Best Boba ever
Me and my friend go there every week we always ride bikes we always get the same thing the workers there are the nicest people ever me and my friend wants cleaned up a mess of water on the ground, and they later came chasing after us out of the store to give us 10 out of 10
No don't try it
So i download it and then it told me too get the other app and i did then i could use it but i tried to put my location and it won't work it i live in MA and it only had Miami so please please 🙏 don't get this app
so glitchy i can’t even place an order
I find it hard to believe your developers let this app go through and be marketed on the App Store when there are so many glaring mistakes and glitches that make it almost impossible to use
Better than Joy Yee’s (Chicago)?
My wife and I are huge bubble tea fans. For the longest time, our go-to spot has been Joy Yee’s in Chicago. But ever since we discovered Gong Cha, it’s become our new favorite! Don’t get me wrong—we still have a lot of love for Joy Yee’s—but Gong Cha has been so good. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are consistently amazing. We highly recommend Gong Cha to anyone looking for some delicious bubble tea!
Why does this app think I’m in New Orleans? I’m 1000 miles away
It’s frustrating that I still can’t order drinks on this app. I hope they fix it one of these days.
So glitchy
Loved the previous app, it send notifications right away when my order was received and tracked when it was ready. I downloaded the new one and it would not take my credentials. New app has been glitchy and slow.
Location?
Can’t change location and it wiped out my points once I put my phone number. The IT group should just off themselves for not knowing how to do anything
Not efficient for online orders
I had to download multiple apps to find out how to order at my local store and STILL CANT. Wasted my time and my boba mood is now gone.
Cannot change location
I’m in NY and it’s telling me to order in New orlean. And no place on app to change location
Location
It is good but it will not let me choose the correct location
points wiped out
wiped out all of my points from gong cha California app after they migrated to this app.
Something is wrong
I love the app but the location here in NYC doesn’t appear on the app, I can’t put the address because it’d only pinpoint the address but the place would still not appear, I only see Illinois address, Michigan, etc. This needs to be fixed.
Broken
Only 5 stores show up. My local store doesn’t even show up on the map
Unable to find my location
Waste of my time
App is not ready!
I was in Menifee California and ordered Gongcha there. The app doesn’t show the location and only display very limited location. As well there is no option to add point/reward online either.
Points system is rigged
I have been buying tea here for months. Haven’t used my points because a silly rule where I have to spend more than $7 to be able to use the points. When my drink is always below $6. Even that is too much for a simple TEA. Nothing else! Just TEA sweetener and ice. Just signed into my account with the app and it shows I have zero points. I’m absolutely never going here again. To any of these tea shops. There are better places.
Doesn’t work
Could not select store close to my location. App only shows stores in other states.
