Great action for cleaning teeth / app is fine
The brush does a great job of cleaning teeth. High speed action is soft but effective. Mouth feels good. The app is fine. I don’t understand what issues are. Note that to turn on brush you must hold power button for at least 5 secs when it is stored in travel mode - prevents accidental triggering.
Toothbrush is Great… App is Horrible
Purchased toothbrush and successfully connected. Tried to update firmware and it bricks my toothbrush. Good thing I saw a restore default settings button which worked. The app works great when it will actually connect, it appears they have login authentication issues. I can’t get passed the login screen without erroring out. I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times. Been down for 2 days now and I’ve owned the toothbrush for 4

Das Gerät an sich ist sehr gut, auch die Reinigungsleistung. ABER, seit dem ich die App benutze spinnt die Bürste, mal funktioniert sie ohne Andrucksensor mal ohne Bereichswechsel Erinnerung ohne das etwas verstellt wurde. Ich schau mir das jetzt noch eine Woche an, wenn es nicht besser wird geht sie zurück.
App needs priority
Usually anytime I open the app it takes forever or doesn’t work. For an electric toothbrush that needs to work, it kind of needs to be a priority for the company

It never sends a confirmation code to login
The app is absolutely useless because when you first launch it, it asked you to login and gives you two options. One is to enter your phone number and the other is to enter your email address then you haven’t sent you a code that you need to type in within 60 seconds and the code is never sent. I tried both options. I tried my phone twice and I never received a text message and I tried to email once and I never received the email. I like the toothbrush I really have no idea why you need an app for a toothbrush, but I thought I’d try it.

Was ich mir wünschen würde: - Besseres UI: Die App wirkt aktuell noch etwas schlicht und könnte moderner sowie intuitiver gestaltet werden. - Timer-Funktion: Ein integrierter Timer (z. B. für empfohlene Putzzeiten) wäre sehr hilfreich. - Putz-Kalender: Eine Übersicht, wann und wie oft man geputzt hat, würde für mehr Motivation sorgen. - Putz-Zusammenfassung: Statistiken oder Auswertungen (Dauer, Häufigkeit etc.) wären ein echtes Plus. - Widgets: Schneller Zugriff über Widgets wäre super praktisch im Alltag. Insgesamt: Die Hardware ist richtig stark – wenn die App noch nachzieht, wäre das Gesamtpaket nahezu perfekt 🚀
Please add Apple Health sync
I’m using the Laifen toothbrush and really enjoy the experience. However, I strongly suggest adding support for Apple Health integration to sync brushing time/records. This would make it easier to manage all health data in one place, and it would also keep Laifen competitive with other brands like Philips and Oral-B. Hope the team can consider this in future updates. Thank you!
This is a great product
The toothbrush works fine without the app, but this unlocks the full potential of the tooth brush. Now my toothbrush is on steroids with the high frequency mode. I don’t see what the negative rebate about. I have no complaints.

Absolutely no issues with the app or connectivity. Everything is working great. Toothbrush itself is out of this world awesome, probably the best I ever used. Materials are solid, packaging great - top notch product.

Die App läuft bisher ohne Probleme bei mir. Die Registrierung hat auch problemlos geklappt. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind übersichtlicher. Das einzige was ich mir wünsche, sind Statistiken, wie häufig und lange man seine Zähne putzt. Bin einfach ein Fan von Statistiken und das würde mich noch mehr motivieren. 😉

Working great for me - Clean and Simple
The toothbrush connected quickly and all of the changes made in the app reflect super fast in the brush. I’m not sure about the other low scoring reviews to be honest. I haven’t had issues like they’ve described. For reference you can use the toothbrush completely independent from the app (minus a couple features). I didn’t download it for a couple weeks and used the brush, no problem.

Lordy, how many times do you have to request a code to be able to access the app the first time? Tried innumerable times and ways including both phone number and email. Pathetic - 1 hour later, I still can’t get access. Worthless!
关于充电app显示电量问题
在app与牙刷连接上之后显示的实际电量与牙刷充电电量不相符合，尤其是在充电过程中与app相连，想通过app方便查看是否充满，手机上显示图标是已经充满了但是实际上牙刷的充电指示灯并没有常亮，能否进行改进，如果能在app上增加实时牙刷电量百分比显示就会更好了。

Ich habe gerade die Zahnbürste bekommen, ausgepackt, man kann nicht meckern, gut verpackt, aber keine Bedienungsanleitung auf Deutsch. Ich wollte mich dann in der App anmelden. App aus dem AppStore geladen und geöffnet. Nach Beschreibung geöffnet und Ich suche in der App das „+“ Zeichen. Es gibt kein „+“ Zeichen in der App, ich kann mich weder mit Telefonnummer oder e-Mail anmelden. Neuestes Update heute 22.07.2025 Wahrscheinlich ist das „+“ Zeichen unsichtbar gemacht worden. Ohne die App kann ich den Artikel nicht zu 100% nutzen. Geht zurück

These reviews are ridiculous. The app works great. I guess people are expecting Laifen to brush their teeth too. No buttons, someone else toothbrush! Whatever. Btw…. I don’t work for Laifen.

First; this app doesn’t list titanium as a type choice, second should include a timer in case a stutter is missed. Should communicate real time feedback
Honestly better than the Sonicare app!
I'm not sure what all the low ratings are about, because in my experience so far (limited since I just downloaded the app a few days ago and), it’s been flawless. It’s a pretty simple app, but it gets the job done really nicely.
Data mining
They intentionally default the toothbrush to not have 30sec reminders to push you installing the app. The app requires Bluetooth which is linked to your physical location and wants your phone number to login. I will change my rating to 4 stars if they commit to defaulting the 30sec

Love the toothbrush! One doesn’t have to use the app, nearly ever (just at first for setting adjustments). Wish the app was scrapped and rebuilt with the same level of care as the physical product.

刷牙时长设置为1分钟时，仅有一次换区提示，1.5分钟时，仅有2次换区提示，这逻辑有问题。应该是无论刷牙几分钟，都应该有3次换区振动提示。 升级后依然如此，并且常见问题竟然是英文，我是国区下载的。
Works Fine At The Moment
Received my toothbrushes (ordered 2x) and they connect to the app at the time of this writing and was able to calibrate and update the firmware without any issues. Definitely a lot of customization and tuning to the tooth brush such as strength, frequency and oscillations. Would be nice if there is a way for the app or tooth brush to detect pressure if you are brushing too hard or with notifications to remind one to brush etc. App has potential to be better.
