A wonderful app I came across has already helped my sleep schedule and lowered my Blood pressure!! If you want a breathing app you can’t do better than this

The voice on the timed breathing is very scary
Like the old version better
I really enjoyed this app before the update. It has a vibration feature that allows you to close your eyes and relax during the 4-7-8 breathwork. The vibration was the alert to switch between inhale-hold-exhale. With the new update, there is no vibration between exhale and inhale, thereby forcing you to have to watch the app so you don’t miss the transition. Wish they would switch it back to include the vibration between those two modes which allows you to close your eyes and still be on count.

Simple, ad free.
No bells or whistles, simple way to help focus while using this breathing method. I find it helpful from time to time. Only gripe is it counts backwards whereas I count forwards. Is that a setting somewhere? I’ll have to check.
Please fix
I really liked this app but in the new version there’s no vibration for inhalation anymore. I don’t want to stare at my phone the whole time.
Great Little app
This app is a No Frills, simple app to use. It has 6 choices for exercise, and a calendar to keep track. It does the job.
Doesn’t count counts cycles since last two updates
Good app that I use very often but since the last two updates the count of breath cycles doesn’t count anymore, it always display 0.
Love the simplicity
Simple easy to use and customize! Love the reminders can set but wish I could turn on a sound notification not just a pop up notification.
