What people like

- Remembers your last watch position
- Syncs progress across iPhone and Apple TV
What they complain about
- App crashes frequently during use

- Account registration link returns errors
Happy so far
Everything works well so far! If I had any issue would be resizing the interface all the time. I wish it remembers your last resize.
Sound Issue on my MacBook Pro
Crackling noise during video playback.. I love the player, but this bug needs to be fixed.
Great Interface but not Perfect
The thing I like most about this app compared to others is that it actually looks and feels modern. You can see what’s playing on each live channel from the main list, instead of having to go over each channel one by one like most other apps. One limitation though is that I can’t see what will be playing on a channel after the current program, which other apps show. We need to be able to see what’s upcoming on the channel, especially when the current programs are about to end.
Worked perfectly until recently
I keep trying to reset my password but the link does not work. I tried to create another account, didn’t work either.. I tried reaching out to the customer support but no answer. I cannot use the app anymore… I look forward to be unblocked!
Easy to use...
Great app...
Stopped working
Stopped working sadly
Really good
Would be perfect with the possibility to choose live tv as first screen and disable movies/tv page, and a must would be to be able to search through EPG. Also the favorite order set on iPhone is not applied on tvOS.
2.0.0
Since installing new version 2.0.0, I have playback issues. It speeds up/stops/slows down. My playlist works fine in other apps
Best IPTV app
Top !
My Experience with Zen
Came out the gate strong, worked crystal clear for about 1 week. Then it’s stopped working or excepting my IPTV subscription information and would no longer work after I paid my hard worked for money. I just deleted the app with another week completely paid for already. Was taken advantage of and feels like my y was stolen. Horrible App Horrible business practices.
CC options for movies and series
Please improve your CC options for movies and the series…you have almost no choice or options…if you fix that I would give you 5 stars review.
It keeps crashing and where are the amount of channels
I want to know how many items in each group .. Say netflix movies 1198 titlles Tv Channels Canada Entertainment how many channels I cant compare iptv providers if I cant see how many channels there is ...
Good on Mac, poor on Apple TV
Works very well on Mac. On Apple TV, on the other hand, it’s disappointing - EPG just won’t work, settings are limited. Still looking for a player that works seamlessly across both platforms
love it
so far its a very easy and i like the upscale feel of the app. great app to use
It doesn't work
QR code doesn't work on Google TV streamer and there's no compelet keyboard to type URLs and marks like colon : and slash / , etc.
the only thing i have a problem with.
when I put all my playlist in. I don’t see last 2 on the list. i have to go to setting to get to all the list. other than that it works great.
Error
Always giving fault
Bof
Prefect app for iptv
It is nice, clean and very helpful. It keeps your sesión and the shows that you are watching, I’ll try it on my Apple TV and iPhone and keep them synchronized. I just would like to have ‘trailers’ that would be wonderfully perfect. Besides is a 10/10
Support is only in French on Discord and not responsive
Some channels will not play even when they play on different IPTV apps on other devices. There doesn’t seem to be a way to add favorites. Support is provided in Discord, only in French and not responded to by Zen. The email address does not reply to emails sent. I would like my money back.
Zen IPTV Mac OS Tahoe
Can't see live channel names
Have to click on each live channel to see their actual names, don't see how to set the UI to show the actual names of the channels
Amazing IPTV player
Compared quite a few player and this is one of the best one’s for a snappy and functional app to enjoy watching.
Worked Fine, Then Stopped
Worked fine until I refreshed the channels. Something messed up. Uninstalled, Reinstalled, Logged Out, Logged back in… provider works fine on other apps.
Only support search in English
Please add search support for other languages like Arabic
Not happy
Loved the good vibe and feel of the app but not having the option of English in discord is frustrating plus NOT having the ability to sort favorites is exhausting specially if you have tons of favorites and unable to group even on the paid version. Cute app but weak
Good potential
Need to allow google signup via the macOS app
Great app
The developer has put a lot of thoughts into building this player. Kudos. Certainly an app I recommend others to use.
Borked
They decided to force everyone to make an account to use the app. Conveniently the register for account is completely broken and returns a null error each time. Took a app I used every single day and broke it entirely. Congrats?
Just need one thing
Just need one thing, being able to see epg guide whenever I am watch something on livetv
Zeniptv
TvOS not in English
Besides TvOS app not being in English, the app would be #1. It’s English on google tv just don’t understand why it’s not English on TvOS
The best IPTV app
No doubt this is the best app for IPTV
Nothing Zen
On TvOS : Only French interface available. Cannot change channels, you have to choose every time ( exhausting) no favourites … so many features missing from a basic player.
Beautiful App
Works great on my Mac-it’s English and I understand English. On my AppleTV, everything is in French. Support is in French! Need support in English
Hopeful
I’ve just downloaded the app. I do like the interface and way that things are laid out. That being said, it has crashed on me 4 times in the past hour. I was considering buying the full version, but it does seem unstable so I will wait to see if it gets any better. There are also titles in the app that are in French, I unfortunately do not speak French.
Best IpTv
All is well but this has the best format I need my player to be the only thing I wish was there a better way too categorize movies
Zen
Works great!
I tried a few others but ended up on ZEN IPTV. Does what it's supposed to and works great. The EPG guide is a little clunky but by no means a deal breaker.
Nice to have a clean mac IPTV app
The interface is nice, but a few feature requests (I would post this to the discord but can't speak French): Surely most users do not want to toggle EPG/channel view. I imagine most people want to pick one view and stick to it, so that option should be in settings, not forefront in the UI. EPG does not load in grid, but does in channels and columns. We should be able to hide channels (I never want an SD or HD channel when UHD is available), rename channels, rename groups, reorder channels within groups, and move (and copy) channels between groups. I do not like using favourites lists, and would like the option to hide this. I do not use IPTV for VOD content, so tabs for movies and series are redundant for me. Search should pull replay (catch-up) content. I love that we can have user accounts. The player loads quickly and works well, however when skipping forward in replay there is a long delay before playback resumes. Additionally, I do not like the banner that appears whenever I touch the mouse and would like to toggle that off. It would be nice to be able to fast forward live streams if they have been paused. I also get an error message when I pause a stream, this should be selectable and copyable text so it can be reported to the developer. Thank you for your work, this app has a great deal of promise!
tvOS!
Please change the language or give the option to change. This app is one of the best and I would purchase straight away it’s just this issue holding me back :(
Get app, just one thing missing
Great interface, just wish the appletv app came in English
Good but keeps crashing
Great application, but keeps crashing after exiting a stream
