What people like
- Starting out is very easy and simple
- The concept of making AI memories is cool
- Some people find it satisfying and fun
What they complain about
- Hard to cancel and keeps charging you
- Videos look nothing like the ads show
- Faces change drastically in the final video
- Support never answers your emails or calls
Impossible to cancel
I have tried to cancel this 3-4 times. Sent emails no reply. They just keep taking money. Be careful there seems to be no way out
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE, EXTREMELY HARD TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION.
Needs more updating but has lots of potential.
I’ve paid but still ask me to pay again every time I want to create a memory. Plus, the scene I want, is not selected. It’s another scene.
Not as advertised
Why do you advertise things there are no access to? I have a years subscription and can’t do the dragon photos you push this in advertising! Also many of your things come out looking nothing like the person You have no customer service support!
Not everything works
Tried the mini version just doesn’t load and I’ve tried every day Very disappointing

Could not access app
I purchased the year subscription, but the app didn’t recognize my email. I couldn’t use it, so I requested a refund. Still waiting for information on that.
Nada gratuito
Deveria ter opções gratuitas para teste… tudo é pago e ouvi falar q a qualidade na é boa
confusing app
not friendly
Unable to Restore my purchase
I purchased the ArtMind annual subscription through the provided link, but I’m unable to restore my purchase on my phone. I’ve already paid for the annual subscription, but the app does not recognize my purchase when I try to restore it. I would appreciate assistance resolving this issue so I can access the subscription I purchased.
Foto con mi madre
Me hubiera gustado más que mi madre fuera la cara de la foto que envié. Yo me parezco. Ella para nada. Gracias
Didn't work
They charged me $21 for a monthly fee and didn't acknowledge or recognize my email when I went to upload photos to use the app. Waste of time and money. Trying to cancel now
Bait and Switch
This app was advertised with a video showing a person with a dragon. This video is not on the app and there are no photos or videos with a dragon in it.
Not as described. Demos one thing but creates something totally different
Demos one type of video but creates rubbish one instead
Parfait
Bonne application satisfaisante
It’s a scam
Scam scam scam
Unsubscribe
The various pictures I tried using of my mom and I DID NOT look us. The pictures were not blurry. I saw some resemblance but the moment it became a live video Not. I would renew but not with those results. I love the idea though
Results not the same as advert
After doing these ai videos about 10 times. I can’t work out how to make the video equal the video Image shown in the advert.
SCAM
Would give 0 stars if allowed. I purchased and paid over $50. Won’t let me on it unless I pay again. I think this is a scam
Please refund
Please refund $10.73 as I have not used subscription in any way
Changes their original faces
Faces change from the original picture
Slow Something's Wrong
I don't think this app is for me. Paid for subscription and keeps telling me no email active . Cancelling. When it starts off wrong, that's a sign to leave it alone.
Poor Results
Couldn’t do the pet with owner. It would only process the first photo and not allow the second photo. I couldn’t do myself with my cat together. Results of videos did not come out as good looking as their samples. Faces make a drastic change when video begins. Only got one really good memory video. Disappointed!
Hugs from haevan
It was nice but my daughters face changed a lot
Does nor work
Misleading advertising
User interface not friendly
First using the app was easy. Pick a pic and continue. Now I can’t pic any new pictures and the only pics available are the already so generated ones. Now I’m paying a subscription fee and can’t do anything. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t work
Paid the money, tried 5 times, the videos created are no where near what is advertised
DO NOT BUY
As usual the promises of control over your subscription and happy refunds are all underhand lies. The video you expect is not even close to the one shown or the examples even in the App. If it was I would have not felt so stung by the $9.99 I was willing to pay for ONE good video. Amoral to present yourself this way.
Lousy App
Video I did of my parents has been generating for over and hour and it hasn’t completed… waste of money
Videos
Videos don’t come out as shown in the examples
This app is a scam
I knew within minutes of using this app it wouldn’t function like the ad depicted. I tried canceling, but it’s telling me I don’t have a subscription, so nothing to cancel. Meanwhile, it’s charging me $9.99 a week and I can’t make it stop. I’ve reached out to the company via email and in the App Store, but no response. I guess I have to cancel my credit card and go through that whole hassle just to make this end. What a scam!
