Needs better touch screen optimization
The game itself is freaking awesome. But holy cow trying to play using touchscreen would be like a chicken pecking at an Xbox controller. I’ve been playing XBOX my whole life, and I’ve never struggled this bad on a mobile game.

I liked the game, the quality is kind of good, but it's not very good in the distance. The controls are not very convenient, but it's easy to walk and rotate the camera, and it's also easy to pick up items. However, shooting, aiming, and blocking are very inconvenient and challenging. It's better to play on a computer.

The game is great and I have bought resident evil on multiple platforms like xbox, playstation and steam please fix all the titles in the series because they became broken after the update and hopfully we will be able to buy Resident Evil Requiem from the app store in the future but please fix the game this is a review from a long time capcom fan have a good day.

Freezes before title screen with new iOS
Worked fine and fun game with minor freezes (probably expected to be fair) until I installed the new iOS (26.4.2). Now it freezes at the title screen when I’m online or asks to repurchase if not online. Does not work at all. Seems to be a CAPCOM problem as RE Biohazard has the exact same problem. Unfortunate issue, but I’d advise not downloading until issues can be fixed.

Great game! But restore purchase issues
I bought the game in full for my Mac, but when I select the “restore purchases” button in the same app/game on my iPhone it doesn’t transfer over my purchase history. The App Store says that we can buy this game once and play it on multiple Apple devices. So unsure what is going on.

This game runs so well on my iPhone 17e but sadly there is a bug where the game won’t load but I hope they can fix that soon but from what I was able to play the game is so good and I hope I can keep playing it again soon

Played it on 13 Pro Max
I tried a special way to play it on my 13 pro max on ios 17. The gameplay is great and realistic. Almost same experience to console games if played with a controller. Although this is a very high end game and would only run smoothly on 8gb ram devices like 15 pro series.

Okay so performance we know can be a stuttery mess and cant run as smooth is a problem YES, but i got it to a tolerable framerate that I got past Lady D, however once heading towards the next area, save & quit; My game needed to redownload itself dispite my storage taking its space (15GB! But insists another 14.7GB is needed or exits the app) so I deleted/reinstalled to fix only for it to delete my save. Sad because it was fun to come back to with the MCON controller to play during work or late nights at home. Please look into this but i know the supports been absent after the final modern RE release on IOS appeared. Just play RE7 its much better on performance, ugly but beatable.

Thank you for bringing this game and Resident Evil 4 to the App Store. It’s exciting to see these games on apple devices that are fully playable. Can you please bring the 2 and 3 remakes, 7 and any other Resi games to the App Store that being remade and bring the future games too. I’d snap them up in a heartbeat. Can you also make Village a universal purchase with Mac please. I haven’t got a Mac at this moment but would begrudge having to pay for it again. Especially when the iOS versions don’t cross save.

The performance of the game
Where is this game is compatible with M4 iPad and works well, but sometimes it really lags also hangs sometimes and there’s one more problem that I want to say is that game is not on the whole screen but portion of the screen which I don’t like I want to be full screen should be more better with the PlayStation five controller as it doesn’t work that well

I’m very annoyed and frustrated with this game I just downloaded the rest of the game cause I’m really enjoying it but I haven’t been able to play for the last month cause every time I go to load the game it goes through the loading screens then it just reaches a certain point and just freezes and this right after I dropped $40 to get the whole game I want the problem resolved NOW capcon has been no help and I really want to play it but I’m super frustrated and annoyed 😡😡

Guys u must add gyroscope,, 90% people cant aim without gyroscope because most of the todays games they prefer gyro for better aiming and its very difficult for a gyroscope player to play with non gyro !!

Big problem Capcom!
In this review, I want to write about how Capcom ignores its fans and players. The game is wonderful and helps a lot to players who are often away and can't play through a PC. But the way the company ignores the players sucks. In the recent update 26.4 there was a bug, the company confirmed it, but no news when the problem will be solved is said and roughly speaking we were scored and simply postponed this problem to the background. I want to say to these reviews that if you are ready to endure while the developers start working on their game for more than a month and not give any news and chances for the best, then of course buy. Draw your own conclusions. (Those who read, I apologise for the spelling, because I write through a translator, I'm Russian myself)
Impressive performance!
I am playing it on my iPhone 15 Pro, it’s really difficult to play with the touch controls but paired with a controller and airplay to the tv is just perfect! These graphics that too on a phone is crazy! The game freezes a few times but restart fixes it thanks to auto save! The discounted price was worth it XD

Amazing but needs to improve
The cutouts on the top and bottom of the screen like shown in the preview are pretty annoying….that needs to improve with the resident evil 4 or I'm going with the play station version. The graphics and 120 fps are all mind blowing but I would rather prefer a version without those cutouts. Also the PS version is cheaper and grants me a better fullscreen version on even bigger displays. Please look after this, a serious recommendation…
