What people like
- Setup is fast and connects easily via Wi-Fi.
- Clean interface with flexible control layout options.
- Works great for streaming devices like Fire Stick.
What they complain about
- Volume buttons get stuck and won't stop.
- Subscription costs are ridiculously high for a remote.
- App often disconnects or fails to connect reliably.
Amazing
This control is amazing
Keeps glitching and I can’t cancel like it said
Please cancel free trial. I already have issues with the remote and I tried going into settings to see where to cancel there is no spot. I pressed an arrow and it confirmed apple would upgrade something. No. No. No.
Ports
When hdmi ports are switched the app doesn’t work on your tv other then that it’s great
Doesn’t stay both logged on
Each time I put the phone down I lose the remote and have to reconnect it
remote app
the remote says it’s connected to my tv, but when I try to use it, nothing happens. My tv isn’t responding to the remote
Good
Excelent
Issue With Free Trial Subscription Reminder
I only needed this app for two days. I requested that it send me a reminder a day before the free trial ended and no reminder was sent to me. I was charged $10 that I cannot get back.
Easy setup
So far, it’s worked fairly well. It takes some time when it’s been turned off for it to reconnect, but it’s only about a minute’ish.
Probably great, but expensive
I could’ve used this, but I’m not paying just to control my TV from my phone, you have to pay just to connect to your TV, I think it’s good for most users though
10/10
Muy buena
Fast
Way better than stock remote.
Price
Why do we have to pay. Roku has a one time fee when you buy the device and you can use the app absolutely for free on any tv this is bs
Wow
Wow
Buena
Excelente!!!
Not enough brands
I waiting for the jvc brand or it not working for my tv
Buena calidad
Responde exactamente👌🏼
This connects to a fire tv NOT a Samsung TV
They lied. Not a good app
Even better than any other app for tv excitement
This is the best app to use because you can use it on a TV that just fire stick
Works, but tempermental
Often disconnected and is slow to respond.
How to use app on other phones?
I purchased the subscription after our dog chewed through too many remotes. How can other family members use the app without needing to purchase subscriptions on their phones as well? It’s a great app and is working well but my phone needs to be here if anyone else wants to watch the tv.
Mr Travis
Works great on my phone
won’t let me cancel or report a problem
Do not download unless you want to have trouble reporting a problem and receiving a refund. It won’t even let me press report a problem on the settings. The button is there, but the button doesn’t function.
Good
Work well
Universal Remote
It doesn’t make sense to have to be allowed by tv remote to approve the universal remote
Great Concept, Core Functionality Issues, Unrealistic Pricing Ambitions
This is a well-designed and promising TV remote app. The interface is clean, and the visual design is appealing. I particularly like the flexibility: users can switch layouts, choose between traditional button navigation or swipe-based controls, and select preferred apps such as BBC, ITV, or Netflix directly. These are all strong ideas and well judged. Yet, three key issues undermine it: - The mute button doesn’t work. - The on/off button at the top right fails to turn the TV on/off reliably. - The keyboard search feature is non-functional. Controlling a TV via smartphone is a great concept. But at this stage, this is a 99p app at best. £10 per week is unrealistic—fix what’s broken, then we’ll talk about value.
Perfect
Works like a charm
Remote
It works fine. But 40 a year, or even 9.99 a week? Wild. Glad I’m only using this for the free trial day while I wait on Amazon. Plain thievery
Great but the price is Robbery
I only used the free trial because never in my life am I paying £9 a week for a remote! That’s £36 a month on a REMOTE subscription. Absolutely insane. I don’t understand how or why people are paying for it, just get a cheap remote online. Crazy pricing.
Volume issue
Reacts well but if I press volume up it just keeps increasing and won’t set and likewise on volume down so I’m no better off as I can’t set the volume
Excelente!!
Excelente!!!
Amazing
Took 2 seconds to connect point your camera at tv it reads code automatically best app ever
I was enjoying the app
Until you asked me 3 times if I was enjoying it
Remote
I feel like it should be a once time purchase, will cancel and buy a remote for 10$ on Amazon that does not require a yearly subscription.
Useless
Nothing but useless
Samsung QLED Q7F 65”
Good
Remote
Works perfect and it was a fast process
No connection
Even when you pay for the service, app doesn’t connect. Waste of money

Funciona
remote

Actually, it works
Idk what else to say? It actually works, it work by accessing local wifi, it’s simple and it’s the only app I’ve seen work so far.
