Zero stars.
Game has become pay to play. Again, can’t finish first chapter of current season due to not have racers, let alone the tokens to upgrade them with, oh you need shards for that too. Don’t have them. Can’t get them unless you spend hundreds of dollars. Total scam.
Fun!
Fantastic gameplay, creativity and excitement. Only downside is the delays with updates for new seasons.
IOS / Xbox Update Issue
I played this game earlier today on my Xbox with the same Gameloft account that I use on my phones, an iPhone 17ProMax. Now, I was about to play on my phone, the same phone that I play Disney Speedstorm with all the time, says that I’ve played a more current version of the game and must update the one on my phone but there is no update available in the AppStore. Up until today the game was working fine and I was very happy with it. If the team handling the iOS updates would keep up with whatever else other platforms that carry this game then I wouldn’t be limited to only the console version of the game. I hope the issue gets resolved quickly as I really did enjoy playing the mobile version of the game.
Can’t win
Team mode is super hard, also pretty sure the other players are computer-generated. Tried to play with my brother once. We even both clicked “enter race” at the same time but couldn’t find each other. Solo mode might be even easier than team mode because it’s simple. Basically whichever team the person who is in first place is on when the race ends will always be the winning team unless the full rival team is 2,3, and 4 place. And very glitchy. Players get disconnected randomly and if they don’t finish they don’t count. Also don’t like that it’s so hard to get characters and there’s no animals or anything besides zootopia. I only do team mode because I don’t like feeling like everybody is my enemy.

Frequent tilt steering failure
Update: I waited over a year, started playing again, tilt steering was available, and was enjoying the game again. After about 1 week TILT STEERING DISAPPEARED AGAIN! The other problems listed below continue. Update: don’t waste your time if you like tilt steering games! I’ve had this game for 6 months and tilt steering hasn’t worked for over 8 weeks. First time was 2 1/2 weeks and the second was almost 6 weeks. I’ve never seen this in a game and I’ve had an iPad since they came out and enjoy tilt steering games. I notified support & got a small compensation. Any time this has happened in other games (VERY, VERY, VERY RARELY) it’s fixed within days not weeks. I really enjoy the game and it could be a great game but there are a few problems. First, and most importantly, be prepared to make a cash investment or be willing to wait for upgrades. There are lots of chances to spend real money to upgrade. Second, there are lots of false notifications to collect etc. Another problem is requiring that you purchase racers to participate in events. Right now I am unable to participate in 2 activities because I don’t have the racers & would have to raise their level to 30+ if I did have them
Opt out
I hate that I have to opt out every time I open the game. It should be a one and done, I’m not going to change my mind about it
It’s glitches a lot
So I was gettting the app and then I chose my character and stuff that’s why I gave it stars but when I pressed solo and play to race it just brought me to my Home Screen so I trined again and again and it just kept kicking me out so u can try but it might glitch

We really like the Disney racing game and all the characters just we would like more of them to be unlocked but it’s really really really fun. They’re also like yeah we love honey lemon, and all the characters like they made of super cute and we like Jesse they’re just really really really really fun so yeah we also like the Peter Pan event or you could do more events but yeah that’s really fun! 🤩 🌷💜

Season 21 hasn’t updated and it’s been a few days now.
Love the game…not so much the “changes”
Been playing this game for two years. Obsessed and love it. However… Not too long ago some “changes” were made. -Upgrade coins used to arrive in bulk, making it convenient to upgrade all of your new racers. The racer star level up was daily and the racer’s “number” level was easier to understand for power level. Now it’s “tune coins” in small batches, making leveling up any racer take longer and the Level Up feature is only available every 48 hrs and these “star images” to gauge what level your character is at. Ok…>:-/. -The new season levels now “require” three stars to move on to the next level. You used to just get by with one to two stars and come back whenever to get remaining stars if you wanted. -Is there any way the game can tell if you’ve already “maxed out” a crew member or character instead of just giving you “duplicates?” I get that you guys are trying to maximize gameplay and this is still my favorite mobile racing game, hands down…but these changes have been weird. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it 🤷🏻♂️.

People will lag infront of you and lag into walls pushing you last place as you get to A higher level and your players will Be cut slower when your a high level Aswel making it impossible To win they blame steering assist for crashing but it’s lag with There poor servers connection they need to fix there steering controls as they are shocking and there lag to everyone playing the game

The game is quite entertaining and fun, and I could play it for quite a while
Game breaks and they want you to keep paying them more and more and don’t give anything back
No iOS update for the new season make this unplayable. Money that you invest in this game go down the drain. This game is always broken and just keeps finding more ways to charge you. When you pay for the items in this game it breaks and you are just out the money and the company resolves tickets with no solution. Please stay away from this game. They should be in jail for what they do to customers.

Good game ruined by microtransactions
Speedstorm brings bright and colourful tracks and a remixed soundtrack of your favourite Disney songs, but adding new racers is paywalled and progression for free 2 play players is limited. This game is the definition of pay2win, unless you’re a whale you probably won’t enjoy how everything is locked behind microtransactions. Even their battle pass equivalent no longer offers new racers, but recycled racers from seasons past. The Reddit community has dubbed the company “Greedloft”, and it’s an appropriate moniker given the state of the game.
No Phineas and Ferb?!?!
What? What type of Disney game is this? No Phineas and Ferb? No Isabella, Buford, Baljeet, Irving, Stacy, Candace, Perry the Platypus, no Carl, Major Monogram, Vanessa or Doofenshmirtz? They all belong in here! It’s a tragedy you haven’t after 17 seasons! But, hey, you at least put Mickey Mouse! Peter Pan! Cars?! I don’t like it! And now Disney heroes: battle mode shuts down? Yaaaaaaaay. I re edited because I felt like a jerk for being so mean- I was just mad. Phineas and Ferb are awesome. That’s all. Please try to add in season 21 or such for free.

New Update
I absolutely love this game, ive probably had it for about 8 months and have been addicted and consecutively been playing it almost every day since! My only complaint is with the new update the new event Second Magic Star keeps giving me issues with playing the event itself. I hope this can be fixed so we can all continue to play and enjoy the game
Punishes you for not paying
Enjoyable game but it’s pay to win. The more money you spend, you can upgrade your car/speed etc. loses its enjoyment very fast, if you do not pay anything.

Great game really appreciate the recent update except I’ve haven’t been able to upgrade any of my characters because I can’t get enough tune coins

Broken and pay to play
The game has now been broken for several days breaking streaks for prizes and events. Game gets more expensive to play every date since Greedloft changed out the upgrade coins and made it impossible to get shards for new characters without spending an arm and a leg.

Love this game so much but the new season 14 update is terrible.
The game before the update was so well-developed and easy to play. With the new update, it’s harder. The new rules have created a multiplayer ranking system to ensure fair races. It has also resulted in it being difficult to upgrade your racers. With the new multiplayer ranks, if you did not upgrade your characters to at least level 30-35, you can't pass the emerald or diamond ranks. The new Tales special events feature makes it harder to win prizes if you did not purchase all of the characters. Overall, the season 14 graphics have improved a lot but have made it harder to steer your character in the races. Please fix the issues, Thank you.

Ok game
I have been playing the game on Xbox since it was released and I really enjoyed it but I feel with the new season of The nightmare before Christmas that when I win races my season pass doesn’t go up the levels. So I am not getting the rewards. I also feel it is now more money orientated which is a shame. When I started playing you only had to buy a season pass once but now you have to buy two for each. I also feel the upgrade coins for your racers are designed to make you spend a lot more money as well especially when your racer gets to a higher level and it is thousands of upgrade coins per level

Plenty of glitches that force lost races. App support is negligible at best. IOS support is zero. Typical Disney - take your money, zero response and zero fixes.
A bit confusing
I love game I have been playing it since a got it but it toke me a while to figure out how you get more tokens so I can then upgrade and get more races so I would love if you made that move clear
CRASHING!
the crashing and bugs on this game is diabolical. You can hardly get through a race without it turning off or crashing. Even with the cache cleared and having low GB this game still doesn’t work properly and makes it so frustrating to play. This needs to be fixed!
It needs improving
1.it needs MORE racers like Envy,Embarressment and Syndrome 2.i play it on my PS5 and I want to play it on my apple ipad but it won’t let me play it. So please improve so I can have a better go kart experience on IPad thank you ☺️
