Unable to log in
The app is so bad and slow that even when I have enabled Face ID it doesn’t recognize me and automatically after few days logged me out from the app and I am then unable to get access for few days this is totally unacceptable. Can you fix the issue with your app and make it easier for customers, thank you.
App is good but not available all the time
App is good with available features, but it is not available most of them times on weekends and some days etc. both motilal oswal website and app would be down for most of the time making it difficult to access

app and website (LOGIN) not working from overseas
Being NRI customer, your geofencing is not user friendly, I tried to use app or website from overseas location, and the app never shows login UI and website once clicked on login never shows anything (no error, no connection error) just silent drop. While security is concern but how do common user invest due to these tech limitations.

App not working well. Keep buffering. Most nights and weekends it seems have a problem.
Great App
Good UI, Clean interface and easy to navigate with many options only problem is Motilal Oswal MF is facing many server issues recently at midnight.
Dummy app that doesn’t work
None of the drop downs work and once you click on a drop down you can’t even exit. You have to kill the app and restart. Very obvious that no one uses the app and the developer didn’t test the app

Updating the app is too much time consuming. Its more than 1 hour now.

This app only opens during india day time and never works in timezones who are few hours ahead of India.

Worst app
You cannot even see the breakdown of your portfolio. In the previous app, you could see that. But not now. This is ridiculous.
