Every time I finish a level, an ad conveniently has to play. It’s annoying when you’re trying to decompress by playing the game. Everyone should get at least 5 solid minutes of game time before any ads play, and then they should only last 20 seconds. That’s more than long enough, and more than frequent enough as well to promote for paid advertisement.

I used to love this game. I was in the 12,000’s level. It went from being able to get 50 / 150 coins per win to only 5 / 15. I guess it wants you to buy more coins. I don’t mind buying coins occasionally but not as often as I need to now. I am deleting it.
Vanishing act
I have had this game For a long time and really like it. It’s just a fun, colorful time without straining your brain. I became very good at the game and accumulated a lot of points from that and watching endless ad videos to be able to double them. There was a big stretch of time I did not play and when I returned to it my points seemed lower but when I really notice was as I played they kept evaporating faster and faster. I wrote in reviews once but no reply to the issue. I now have gotten down to the bottom of the barrel. I can’t afford to buy points/coins if they are going to disappear at such a pace. I hate to not play this anymore but I am done.
RUINED!
This was a great game, until someone decided to change it. Fewer balls and 45 fewer coins make it necessary to watch ad after ad after ad. I’ll be deleting after my coins run out.

This game is hard to play because when you try to make the balls fall they don’t I have to keep taping over and over again until they do fall so if you like hard games then this one is for you but I do like the game but only gave it 3 stars

When are you adding more dragons? I have finished unlocking them all but still play because I like finishing a tower to see what constellation shows up.

So now they updated the game where you win less “prizes” but use more points to play .. not happy and not playing this anymore.

UPDATE#2: I am disappointed with the recent update. Before when you won a level, you used to get 50 coins/credits without ads or 150 if you watched two ads. Now you only get 5 without ads or 15 watching ads. For every ten levels you used to get three color change power ups, now you only get one. You also run out of balls faster because they reduced what they give you. The cost of eight extra balls was reduced from 1,000 to 600 however, most of the time you have to get another eight which the price then goes up to 1,200. The purpose of the pet dragon or whatever it is and the jewelry still remain a mystery. UPDATE: I am still playing the app because I find it relaxing when I’m stressed out. It helps to relax my mind. I am on level 908 and it doesn’t get anymore challenging. I’m still continuing to collect the gems for the “jewelry” that has no purpose and the designs are repetitive. Still no purpose for the pets either. If you are looking for a relaxing game that is not timed and never goes anywhere, you will like it. The graphics are pretty but I haven’t come across a design they show in the ad. Also, there are some typos in the constellation names that drive me nuts. Not only because of the spelling errors but, because like the jewelry, the names are repetitive. Original review: This game is simple enough and addictive. It also includes “pets” that you unlock along the way. However, there is nowhere in the app or online explaining what the pets do but always asks if you want to upgrade them to the next level. Why would I spend credits or money if you don’t even know what they do or how they benefit the player by upgrading them. As you play you also collecting gems that create “jewelry”. Again, there is nowhere explaining why you are collecting gems for this “jewelry”. There is nowhere in app or online to get assistance. I don’t think I’ve ever played an app where there is no information available about the features of the game. Will likely eventually delete it for this reason.

I paid for no pop up ads, it work and could play without all the ads. Started to play today and now the ads are back. Tried to find away to contact their admin and can’t find it anywhere. I paid now please remove the ads!!!!

Changed rewards
You changed rewards to force people to watch ads to get coins. At the end of the tower is used to be 50 coins and a color swap. Now it is 20 coins and a color swap. There was a button to get 3x rewards, now it’s 2x, and there are daily rewards to to watch ads to get coins… sure, you reduced the cost of buying 8 additional moves, but took away the option to watch 2 ads for 5 moves, forcing users to use coins. This is clearly a shift to force people towards watching adds and buying coins. I used to play this game mindlessly while listening to audiobooks. I’ll be moving on to something else.
Fun game, but…
I am on level 6431. I do enjoy the game. However, when can I get one of the towers in your ad and on this page? I wish there was an opt out of the star part with the prophecies and the crystals.
Rigged
I'm on level 184 and i keep losing. Not a big deal. But I'm noticing that I'm getting the exact same balls every restart. The level is rigged where you absolutely need points to change ball color. Took me too long to figure it out.

This is the only way I knew of to try to contact customer support: First of all let me say I absolutely LOVE this game, I downloaded it a few weeks ago and I quickly became obsessed and purchased the AD Free Version and I’m already on level 1080. I have no real issues with the game it runs smoothly, doesn’t lag or shut down etc. The only problem I have is that I’ve never been able to login with my Apple Account. There’s a button in the Settings section showing the option but every time I click it nothing happens. I would love to have a way to be logged in through Apple or even Facebook because I have those options on all the other App Games that I play, I’m just worried that if something technical happens or I lose my phone etc. I’m going to lose all my progress and coins etc. Also there’s no option in Settings to contact technical support for problems that’s why I have to contact you through this review, I also couldn’t find a way to contact technical support on your website. One more thing, can you please think of possibly having a booster like a rainbow bomb that we can purchase throughout gameplay for like 150 or 200 coins? I just thought that would be fun as we get to the end of a level we can purchase a bomb to hit several pearls at once helping to clear the level if we are almost out of balls and want to purchase it. Thank you for the help, LOVE the game!
Accidentally deleted
I accidentally deleted the game on my phone, I played it for over a year and was receiving 50 coins after clearing the bubbles. Then after clearing the tower I would receive 200 coins and 3 bonus multicolor balls. I paid $9.99 for add free. The game was accidentally deleted, so I reloaded it and paid another $7.99 for add free, only now the game awards 5 coins when all bubbles cleared, and 15 coins and 1 multicolor bubble when the tower is cleared… it takes for ever to build up coins to complete the dragons and accessories. I would not recommend this to anyone!!
Ads.
It would be nice to be given the ad choice in the beginning instead of saying ad free ad free. Have 1 price that is ad free & not keep us running in circles. I went ahead with the Ad-free option of $9.99. I am still getting forced ads. Why? What benefit is this to pay ad-free & still get forced ads ?

This game often does not give you the points you have earned. This is a game flaw that needs to be fixed!

😡 I would have given this game 5 stars rather than only one. However, my 9 yr old daughter also loves playing Bubble Tower 3D and they CONSTANTLY play the Enhanced Sense pheromone perfume add. It talks about a husband wanting to “run a train” on his wife, also about him “going down” on her. The more I dislike the add and checkmark that it’s inappropriate, the more they show it!!! Disgusting and absolutely ridiculous!!! 😡
Fun but repetitive
Fun game with a good twist on the normal bubble pop games, which I like. The colors of the bubbles are really pretty and it’s fun to watch them fall. The little dragons are cute too. The only downside is that the background and tower never changes. In the pics it shows these really cool towers with different themes and stuff but the tower stays a boring brown tower. I’m on level 100 and see no way to change or upgrade the tower or anything. So the game mechanics are fun but the visuals definitely need some work. Seems like it could be upgraded with very little effort from the developers.

Not fair!
I’m on level 469. I’ve enjoyed everything about this app - until now. I haven’t been able to master this one and the MAIN reason is that someone decided it would be a good idea to throw a wrench in the entire game. There are way less balls to play with. The balls seem to have a mind of their own - going just a ball off from where you’ve aimed. I’ll give it a few more tries but after that it’s going in the trash.

Best bubble game ever!
I’ve found this game to be every bit as relaxing as popping bubbles in bubble wrap! I haven’t spent a dime on this game and have been playing it daily for well over a year. You only have to watch ads if you want “extra” points otherwise it’s just a relaxing way to pass the time.
