Not actual reading way off
Great Health App
JRing app is a great health app on either iOS or Android phones. Accurately monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, stress levels, weight, height, BMI, and glucose levels. This is technology at its finest!
All features not working
When I first received this ring, I hooked it up got everything going worked perfect recorded everything and then all of a sudden it’s no longer recording my sleep patterns. I don’t know what I can do. I’ve checked everything to make sure it’s all marked correctly, but it’s still not working so if you have any suggestions, please let me know and I’ll change my rating. All the other parts of the functions work fine.
A little temperamental
Overall I like it but it will drop connection really easily even when the phone is close. Also, no way to turn off the menstrual period calculator when it is irrelevant to me. (Hysterectomy)

I purchased 20+ smart rings on Temu and this was by far the worst. Not even close.

Does what it says. You can change the times it takes vitals. Keeps me updated throughout the day. Now if it did blood sugar readings and A1C. Super nice. Thank you for the app.
I cannot get this ring to stay connected to Bluetooth
I cannot get this ring to stay connected to Bluetooth. I have already done the factory reset. Didn’t help. It will connect for a minute then disconnect again. Also, when I am wearing the ring, if I walk away from (or shut) the box that it charges in, it disconnects. The most recent problem though is that it is saying the battery is low and to charge it. How is it still at 0% charged when it has been charging for an hour? (Charger and charger box both work). The ring and the box were both lighting up while charging. I got this ring to monitor my BP, but it seems to be the cause of my high BP at this point.
Works well but could benefit from further development
Since the latest update, I’m quite impressed with how well it works with my SR300 ring. I particularly like the ability to automatically register blood pressure throughout the day. The app only has the ability to register every 120 minutes. I would find it really useful to be able to set the interval so that I could sometimes automatically register blood pressure every 20 minutes.

Trouble changing
App crashes so much I can’t use it.
I just got my ring and can’t use it because the app keeps crashing. It prompts to update and crashes before I can do anything. It’s kind of useless when I can’t use the app to track anything. Please update the app.

L’application se ferme au moment où je souhaite contrôler les données santé. Se déconnecte fréquemment et grosses difficultés pour se connecter au SR300. À présent impossible de l’associer à mon iPhone.

Awesome gadget
Absolutely love this product and the app helps me keep track of everything! It also gives lived ones a peace of mind, knowing they are able to keep an eye on my health!
App not working
Got my ring keep trying to set it up but my app opens and shuts down. I’ve done this multiple times. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. Not very happy.
Limited App Lovely Ring
The ring is much less masculine than others I’ve seen. I bought this one to replace another that didn’t fit. In comparison the app is very disappointing. It’s very limited. The sleep data isn’t that easy to read. Heart monitors are automatic, whereas I like being able to check myself periodically. The biggest issue I have is not being able to track activity. In the description it have the impression you could. My previous ring had an activity tracker, which monitored heart and calorie burn and you could select different workout types. This app doesn’t do that. Very disappointed.

Adequate but not great
App doesn’t have any trouble shooting and is difficult to connect to other apps for fitness tracking. Currently having issues connecting to the hardware so not best pleased with both the app and the device
Great App!
I love this app it captures all the important fitness data and you can share your data with family and friends. I have both the silver and the gold rings i can also switch between the two rings whiteout losing any previous data, its great to be able to change to the other ring while one is charging. I can also change rings to match what I’m wearing. I love this app it’s very good.
App won’t stay open
App keeps shutting down and won’t record sleep or steps correctly. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. Go elsewhere for a smart ring, this one is not it!

Enjoying that it works. This is a great product if you like easy and simply fast results. It’s been about 2 months and it is keeping track of everything. My doctor was impressed!
Not a good app
The app closes all the time as soon as you open it. Have installed and uninstalled numerous times. And the app doesn’t work as in doesn’t register steps sleep or anything. Been wearing ring for a week and no readings. Like really. App is junk.
