Exclusion
This app is 100% against non Korean speakers of all nationalities. This app AND KQ need to take a lesson from K-pop platforms such as JYP and Weverse! Subtitles should be available for the artists as well as the fans! All we want is to connect. We want our questions seen and answered. We want to know the artist can see and understand us. Because we are more than willing to read and understand them. Look languages are difficult to learn and everyone feels more comfortable speaking their native language. Subtitles are an easy fix and for the app developers and the company a simple source of revenue. Are you just too lazy? Do you not have the skill level to add this, or is exclusion your intention?
Translations
Great app! Just hoping you’ll add live translations at some point so international fans can fully enjoy the lives too! Please and thank you!
Needs translations
Overall it’s fine, but most social media apps have translation for posts and I’d like to see that here. It’s annoying to have to copy/paste it every time I want to read it. Life translation would be amazing too. But one step at a time I guess.
No transactions for international fans on lives
I love hearing Ateez talk on POP lives, but I have to use an external app to translate which is frustrating and misses a lot. I don’t understand why they have translation on text but not on live. Many other apps (weverse, YouTube) can handle this. Please add!
TOKTOQ 알람이 아예 안 떠요
팝 이용권도 구독했고 알람 설정도 다 돼 있는데 어느 순간부터 알람이 아예 안 떠요. 게시물+공지+팝 전부다 알람 자체가 아~~~예 안 떠요 왜이럽니까 도대체?ㅜㅜ 뭐가 문제인 걸까요. 앱 삭제하고 재설치한 건데도 이러네요 해결방법 좀 알려주세요.
Extremely disappointing
This app is sooo disappointing for international fans. I’ve read reviews for it from 2 years ago complaining that there’s no translation feature. 2 years! There is still no translation feature & the app has had many improvement updates since then. Why hasn’t this been addressed by now? Ateez is a pretty successful group & has a lot of international fans. Those fans deserve Ateez content too
알림 딜레이
IOS에서 알림이 5-10분씩 딜레이되어 뜨고 있습니다. 라이브서비스를 진행하는 어플인데 실시간 알림을 보내지 못하는건 치명적이라고 생각되네요. 개선 바랍니다.
Needs Translation
Unless you’re Korean, the POP Live feature is useless as it does not include live translation like Weverse. Also, it would be helpful if the announcements were translated to the user’s language.
Tips
Please just add your groups to Weverse. I know this app makes you way more revenue but no one really uses it anyways. Fans of xikers and ATEEZ will really enjoy this and it may expand their fandoms if you add them to Weverse. The app is great but some things in general need to be fixed.

Love the app but it doesn’t work well
I tried to buy the membership but when I tried to pay it made me go to settings and put in my password and after I did it I went back to the app and it says the sever doesn’t work no more and I keep trying again but the same thing keeps happening.

Pop live
Please add an auto-translate features for international Atiny. 🙏🙏🙏 We would love to have know what Ateez are saying so we can join the conversations too. Also add a split screen feature so that other members can join each other’s pop lives.

Love it!
As an international fan there’s sometimes not a lot offered to us. That’s why I love this app, I get access to member posts and livestreams and it only cost like $15 for the whole year! More than worth it for me. I have no issues with the app, everything works as it should and I always get notifications of when members of my favorite group go live.

i miss my man posting and going live bc notifs decide to turn off randomly smh 😓
알람
알람 자꾸 안뜨게 하실겁니까. 알람문제같은건 바로바로 체크해서 처리해주세요ㅜㅠㅠ 지금 아이폰 알람 안울립니다
lacking in many aspects
it’s gotten slightly better since the first time i downloaded it but its very clear the company does not care about making things accessible for fans that aren’t korean. the lack of translations in any language, the fact that lives aren’t saved to watch later if we’ve missed them in real time. it’s obvious that they’re catering to only one part of an ever growing fandom. putting things like lives behind a paywall and making us pay for untranslated content AND we’re paying to miss lives if we don’t live in the same time zone as the boys whenever they are when they’re able to go live… either kp needs to step up their p*ssy UP or make lives free so we aren’t wasting our time and more importantly, our money.
Decent but it needs upgrade
Overall, the app is nice but it needs a live translation option for the live chats, similar to Weverse. Without that feature, live chats are a waste if I can’t understand what the member is saying. This is also a barrier with written announcements from the company. We have to highlight them and translate them into our desired language instead of it being auto-translated into our preferred language.
이것좀고챠주세여
다 좋은데 라이브보면서 다른앱 킬수잇게 해주세요 .. 앱나가면 라이브도 꺼지는게 너무 아쉬움 ㅠㅠ
Translation
This app is useless for international fans who cannot translate to their native languages in order to communicate with ateez. Why isn’t their a translation option? I will not purchase this apps membership unless changes are done. Also the membership price is too expensive.
다른멤버 팝 알림
저는 다른 멤버 팝 알림도 같이 오는거 좋은데…다시 바꿔주실수는 없을까요… 지금 바뀐거 빼면 나머지는 다 괜찮아요…적응되가지구..
$$$$
I appreciate this app allowing me to view my favorite artists, but I don’t like that I need to pay for lives. So silly. Weverse allows us to view artists’ lives without paying extra. What is the purpose if paying a membership fee!
Device
The app is really great, but I would like it if I could sign in with google because I forget my password a lot. I also want it to be iPad compatible. Just saying. I love the app though
Unusable
Very unusable app because of how many separate purchases there are. Very inaccessible? Every single thing is behind a paywall so the free context left over is very lackluster and not enjoyable. It is too expensive to justify. If everything was one price or the prices were lower, this app would be much more enjoyable and usable.
About translation
Pls use Papago translation,Google translation is not good 🥹
subscription for what??
paying for a membership and then paying to see live videos and messages for an additional fee PER MEMBER when the app doesn't even send notifs (yes i've checked in-app and in settings to see if notifs are on) so i miss everything that i am literally paying for.
Translation
Sometimes there’s no translation even the video membership content . Please consider it for international fans . Thank you

bug issues and payments
charging for monthly subscription on top of the membership subscription that clearly stated we will have certain benefits on an app that has so many bug issues and problems is not okay.

it’s a bit sad
notifications don’t work for me. b.stage notifications used to work perfectly fine for me & i was notified when the members were online. but now i have no clue when they chat or come by except through the email option which usually only notifies of popchat. which is a bit useless for us non-members. with all these new inclusions of popchat and poplives, for those of us who are non-members, we are getting pretty much nothing. personally i can’t help but feel left out.
Can’t pay for membership
Jeez I’ve been trying to buy the membership but it keeps saying that the page is not working! I’ve tried to pay for 7 times, and I don’t know why the purchase can’t be processed. At least provide accurate feedback or auto save the info I need to type when buying the membership. PLEASE HELP! THE UX IS AWFUL. ITS SO ANNOYING. otherwise, I look forward to join the live some day! But pleeeeease let me buy!
😂😂
عشقي في وحدة تقول بعت اعضائي كلها عشان احضر لهم في الرياض هههههه
Translation
Translations are added but it’s not as accurate nor does it generate properly for example during the lives the translation generator doesn’t work for me at all and the live chats aren’t as accurate either
It’s not that bad
The app is better than B-Stage in terms of usage. Yes, they make you pay for content but $12 a year and each month you can renew special subscriptions (which are free atm if you apply it within the few days they give you). This is still way cheaper than when Universe was a thing. It’s not horrible but it’s not accessible for fans who don’t have the money to afford all this.
Needs Improvement
I’m glad this app exists, but it needs a lot of improvements. The live chat feature gives waaay too much real estate to fan comments when all we want to see is the artist chat. Live comments from fans should either only be visible to the artist, like the old Universe private messaging feature, or should always be collapsible. The live pop video also does not always work. Sometimes the artist will switch to a live video, but the stream is frozen/silent/etc. The videos also go away after a few days, which honestly makes me really sad. Fans can’t always watch a replay right away, so we’re missing out on content. That’s super disheartening, especially since this is a paid service. Also, there is no translation, so the live chat is super limited for any fans who do not speak Korean.
It's okay.
I am a user who pays for majority of the things, in which I have zero problem with. But the only downfall is TRANSLATIONS!! There is barely any translations, plus even if there is then it's inaccurate. It's to the point I decipher most things myself.
بفلوس
منين اجيب فلوس بعت اعضائي عشان اشوفهم في الرياض
I know it’s new but they have too many fans for this mess
Look I know this ain’t weverse. But the quality of the live stream is horrible and the streams are deleted without ever uploading subtitles. I’m not Korean but I love watching live in the moment without subtitles, but I like to go back and watch with subtitles so I can go back and match the moments to what was said. I think the most important thing is video quality and subtitles released in a timely matter. I love Ateez so much and I want the best for them but this app ain’t it.
Amazing app but there is a problem!
Please support the application with simultaneous translation .. To all fans from around the world 🇸🇦 Thank you for your love for us
Poor Notifications
The app itself is decent if you are a member. The notifications are not good. Notifications used to come through and popup on my phone screen like a text would but now they just get sent by email. Email notifications are slower so by the time you get it the love chat or video is over…the push notifications to the phone and Lock Screen need to be brought back.
this app coul bd perfect but,,,
the fact that im obligated to have a paid membership to be able to watch ateez livestreams bafflea me and nnot because i think ateez aint worth itb but because i dont think atiny should be charged for the lives Also the fact tht this app makez it so difficult to pay for the membership pisses me off fix it please i hate that im missing the livez and exclusivemembership content
🐿️⭐️🐶🐩🐱🐣🦊🐻
It’s easy to catch up Artists’s latest schedules & updated contents. If you already have the membership on bstage, you can login with same ID & password so you don’t have to pay membership fee twice. Also membership includes 1month free pop-talk (PM, voice msg & face cam) experience.
Needs to be more inclusive
Make livestreams free, ateez are all about keeping atiny happy and involved but you guys are doing the complete opposite. Like is KQ in debt again? Is is everything they do involve money these days?
Great app but needs improvement
I was very excited to see that ATEEZ were getting their own app. It’s nice and I really like the updates I get from the Ateez. The pop feature is fun as well, but it would be nice if the area where you see other people interacting to be minimized somehow since it’s very distracting and I would like to focus more on what the artist is writing. Also I hope that in the future it could have a feature where we can translate the text the artist sends, many international fans use the app as well and we understand that the artists main language is Korean and it’s their main target, but by just simply adding a way where international fans can translate the text so they can also understand what’s going on would be very appropriate.
Issues
I had many issues with the app. At first I had B.Stage which I had the membership for. When I switched to Toktoq, it cancelled my membership and made me pay again. To me, another $12 isn’t much even though I’m a college student. I have enough saved to spend an extra $12, but that’s not where the major problem occurred. When I tried getting the Membership again, it said error a total of 9 times before it went through, and by the 10th time when it did go through, it ended up being past the period of the POP free subscription. Are you kidding me? I tried paying for the membership over the course of 3 days and it had NOTHING to do with my card, it was the app itself. And by the third day the POP free period was over and now I have to pay extra for each members subscriptions. None of this was my fault and it’s extremely frustrating that they’re making me pay more. Super money hungry.
Hoping for translators in the app
I really wish there are translators in the app :(
