本人在蓝伴语音App内产生多笔充值订单。该应用存在明显消费诱导：一对一语音通话自动计时扣费，没有醒目计费提醒；平台内主播以情感陪伴话术刻意引导用户不断充值、赠送礼物，属于虚假宣传与消费欺诈。 本人并非自愿大额消费，在不清楚高额计时收费规则的情况下产生支出。现申请对该笔订单全额退款，恳请工作人员予以审核处理。

无意间的广告，让我接触了，这个蓝伴语音，里面确实需要打赏礼物，但也是个人意愿，没有发现辱骂行为，但是我就觉得每个房间毫无特色，除了唱歌，游戏，只是聊天，随便聊，这样的情况我是不愿意留下来，其次就是唱歌的问题，很多歌不会唱，既然培训了这些男生，那就应该深层次培训，还有最基本的说话方法，一口大东北碴子味，让我感觉走进东北直播间，礼物的金币太高额，一个礼物上来就要充值1万，还不够，平台权限设置不够全面，我觉得平台可以了解情况，进行调整。
