy. Especially getting to later waves and all of a sudden freezes and need to reset the wave and lose progress.

The game use to be fun, but the lady update made everything weird and harder for no reason. It’s just not worth the time anymore.

Look, I get you need adverts for revenue, but having an advert thats 1-3 minutes long, and its just the same 10-15 seconds repeated over and over is just stupid.
