So many bugs
What is an external api error!!!!???? I try making reservations. I try to give you money. Your app is flawed. Your mobile ordering sucks. Your reservations suck. Walk in works every time.
Spring cleaning
Mats are beat up, screen fading or dirty, couch has stains
App doesn’t work
Tried booking a bay today, I usually have no issues with this app. However it’s not even loading in, I can’t see any times available. I also can’t book anything online, and when I call to see if I can book with an actual employee the automated system just says “booking can only be done online” How do you guys expect us to book online if NO ONLINE platforms work!!
Performance Options
Having an option to request your server via the app would be really helpful. It’s frustrating to need a refill or something not easily ordered via the app, but the server isn’t outside. With the in app ordering the servers tend to come around less often.

Seems dumb. If I want 4 hours I need to make two adjacent bookings and move bays? Genius. They can’t adjust if you call.

Great app for everything but have the option for apple wallet for your membership card

Be careful with the app. It makes purchases without us wanting them to. And good luck with the refunds. I contacted their customer service. They agreed to refund me, but they are not able... must speak to their manager... despite 4-5 calls and email exchanges, I still do not have my refund…
Mother’s Day chaos
Booked in advance. Had to wait in a long line as a bay wasn’t text to us. Put us five minutes behind. Couldn’t get second or third level. Tv wasn’t working. They finally came to fix it and it was so dirty and scratched up we couldn’t see how many balls we had left to play. Not efficient game at all. Very disappointing for Mother’s Day.
Easy booking, access to promos, always evolving
Definitely fastest way to book a bay, and I like having access to whatever promo was going on in the promos area. Also, like how often this thing continues to evolve with features and capabilities I care about.
Horrible app
Their waitlist feature has absolutely horrible UX. They’ll drop you from the waitlist with no chance to stay in so ultimately you’ll just end up waiting on premises anyway.
Gift cards can’t add
Be nice if could add gift cards to my account instead of carrying all the cards in billfold

Policy Problems on App
I just want to book a one-hour bay, but the app forces a two-hour minimum even when the venue isn’t busy. That’s frustrating and doesn’t make sense. Customers should be able to book one hour when there’s plenty of availability. This policy makes me less likely to use Topgolf.

At the venue - app doesn’t work
I’m at a TopGolf, on their WiFi network, and I can’t order food or drinks through the app. I’m not satisfied.
Parsippany Location
App is quick, VERY simple, and has a “queue” type system where even if they are fully-booked you get in within a reasonable amount of time, like less than an hour both times I tried on a Friday & Saturday night. You can “enter” the queue before you leave your home to go there. 5 stars

The fun pass doesn’t cover times when people would typically want to golf so it’s been an added cost with no benefit

Try to change email in the app nearly damn possible. Call her 866 number got a virtual assistant absolutely awful.
