Inconsistent
The buy option hasn’t been working for days to weeks and they say contact customer support like there’s actually one.🤮
Support ghost
I somehow have 5 transactions missing including some litecoin I’ve sent 3 or 4 messages … crickets … no nothing in response Can someone help…
Cool
Fantastic crypto wallet Easy to buy and send Bitcoin right from my phone
No Customer Service
I have reached out to customer support repeatedly. I am unable to remove my funds from the wallet. Nothing works and no help. They did reply on TrustAdvisor that I gave insufficient information. I gave all there was to give without giving my keys.
Bug fix
It worked good at the beginning, then the app updated now I can’t do any transactions. It needs to be updated and correct the bugs.
handy tool
perfect extra wallet for quick swaps when big ones lag. we all know it does in the worst possible moments lol
Scam App
Don’t download, stay away! I tried reaching out to support about a simple trade and they won’t respond back. I lost a ton of trades because this app doesn’t work or offer to help when their app doesn’t work.
XDC not accessible
They responded and are looking into the matter. Customer support is on the issue and aware. They were professional reaching out with updates to the current situation. Waiting to hear back. It keeps sending me to the same submission form.
cool wallet
tons of chains supported, didn’t even know some existed lol
App issues
The app keeps freezing won’t let me pull my funds out. Error code is not enough funds.
excellent speed
transactions finish so fast it feels unreal sometimes ngl
