👌🙏
Poor drivers
They cancel last minute, refuse to take rides absolute garbage
Doesn’t show up
We reserved a cab and it didn’t come at the time neither later. Also several requests cancelled. This happens in Athens where finding a cab can be hard but the coverage of the app is limited based on my recent experiences.
Much better than Uber!
During our stay in Athens, Uber typically gave us a choice between two 4-passenger taxis with no vehicle details whatsoever. Once we discoverd it, Taxi.gr dramatically improved our transportation experience. The app is simple to use and offers a variety of vehicle types from sedans to wagons to minivans. The vehicles were clean and premium quality. In addition, the drivers were professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this app!
Unreliable service ( Μη αξιόπιστη)
I was charged €9 for a taxi ride from Galatsi to Panormou. €9 for this route is too much, especially at a time when all the roads are empty. Before picking me up, the taxi canceled the ride. Nevertheless, the payment was processed normally. When I filed my complaint, customer service replied that “it’s no big deal, the money will be refunded.” In the end, they only refunded me €1. WARNING!!! Access to bank details must not be allowed!! …………………
Buggy
Impossible to choose the bottom item of the types of vehicles available, as it’s hidden behind the payment option widget.
Can receive code
App has to send sms code to verify but i won’t send…
It doesn’t work for me
The app had to send me a code on my phone number for it to work, but I don’t get the code.
Trash
Can I rate this zero stars? Drivers just accept your ride and then cancel it. Don’t even waste your time
Did not send the verification link.
Definitely started to think it was a ploy to get your data and information. This app did not function for me. Feels like a scam.
Doesn’t send verification code
Be careful with this app. They ask for your number to verify and never sent a code making it impossible to use the app. Possibly just a scam to get your info.
Scam, don’t use
Booked a taxi, the driver took forever to come to me. It said he would be 18 minutes to arrive to pick me up (already such a long time!!) and 25 minute later he hadn’t arrived. He was barely coming closer, so I cancelled and then was charged the full amount of the trip.
