Paid for my membership then my app started not working. I emailed them letting them know I want to cancel my membership since I’m not able to get on the app and I had never got a response and they’re still charging me.
Great Selection, Better App Experience Needed
MILE is a great place to find high-quality designer brands that can be hard to find elsewhere, often at excellent prices. My biggest suggestion is to improve the email-to-app experience. When I tap an item in an email, it opens a browser, asks me to open the app I already have, and then takes me to the home screen instead of the product that caught my eye. I’d also love to see more intuitive filtering and navigation within the app. Those improvements would make an already great shopping experience even better.
App won’t launch
As of 12/1/2025 the app stalls on the title screen and won’t open. Unable to change subscription or contact customer service.
Access
I have submitted my application if not mistake in June but until date my account has not been approved. I love the concept but without experiencing or trying out what Mile has to offer I can’t give an honest feedback.

Don’t use if US client
Do NOT use this if you’re in the US, or honestly anywhere after the customer service I just experienced. They don’t tell you where your item is shipping from so you get crazy tariffs from UPS when it arrives …… I also cancelled my membership, they locked me out and continued to charge me and then when I asked for a refund they said they had no record of my cancellation….. feeling robbed in more than 1 way.

Scam
The selection is mediocre and they hardly have anything you couldn’t find at an outlet or a sample sale. There’s also the 7- day free trial, which isn’t actually a free trial as they will charge you from day one - just as other reviews have complained. I emailed them and they made an excuse as to why I didn’t get a trial which didn’t make any sense because my friend had the same issue. Stay away.

Wrong size no customer service
I don’t know how but there was two accounts in my name and getting charged double, on top of that they sent the wrong size shoes and NEVER responded to my emails. I had to dispute with my credit card company.

I never heard of that app before until a small influencer talked about it on TikTok. She did advertisement for the app but didn’t mention that you have to pay for the app to become a member, otherwise you cannot use it. Blocked the influencer, thanks for a bad advertisement. In this economy…no thanks.

I’ve been charged 2x for a plan but shows the application is still in review. Mind you, it states you will only be charged if application is approved. I’ve tried to see about reaching out to customer support, there’s no way of doing that.

The service is not operational. After downloading the app you are ask to creat the account, together with putting your credit card details to pay for closing. After your account is in permanent verification status. Never get the service and they starting to charge your card. So already 2 months as they are stealing my money and it is impossible to access the app to do anything with it because is in constant loading phase
