Absolute Downgrade from Office Football Pool
If you could surgically and precisely engineer exactly how to undo everything that was great about legacy Office Football Pool, Splash is how you would do it. From weekly pick entry, to following your picks, to entering and receiving payment, absolutely everything is not just worse, but terrible. Such a shame.

Overall pretty good for pools. Very fast on taking money for deposits, very slow paying out withdrawals. Up to 72 hours.

New version hide information
Last year in the pickem, it would show a list of your picks after submitting with teams and spreads and would update as the games went on. The new app only shows the team you picked and no spread info and only that the game is “Complete”. No score, no pick spread. It sucks.

All the games are so much fun and the app is super smooth.
HATE THE UPDATE
The worst update possible. No longer convenient and quick to look at your results. It’s clunky, way more options to click through to see anything. Not clean. Feels like it took a step backwards. Makes me not want to use the application at all. 10 thumbs down
Golf Majors Pool
Splash makes it easy for me to keep track of everything and everyone’s winnings… I still use somewhat of a different format, but splash makes everything very convenient for me
Took away good features
I used run your pool for years and thought it was great for a confidence pool. Then Splash bought it and took away some of the features Not being able to do the drag and drop for points anymore is insane, and the feature that you could pick the games during the week to simulate what place people would get was so nice. Both gone.

No "what if" standings
Splash bought out OFP and made it to where you have to be on a desktop computer to see scenario generator, which I assume is the "what if" standings. But it's 2026, who is sitting around on a desktop or laptop computer on a Saturday? Also the format is worse than OFP, more scrolling, harder to follow. Don't need a bunch of flashy graphics, just want to see the picks

great promos, steady payout time and great withdrawal system only thing i’d ask is to add team props in the future for states like california for parlaying and straight betting but overall amazing app i love it
Terrible interface
Terrible interface with the new update. You can’t even see your own 5!picks on one screen without scrolling. Go back to the old interface.

Abject Disaster
Seriously the worst thing ever. Ever. Ever. They took over office football pool and their site is completely incompetent. No confirmation email sent after picks are made. Very unfriendly experience. You can only use simulated standing in desktop mode. The process of submitting games is shockingly complicated. They don’t list team ranking or highlight which games are televised. And we’re also now finding out the lines for the college football pick em pool still move after a pick is submitted. Support says there is a setting for commissioner to “lock spread”, which the fact that’s required alone is absurd - but on top of that - there is no setting available to lock spreads like I was told by support. It’s unfathomable to think there is a worse operation in any walk of life than Splash Sports. Seriously, you guys are the worst.
DONT DOWNLOAD
1. Payout take forever you get entered into a group, even if ur asked not to. And it takes FOREVER to get paid out (took me 6 days one time.) I didn’t get paid anything other than guaranteed payout even though i was the “Winner” no point in a 6 day waiting period. 2. WITHDRAWL TAKES EVEN LONGER. It’s honestly crazy how long it took to get my money out of this app. 3. Lines are just horrible, not worth using.

Incredibly difficult
This app is not for a friendly pool. Maybe it’s for the serous better only. I’ve been running a confidence pool for 25 years. Never saw something so difficult to use.
Got Greedy
App was fun and enjoyed playing it even though there were things that didn’t make sense like being paired with players from days prior that already hit your picks and having no way to even get the full prize before one of your players even go. But recently, Splash lowered their payouts by A LOT. At least in the Quickpicks games. They used to take 25% of every contest as their fee but now if you calculate it, it’s closer to 45% and that’s ridiculous. There’s absolutely no incentive to play with them over other apps who have better payouts now and you don’t have to split prizes. Lost a customer in me.

New layout
The new layout for football pickem pool is terrible. You can’t see the result of the group and their picks. The teams names alone take up half the screen. Whoever changed this from the last serval years did a terrible job.
Customer service issues
Customer support is really hard to access and not timely otherwise solid app but customer support is just not helpful and you can’t contact them sometimes for no reason

Garbage App
This app has so many glitches. You have to click things like 8 times just for it to work. It freezes and exits out randomly. Also, when you’re playing a game against the spread, you don’t get to see what the spread is after you lock in your picks. You’re just expected to remember what every spread was. I reached out to customer service and they’re impossible to communicate with. It’s frustrating.

Always issues on the commissioner side w links, settings, etc. not one contest has gone off without a glitch
Incredibly Unintuitive
As and OFP user for the past 10 years…no issue. Trying to submit my information and verify my ID….not functioning.
NFL Confidence Pool
Extremely hard to navigate, tons of emails for $ contests, and now in a confidence pool the % of people in the league that picked the team is shown. (Can’t remove it according to help desk) Entire purpose is not have any insight on what people in the league are picking. Use to run multiple pools a year but since Splash Sports took over I’m done to 1 and this is the last year because of the site. Pool has been run since 2010.
Survival Pools
One of the sites problem is once a per person is eliminated from the survival group the are kicked out with no ability to see how their friends are doing
