I wish I could rate better
After 5 months of playing, making awesome friends and having a great time. Now I cannot stay quiet, The state of the updates are mental. The devs have destroyed the game in less than 6 weeks. Making the updates so that lower level players need to spend hundreds of dollars/pounds to try and defend to then be steamrolled by 2k+ players who have 5k+ spent on the game. The latest update has ruined the playing experience for so many casual players and until this has been considerably changed many players are stoping playing.
Map doesn’t load
It’s a good game overall but the map never tends to load for a lot of people

I love the concept and the gameplay for this game however I can only play for a day or two before I’m unable to play for multiple days due to the game stating waiting for server response

I love this game it has a perfect balance between cute and fun I like when you breed dinosaurs and get to hatch them there are even millions of different combinations but it is a bit pay to win
Very concerning
I have played Dino Mutant T-Rex for nearly two years and invested a significant amount of money into the game. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply frustrating and, more importantly, extremely concerning. From a technical standpoint, the game has never been stable. Crashes are frequent, making it impossible to play for sustained periods of time. Despite numerous emails reporting these issues, responses are often delayed or never received. The only reliable way to get any acknowledgement from the developers appears to be through their Discord server, which is not acceptable as the sole support channel. More worrying are the serious community and safeguarding issues. There is substantial evidence, provided by multiple players, of individuals engaging in predatory behaviour towards minors within the community. These concerns have been raised repeatedly to the developers, yet no meaningful action has been taken. Some of the individuals involved are known high spenders and appear to receive minimal punishment (short suspensions or none at all), allowing them to continue playing—sometimes simply under a name change. At the same time, players who raise concerns or attempt to report these issues are silenced, banned, suspended, or placed in read-only mode on Discord. This has resulted in a situation where those reporting safeguarding concerns are removed, while the individuals accused of serious misconduct remain active in community spaces. Additionally, the community environment is highly toxic. Harassment does not remain in-game and has extended into players’ personal lives, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of moderation and accountability has allowed this behaviour to continue unchecked. Child safeguarding should be a top priority, not an afterthought. Until the developers address these issues transparently, improve moderation, provide proper support channels, and take decisive action against harmful behaviour, I cannot recommend this game to anyone—especially families
Good game tho could be better
1st I wish there was a way to list dinos by look aswell as other ways so making specific looking dinos was easier 2nd some of the dinos kept seeming to disappear on me I didn’t banish them but the look they had completely disappeared from all my dinos even tho I had multiple of same look and never remember getting rid of any of them. Thankfully you can use bones to get a new dino with that evolution. 3rd having all new evolution dinos start level 3 when all others are higher is a right pain I wish it would hatch at same level or higher than lowest dino at least instead of always starting level 3 every time.
Great Concept Gone Wrong
I’ve been playing over a year now, and have really enjoyed the game a lot. The genetics and mutation mechanics are great, and there are a lot of fun customization options. Hard work got you levels and resources to progress. With the PvP side, things have always been a little balanced based on play time, but everyone could participate at first. Once Early Access ended and it entered the official release it all changed. They added a new subscription model - similar to other games, but twice the price of most I’ve seen. The Runes tested in early access were sold in bulk and at high cost which created a large gap in PvP ability between P2W and F2P players. And the worst addition were golden items that gave paying players guaranteed levels - no effort required - a mechanic that devs made sound like would be untouched by P2W. Months later, we continue to get more additions that should be features added as paid extras, and they’ve announced that F2P will no longer be able to watch ads, giving no way to make up the gap with paying players. It’s really sad seeing such a great game idea being twisted this way. Whatever your thoughts are reading this, the people and the community in the game are what keep us coming back despite the actions of the developers, but many long term players are now quitting or debating it.

Escalating P2W
Developers adding more and more pay to win elements into the game pricing out free to play players making it no longer viable to stay competitive. It was good while it lasted but they’re determined to kill off their player base just to make more money.
Good game
Dinos look cute, numbers go brrr, you get to play favourites with which aesthetics you want to keep. Wonderfully simple.
RAZE/ARULE will ruin this
Those two tribes are destroying the game. It’s P2W Those tribes will bully smaller players and make a large portion of the game unplayable. The devs need to stop the stronger players and bring balance before the game dies, however money is the driving factor to not balance the PvP. But the ARULE and RAZE will ruin the game

Once a great game
If you want to spend $200 per month in order to remain competitive, download Dino Mutant! Sadly, a game that once had great potential now has hefty paywalls at every turn. Watching ads have now been disabled under the guise of “performance issues” while additional paywalls go up. The developers of this game show very little care for player experience unless you intend to spend over $1k per year on their game. Greed to the highest level. F2P have no chance at ever catching up or being competitive. I used to love this game. I wouldn’t recommend anyone download it in the current state. Very sad indeed.
Great game but too big
I love this game to death, I play it all the time. However, it takes up more than 5GB of storage!! That’s insane!! There’s an update once a week, that has to be downloaded to play, and it just keeps adding and adding and adding MBs and I’m running out of storage!! Plus a lot of the game is pay to win, still fun tho.

Allow cheaters to exploit bugs
The game allows the same players (High level players too) to exploit bugs.. not once.. multiple times With nothing more than a warning Pointless playing as honest players that don’t exploit get destroyed unfairly by the same players that ruin the game and the trust in the game without seeing any changes or even an apology/explanations

Loved this game until the changed it
I have been playing this games for months now and was absolutely loving it until they changed it - now I can’t hunt enough food to heal the damage to the dinos while they hunt. Totally not fun anymore. Sad as I loved it but might be time to delete.

Error dino
The games awesome but the was a little error. I went on a banishing spree too get rid of the weak dinos and I banished a dino that was in the nest making more dinos , I went to grab all the eggs and I clicked on the middle nest and it kick me out I still love the game just a small error😅

Uninstalled the app because it’s annoying that it needs wifi, sometimes I just want a simple game to play on the bus.

I started this game when it came out and it has changed so much and improved which makes it so much more fun and a cute dino game if you like hatching eggs breeding fighting or just cute silos I recommend this game is for you
The development team enables cheaters
Sadly, while this game started off on a good note: great community, fun PvP game, cute cosmetics, the development team has consistently turned a blind eye to players repeatedly exploiting bugs. At the same time, while they claim to have the community’s best interest at heart they also won’t hesitate to do everything they can to stop you for reporting the cheating or making the broader player-base aware of the issues being hidden and enabled by the developers themselves - this is probably in order to keep a few high-paying players around and their own wallets full.

Once I started playing the game using server data, it doesn’t load with Wi-Fi anymore. is that some kind of bug or is that just how it works?

My only issue with this game is in the last 2 weeks of owning it I have only been able to play for 2 days because the servers are down If not for this massive inconvenience I would’ve given 5 stars
Game is no longer interesting or worth my time at higher levels
My highest level Dino is 423 and at this point in time it takes 2 hours for the Dino’s to breed then another 2 hours for the egg to hatch then another 11 hours for the Dino to grow up. This is not worth my time. You can haf all these speeds with golden tickets that you can ether pay for or get for free which is actually quite easy but even still that will take at the bare minimum just above 7 hours to have a fully grown Dino. Dino times start to become ridiculous around level 200 if I remember correctly as that was over a month ago that I was in that range. Also there is nothing for me to do or work towards beyond getting higher level Dino’s now since I have completed the 5 level bosses. Also now that am beyond level 400 the egg raids that take 24 hours to reset are pretty much worthless as you won’t receive any stats higher then what you already have as the highest Dino egg raid is 300 and I have only received 1 egg with a better stats in the last 2 weeks
Best game out there hands down been
This game is very good all it needs is a constant pool of new customisation on skins every other season to keep the creative appeal going other then that great game keep up coming
Extremely slow
You can’t earn currency in the game while offline. This means that every time you open the game you will still have no food and make no progress without spending hours grinding. The dinosaurs are cute but the gameplay loop is almost nonexistent and insanely boring.

Every thing is fine until you run out of food 12 bloody minutes to grow one Dino you have to wait 5 or more minutes to hunt for food and it all chops down to oh just bye your way through just like the low life’s who spent more than an hour on this game
BEST GAME EVER
I love crating a army of epic looking dinos. The game is well made. The only bad thing about this game is that sometimes the server needs checking or something so I can’t play, but the game is worth playing.

A fun timewaster
It’s a fun, cute game with an active, friendly community. The dev team actually listen to its players which is refreshing and makes you want to support them. I’d give it a full 5 stars if it had more content, but overall its very enjoyable.

Great game but when I send my Dino’s to attack the boss they never win and I can’t get more which makes me really upset that i can’t beet the boss and I love all of my Dino’s so much i can’t get rid of any to get more so basically I can’t do anything and I loved it but now I feel like the game is pointless but I recommend this game for Dino lovers❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷
Suggestions
- Sneaky dinos from far away lands with similar, but not completely identical mutations to your dinos. Find the odd one out and you get to keep it. - More dino shapes. I want chubby, I want thin, I want a jacked up dino with tiny head and huge body, and I want varying heights too. - Colors. The current ones I’ve discovered so far are fine, but here me out, gradients, like a demonic red to black gradient or a cutesy pink to yellow. And a color that cycles through the rainbow would be cool too. Glass color also. - negative mutations should be a thing, people want level 1 dinos. - the ability to pick up and move dinos to nests instead of having to find them in a list. - fences to organize dinos with the drag and drop feature I suggested above. - family tree, relatives have higher chance to mutate for obvious reasons. - some dinos just be built different, I want lazy, zoomies, backflips, tailbiters, flying for winged ones, preening, cuddle pile and little *tail-holes* that know how to jump the fence. - pet the dino, kissy on they head, friendship meter. - gender would be fun, could even add little confetti on the hatching screen, blue or pink, smol gender reveal party. - the ability to decorate and change the colors of home. - special abilities and effects that change battles into more strategy than numbers, but not Pokémon levels of stratagy, just little quirks they use in battle on their own.

I literally killed the boss wth
It’s a really really good game but I killed the boss on the first map but it didn’t give me the reward and the boss was somehow alive again so now I have to kill ot again even though it already killed all my good dinos
Too many server inspections
It’s every other day that the developers are inspecting the server, constant updates for fixes, and bans users for no reason. On top of the banning system being stupid, you can choose to give your information and email to get “unbanned” and most of the text in the game is in another language in Asia. I don’t want to translate everything to play a game that’s under constant surveillance and needs fixing all. the. time. The core game is fun and enjoying, and have recommended it to my friends a lot, but you guys should take a week to fix everything and let the players play the game through weekdays instead of a minor bug that takes an update and more data that I have to spend.
