I can’t even properly make a damn account I’m trying to use those bikes but it won’t let me confirm my account since I can’t even make a password and when it sends me the email to confirm the email adres it just sends me to the main page like fix this please I’m located in Bruges

Ben al lang blue bike gebruiker en hou echt van het systeem maar de website en klanten service is gewoon vreselijk. Ik had een probleem met het terug brengen van mijn fiets en ben totaal niet geholpen geweest.
Duur
Duur voor wat het is, 4€ aangerekend voor het opmerken en melden van een platte band. 5 seconden later kan ik dezelfde fiets terug lenen terwijl er gemeld is dat de achterband lek is. Nog werk aan de winkel…

70€ betalen per maand en als je dan iets te lang met de fiets rijdt moet je nog eens 7€ bijbetalen en omdat er op dat moment niet genoeg op mijn rekening stond blokkeren ze direct je account 👎🏻👎🏻

Een geweldig systeem om overal zonder probleem snel te geraken. Geen parkeerproblemen meer. Veel goedkoper dan auto. De fietsen zijn in zeer goede staat en lijken me dagelijks te worden nagekeken. Top
Never use again
It advertised like making your trip nice with the rental bike. But you have to return the bike to the original place. Which I didn’t know and got charged 20 euros when I returned it to another rental point without warning!
Facturation
Le service de facturation pour les abonnement ne fonctionne pas. Je dois rentrer des factures à mon employeur mais blue bike ne me les envoie pas.

De e bikes zijn niet meer te zien in kortrijk, zijn er geen meer/weggehaald?
Blue Bike al jaren mijn vriend.
Al jaren mijn steun en toeverlaat als ik met de trein reis. Zeker nu weer met Theater aan Zee. Om me snel te verplaatsen naar de vele voorstellingen die te ver zijn om met de voet af te leggen.

Suggestie voor toevoeging optie
Een suggestie is om in de App het ook mogelijk te maken om een annulering uit te voeren wannneer men zich bedenkt zo vermijd men dat er fietsen zogezegd voor +150uur worden ontleend die eigenlijk nog op de originele locatie staan.
Kwaliteit
Wat een prachtig en handige dienst: Ik ben nu al enkele jaren klant en de kwaliteit van het aanbod is er de laatste jaren enkel op vooruit gegaan.
Kompleet onbereikbare klantenservice
Als het dringend is (voor een probleem met je plan) kan je nergens bellen. Schandalig!
Domiciliëring + verlichte eenmalige kosten
Grote nadeel is geen alternatieven ivm betalingen. Je bent verplicht een domiciliëring te nemen + eenmalige kosten voor activeren van de diensten.

App werkt niet
Ik probeerde een fiets te reserveren maar ik kreeg constant een foutmelding. Nergens kon ik een sleutel krijgen want nu werken alle fietsen met een Bluetooth slot… Wat is het nut van een abonnement te betalen als de app niet eens goed werkt?

Perfecte ervaring
Net mijn eerste ervaring met blue bike gehad: app werkt vlot, eerste fiets (een electrische) in heel goede staat. Fijne rit en vlotte afhandeling. Een meer dan tevreden gebruiker

They hide and charge you a 12 euros subscription fee that renews automatically. When asked about it, they say it was written in their website, but actually nowhere in the app when you actually rent the bike.
App works, bike rental is affordable
Used this app for rides on consecutive days in Belgium and it worked perfectly both times. I was able to pause the ride and digitally lock and unlock the bike repeatedly as I visited multiple attractions. When I was finally done, the app successfully ended the ride. This is often a problem with other bike share apps, so I was thrilled Blue-Bike handled this well. The bike itself is the standard heavy clunky bike share model, but you can’t beat the rates. The one caveat is that, in most cases, you need to return the bike back to where you checked it out from. This was ideal for my situation, but may not work for some. Overall, this is the best ride share app I’ve used so far.

Teleurstellende ervaring
Ik ben erg boos dat Blue-bike zonder mijn toestemming zomaar een factuur van €12 heeft gestuurd. Er was geen duidelijke communicatie of goedkeuring van mijn kant voor de verlenging. Dit is misleidend en onprofessioneel. Ik verwacht snel een oplossing en een terugbetaling.
