Great
Needs to be free
Cancellation
I have called and emailed 6 times about a cancellation. I want this company to stop charging my card and they are giving me the run around. This is very unprofessional.
Review
This app has helped me pass my test. When you click either the right or wrong question, it explains why it's right/wrong, and why the other ones won’t work. Only downside is that for the full experience, you have to pay a subscription (a week, monthly, yearly, if I remember). The team is very helpful since I had to communicate with them a few times. I do recommend this and honestly, the subscription is doable versus having to pay out of pocket for the test if you fail the first time.
App usage
A bunch of tests and quizzes. No actual study material. Hate that I had to pay $10 for this when I could’ve checked out a book to study in the library. App needs a free trial
:)

Exam Prep
This is a good way to study for the PTCE. I haven’t taken the exam yet, but I have a feeling I will pass using this app.
Expensive
You only get to do a few quizzes before everything the app has to offer gets put behind a paywall. Not having a free version of an app like this is annoying enough, but it’s expensive too!! $10 for a week, $25 for a month or $65 for 6 months is pretty ridiculous given what all is on this app. I respect paying your team a livable wage but that’s too much to ask for on here. There are so many learning apps that have a more limited but free version with ads and that’s what I was expecting when I downloaded this.
Good App
Overall it’s a well made app, I do wish they’d have an actual study guide that generates based on scores.
Incomplete Questions
I noticed that some questions were incomplete or just plain wrong... Theres no easy way to report the questions or give feedback on the questions other than emailing them... I love the explanations as to why the other answers are not correct, but sometimes the reasoning is just written as basically 'options a b & d are wrong because theyre wrong'. Id like a little more explanation to properly learn. i do like that they track what you need improvement on and i can bookmark questions, but id like to know that my questions are written correctly if im going to be paying to access study materials.
I PASSED MY EXAM!!!!!
This was a very helpful app, I was studying every day, did over 700 questions and it had a LOT of the same questions! I appreciated the reminders from the app and it even had percentages of your weak subjects and you can bookmark the questions to review them, it had full explanation of the questions whether you get them right or wrong. VERY helpful app.
I do not recommend it.
The app worked for one day, but then asked me to sign up for a subscription.
Edited review
Initially charged me the wrong amount but then they responded promptly to my email & corrected the charge. Super convenient to be able to study through my phone.
Helpful but..
Helpful but keeps freezing making it unable to answer the question. Then once you close the app you can’t pickup where you left off.
Helpful app
This app is very helpful in practicing for the PTCB exam. I used it in the months leading up to my exam. The content prepared me for the real thing. Also, the streak reminders are motivating. I recommend this app if you’re studying for the PTCB exam. I passed it on the first try and I think this app deserves credit for that
Horrible app
Horrible app … they lie to you nothing is free … you get one free quiz and after that a pop up continues on screen each time you try another quiz asking you to purchase. Stop saying free when y’all expect people to pay … so misleading … don’t bother downloading
Questions
Need a larger amount of different questions and the answers need to be in a different order every time the question repeats.
Worth it
Guys this app is worth it not only does it give you practice questions it goes into details why it’s right or wrong I just took my exam and passed this app is worth it!
paid only
u get to do a few set of questions and you have to pay for even daily questions
Love
Great and helpful
So grateful for this app!
Helped me pass on the first try. It’s so worth buying the subscription! You will not regret it! Apply yourself and watch, you’ll pass!!! 🙏🏾
Money, money, money
Love how you have to pay to study for an exam you also have to pay for. I thought i would be limited to so many questions a day (which is fine) but no. After the first day of getting on the app to study it wanted me to pay for a subscription. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion! Can’t NOTHING be free in this world.
Great for the platform. Need improvement for accuracy.
I really like the platform esp the daily quizzes and reviewed question bank. However several answer are not correct ie. what is the medication most likely cause muscle pain. The answer should be toasting not rosuvatatin. “Hydrophilic statins (pravastatin, rosuvastatin) may cause less muscular events than lipophilic statins (e.g. simvastatin, atorvastatin) due to lower passive diffusion into muscle cells.” Update: Be aware for apple app automatically renew subscription. Since I have never access the apple account email - I never get remind in advance. Anyway the support team reached me promptly to solve the problem.
Convenient
I love being able to review anytime anywhere
Free version is fake
The don’t tell you what the limit of free questions and the ui is annoying just a way to get money from you. Study online for free
Student
Excellent App for Rx techs
everything is gone. i am so unbelievably upset
so lets start off with what was happening as of two days ago. i would open the app, try to start learning or doing anything, and it would freeze, crash and repeat. i sent in a report about this bug, nothing has been done yet. i decide that since i had a subscription that i paid for, that the app would recognize that if i were to reinstall and would keep my progress. to my surprise, that is not at all how this app worked. it has completely reset my progress and now the subscription i paid for, maybe 4 days ago has gone to waste too. i don’t even know what to do or say. i just want my progress or my money back at this point. i will find a better app to give my money to if this won’t be resolved.
Exam Prep
Amazing, helped me so much! Some of the questions were almost the exact same on the actual exam! <3 I felt really prepared with this.
Calculation answers are wrong
The question for alligation method don’t have a right answer. Which is ridiculous considering that this is official app from PTCB
Testing this out
So far, very easy to use. I take my exam in three weeks, I hope I pass!
PA-C
I paid for Pre-test but only got to address one question and that was the first one. Then the page skipped to question number six so I stopped but couldn’t get anyone to tell me what to do. I spoke with an agent of yours who sa song is she would report the incident and I would get an email about what to do. I never received any emails as promised. I want to reschedule the certification test until after I take the $29.00 pre-test. Please advise. Don Stanton
