Awful experience
უკიდურესად ცუდი გამოცდილება მივიღე. ბილეთი ონლაინ ვიყიდე, თანხა მაშინვე ჩამომეჭრა, მაგრამ ბილეთი საერთოდ არ მიმიღია. მხარდაჭერის სამსახურის პასუხს საათობით ველოდე, ხოლო საბოლოოდ მხოლოდ ის მითხრეს, რომ „ტექნიკური პრობლემა“ ჰქონდათ. კიდევ უფრო აბსურდულია მათი შეთავაზება, თითქოს პრომოკოდით „უფასო ბილეთს“ მაძლევენ. ეს არ არის უფასო ბილეთი — მე უკვე გადავიხადე საკუთარი ფული. მათი შეცდომის გამო დავკარგე დრო, ნერვები და მომიწია პრობლემის მოგვარებაზე ზრუნვა, რომელიც საერთოდ არ უნდა შექმნილიყო. თუ თანხას იღებთ, ბილეთიც უნდა გასცეთ. მომხმარებლისთვის პრომოკოდის შეთავაზება კომპენსაციად ვერ ჩაითვლება, როდესაც უკვე გადახდილი თანხის სანაცვლოდ მომსახურება არ მიუღია. მსგავსი დამოკიდებულება მომხმარებლების დროისა და უფლებების მიმართ სრულიად მიუღებელია.
the ticket price is inflated
The cost of tickets is accidentally or deliberately increased. Example 75 GEL ticket, 1 GEL choice of seat, total 77. How? New mathematics? Thus, the cost of the service and taxes also increases. 👎 Pay attention to the calculations. The design is normal.
Bugs preventing tickets purchase
The app works great in general, but there are a few annoying issues. The first one is that recently booked seats are not restored if you return to the previous screen, for example, to check other trains. And when you select the same train, the seats you selected are shown as unavailable. The only workaround is to wait 7 minutes when the session has expired. The second problem is that when I had 50 seconds to finish my order, I got a message like "your session is about to expire", and I could not close it and complete my purchase. There was only one working button, the one dropping the entire order. And you can't just start a new order immediately, because of the problems with seat selection mentioned above

Если я покупаю билет на официальном сайте компании, то почему плачу комиссию??? Да еще и 10% . Как так???
Do not recommend
I totally do not recommend this website. After changing my train ticket date, I found that my ticket was completely unavailable, forcing me to buy a new ticket on the spot at double the price. Even after providing proof and requesting assistance, the company blamed me for their technical issue, which caused me significant trouble. My advice: use another website.
Buttons do nothing
In the schedule if you press “buy” - it doesn’t do anything. If you choose a city, for example Batumi- it says there are no trains out of it. Go hire testers before releasing that. Respect your customers.

Be careful: system ignores corrections and support blames you
I was buying a bus ticket through this app. At the beginning of the process, you have to enter your name and passport number. I had the misjudgment of temporarily entering random data, just to quickly preview the ticket details (like baggage, seat options, etc.). I had no intention of purchasing the ticket with that information. I went back, corrected the name and passport number with my real personal data, and only then proceeded to payment. But when the ticket arrived in my email, I was shocked to see that my corrections had been ignored — the ticket was issued using the initial, incorrect information. I contacted customer support within 5 minutes after the purchase. Their only answer? “Buy a new ticket.” But I didn’t want to buy a new ticket — I simply wanted to correct the data on the ticket I had already paid for, which I purchased just 5 minutes earlier. I contacted support immediately to report a system error, not a mistake on my part. How could I possibly know that once you enter data and click “continue”, the system will lock in the very first version of the input — even if you go back and rewrite everything? The app lets you go back and re-enter your details, so why allow that if the changes won’t actually be saved? This was not a typo or one wrong letter. It wasn’t even a personal mistake on my part. This was a case of the system failing to save updated information during the booking process — yet they blamed me, refused a proper investigation, and denied a refund. To make it worse: • Support takes anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour to reply. • They kept repeating irrelevant messages like “the system does not generate data automatically,” even though I never claimed that. • They ignored my clear explanation and insisted everything was my fault. Even worse, at one point they told me they would check my case with their technical team. After that, they said nothing for several days. When I followed up and asked if they had done the technical review as promised, they simply repeated the same line: “The system does not enter data automatically.” This made it clear that they likely never investigated anything — they were just hoping I’d give up and stop asking. In the end, I had to pay twice for the same trip, because their app failed — and their support failed worse. If you book here, be warned: if something goes wrong, you’ll be blamed, ignored, and told to pay again.
