App crashing
I’ve played for about a year and now it crashes every time I open it. Been down for over 24 hours. Tried to soft restart phone and reinstall. Still crashing

Im addicted to this game. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that I only get 100 energy and then I have to start spending my diamonds and watching ads for energy. I can’t accumulate more than 20 diamonds at a time because I always spend them on energy which sucks because now there aren’t enough diamonds to spend on anything else. But other than the energy and diamond amount I really enjoy playing this game. As I said before I’m addicted!
Keep getting an error
I just downloaded the game onto my iPad mini 4 and I’ve been trying to play the game, but it keeps coming up with an error part of the way through the update/load process
Ziele dauern zu lange
An sich ein schönes Spiel und die Räume die man gestalten kann sind auch sehr schön. Allerdings dauern mir persönlich die Ziele zu lange. Zum Beispiel benötige ich eine Sandburg auf höchstem Level, das bedeutet erst einmal mindestens 128 Schaufeln generieren um dann mit einem Eimer, der dadurch entsteht, die Sandburg zu bauen (da braucht man auch noch mal 32) - mit nur 100 Energie dauert diese eine Aufgabe dann ewig. So sieht es bei den anderen auch aus (zB ein Glätteisen erstellen benötigt mind. 1024 Wattestäbchen…) und das ist zäh und frustrierend. Besonders bei Events, bei denen man Punkte durch erfüllen von Aufgaben sammelt…die sind kaum zu schaffen.
Great Game!
I am normally not one for merge games, because I find them so boring. I can’t say that about this merge game. For starters, it has a great story to follow while playing the game and that keeps it very entertaining. In general, the game is fun, easy, and relaxing. 5 star ⭐️ game all around.
Annoying
This game was brilliant but then becomes impossible to get anywhere or enjoy it as never enough energy and takes forever to merge anything, it’s a shame coz I loved this game
Good game
Fun and great to play, takes a lot of patience as time the further into the game you get, but overall pretty good
Stingy on the rewards and prizes. Even when you win a prize, you have to wait two hours to open it.
It’s not a fun game to play because there’s so stingy on the energy and you have to match things 100 times to get one thing to get a prize and then you have to wait two hours it’s not fun.
Good, but
I enjoy the game, but there are some glitches. The game updated which changed some of the items that can be merged. However, the game did not update the existing goals, so I have some orders that I can never complete because the item no longer exists. Also, the game doesn’t always save my progress. So I have to earn twice as much to redo my previously made renovations.
Not great
Energy runs out too fast can’t merge a lot of items to get what you need. Can only play one a day for 5 min unless you spend money for more energy. It’s a nice game just wish the energy wasn’t so little and gone before you can even merge an item you need. Ads are too long as well for free energy makes me not even want it and it’s not even much at all. So much potential
Game issues
I just installed this game today and i am having issues with game play. I am on level 12, the game is telling me to tap on the earth icon but it’s not accepting my taps. So I can’t move forward.
Glitches
There are glitches in the game not allowing me to sell items if it’s not needed.
Tutorial is too aggressive
I’d really enjoy this game, if not for the never ending tutorial that insists on pointing out every single merge, even after making hundreds of merges. At this point no one would still need help learning how the game works! There seems to be no way to disable the tutorial. I finally closed the game and quit playing because all the game consists of is tapping wherever the white glove tells you to. Does it ever stop?
Great game
I have been playing the game for a month now, very addictive I am upset though I bought diamonds and the game froze so I lost 400 diamonds that is upsetting
Enjoyable
I am at Level 24 and so far I am enjoying the game. There is a lot going on but that makes it interesting. I do tend to get bored of merge games after a point where you have reached a certain level and it takes forever to get that high level item again, so will shall see. But so far so good.

Great game, recent update causing problems
As the title states, this is an amazing game. With the recent update the Professional Craft Table won’t give me necessary items and (even more concerning) has the option to sell it. The majority of items in my cue NEEDS items from this object and I can’t really move on with the game until it’s fixed

The game has completely change from the characters and the story with the update. I download this game because I enjoy the original characters and storyline
Some things are frustrating
There’s some events like I think it’s called legacy of corsairs or something. I wish it gave you the option to exit out of the event when you don’t want to join it because it’s not a good time but no it does not give you the option and then it starts counting down on a timer.. they really should fix this because people should have the option to start that event when they are ready not just when they are trying to look around and do something else

Great game but needs to fix issues
I love the game concept and you win extra energy all the time to be able to play for a long time. The only issue I’m having is I can’t buy a fridge cause the choices are cut off the screen. This makes it where i can’t complete the area and move on to other rooms. I have contacted support through the app and on the developer website with no luck. If they don’t fix this bug soon, you will be stuck fairly quick in the game.

Unable to display normally
When using gold coins to buy furniture in the game, the normal page cannot be displayed normally, the next step cannot be carried out, and there is no way to continue the game. Please deal with it in time. Thank you.

The only thing that is wrong with this came is that iPad has to be vertical ,I prefer to hold my iPad horizontal

I had 1300 energy then I was forced to update game and now I only that 100!

It’s a really good game and I’ve enjoyed chapter 1. However star lost due to waiting weeks for chapter 2 to open
Repeating levels for no reason
I’m feeling really frustrated because I’ve had to repeat the same spaces for no reason. Yesterday when I was playing, I was doing the kitchen. Today when I started playing, I was back in the theater room. This has happened 4x and I’m getting ready to quit the game.

I love playing this…but I’m stuck on chapter 1 with repeating king of merge levels. I’m ready to go on to the next levels.
Spiel lädt nicht mehr
Habe das Spiel vor Kurzem heruntergeladen und immer mal wieder hinein geschaut und gespielt. Fast bei jedem Öffnen des Spiels kam ein neues Event, das man dann unbedingt spielen MUSS und dessen Fenster man nicht einfach zumachen kann, um bei Interesse zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt hineinzuschauen. Nein, stattdessen wird man gezwungen, es auszuprobieren, anstatt dass man einfach das eigentliche Spiel spielen kann. Dass es ab und zu Events gibt ist ja in Ordnung, aber dass mittlerweile jedes Spiel fünf Events gleichzeitig am Laufen hat, am gesamten Bildschirmrand blinkt irgendetwas und ständig ploppt etwas Neues auf, ist einfach nervtötend und stört massivst das Spielerlebnis. Vor allem da sich kein Spiel eigene Events ausdenkt, sondern jedes Spiel quasi die gleichen Events hat. Beispiele: diese „Passes“, dieses Kartensammeln, oder diese „kostenlosen“ Boni, drei Stück an der Zahl, (mindestens eins davon auch nur durch schauen eines Werbevideos zu bekommen) bevor es eins zum bezahlen gibt und dann zwei weitere kostenlose. Nachdem ich völlig entnervt die App nach dem Öffnen direkt wieder geschlossen habe, weil einem schon wieder ein neues Event ins Gesicht springt (mit der Intention sie dann erneut zu öffnen) und man anders nicht drumherum kommt, das Event direkt spielen zu müssen, lässt sie sich nun auch nach mehreren Versuchen an verschiedenen Tagen nicht öffnen. Da kommt das Spiel wohl auf seine ganzen Events nicht klar. Schade, denn wenn man mal zum Spielen kam, hat es durchaus Spaß gemacht. Werde es nun wohl wieder deinstallieren.

Stuck
I am stuck on the kitchen scene. I can't buy refrigerator because the screen is cut off!!! I can't get any further!! I have contacted support but no one HAS responded!!
Bug déblocage niveau 2
Je suis bloquée au niveau « cosy bathroom » du chapitre 1. Même en ayant débloqué tous les éléments, le niveau d’après reste verrouiller. Je pensais avoir fini le jeu mais il existe bien un chapitre 2 et 3. Je ne comprends pas ce bug… Déçu, j’espère que tout cela sera bientôt résolu car j’aime beaucoup ce jeu et j’aimerai bien avancé et débloquer les niveaux suivants.

Don’t fall for the 400 energy for inviting someone that reaches lvl 6. I know for a fact I had 2 people reach it and didn’t see credit for either. Messaged then about it. Got a run around about hugs being fixed yet never got my credit of 800 energy.

Ehh…
Several problems…in the merge area to start with there’s not enough space. Have to keep putting stuff in your storage. And when your decorating it doesn’t deduct money. That’s fine but where’s the fun in that.
