Limited selection

I guess you have to subscribe to premium to unlock most of the settlements. Either that or the survey at the beginning misguidedly hid most from me. Because if you go to browser websites that list class action suits, there are dozens of them. In this app, it showed me only five.

Waiting for1st settlement

I rated it a 4 because so far it’s free but it’s only been a couple of minutes since I opened the app. I will move to a 5when I receive my 1st settlement.

Will not let me add address to accept claims :(

I have been filling out for months and now that I check it will not let me add my address without the whole app crashing. Can not accept anything

Needs some work

Seems like you could have more cases available and I literally just got on here. I’m trying to learn your system and keep popping up. Write a review when I haven’t even had a chance to use your app yet and when I go into a section of your app it just freezes up on me.

It’s a big NO

I downloaded the Suits app hoping it would simplify the process of joining class action lawsuits, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. I couldn’t even get past the agreement screen to create an account—it just wouldn’t respond when I tapped ‘Agree.’ The user interface feels clunky and unresponsive, making navigation frustrating. To make matters worse, it seems to only support certain regions, which they don’t mention upfront. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and data.

Sorta Slow

I’ve had this app for a good few months and have done claims and I’m still waiting on at least one payout.

BAD APP BEWARE!!!!

The customer service doesn’t work and isn’t helpful to reach out to, on top of this they don’t have a way to get out of claims THEIR app submitted…..

Address crash

I read the reviews about trying to put in an address and it completely crashes and was like okay well I’ll try at least. Went to my profile tried to add my address and it completely shuts the app down and exits it.

Learning about something new is so exciting. Learning about something new and the possibility of being able to get money because of that free education is priceless.

I’ve submitted a few claims. Wait and see if if gives me compensation on claims. Having the same issue as another user said, it closes out when I try to update or add an address.

I have spent hours scrolling through this app and submitting claims with my personal information. However when I am updating my address within the app it closes which gives me an indication that the claims may not be processed. I’m not sure what that is about.
