Tumbler press
It arrived and is a beautiful color. It takes up quite a bit of space. I wasn’t pleased with my first product a 15 oz mug. It didn’t sublimate as vivid as I like.

Definitely want the old version back. Trying to print an image for sublimation and everything is circular then it gets to the print preview and it is showing as oval ?????
Can’t use own fonts on iOS app
So far that’s the only bummer
Very great
This product is amazing
Bad
Cannot log into my account even after changing the password. When I emailed LOKLiK, the email bounced back as undeliverable
Keeps Getting Better.
When I bought my Crafter soon after launch in 2023, the app was terrible. The most basic task of adding a library image and then cutting worked fine, but anything that you wanted to create yourself was a nightmare. Even simple text manipulation was virtually impossible, with poor font support and very limited editing capability. And, let’s not mention the dreaded Print & Cut. Two years on and this app is now actually good, but there’s still more to be done. However, LOKLiK really listens to us, their customers, and they try to help and keep improving, unlike Cricut!
Needs some work
Keeps shutting down randomly

Love the app and the equipment.
Heat phone case template upload
I selected the phone case template and it doesn’t upload in the canva 😡
Great! But…
Is great, a lot of free designs, you can make your own too, it has ai (not a fan but I guess is a “pro” for others), I love it, but I would love if you could move the registration lines to use more of the page for example, maybe more options or to be able to move it manually? can you guys make that happen? Or is not possible?

The first week it worked great.
The first week it worked great. I had a play about with the provided text and images, getting used to the machine and was pleased with my progress. Then Bam, it is now trying to cut items from the centre of the mat. I can’t align it as people have suggested as I don’t have a printer to do this! Not sure if having one would even help, as the app is basic on the iPad and I don’t have a laptop. Maybe I expected to much! Help

Useless app
I barely use my machine because the app is so rubbish. The fonts are horrendous and half of them it won’t let me select anyway. Wish I’d just got a Cricut now!
Design Studio
I have the app downloaded but when I go to design, I don’t have the option of the ideal studio. Is it not available on I-Phone 11?
Work needed. Original was kind of better
Wish I never did the update. Love the New images and variety of Options. Even though there are some great new and variety of images…, It was doing better without the upgrade. *The font options/function not so well. *Every time I scroll down to a certain point, looking through the images, it kicks me out of the whole system. * I was able to print to the full length of my materials no matter the size. Now there is a perimeter limiting me from printing as I want/need. *I still can’t figure out how to import images/files from other places/apps to LokLik so I can print/use them. Even though it did need some upgrade, is there anyway I can switch the settings back to the Original until the update is better?
Probando
Estoy recibiendo heat press y es súper amigable , espero hacer muchos proyectos
Useless
Since they’ve updated their app, it’s become absolutely useless. I’m losing money because of them right now because the files are not transferring to the canvas and it’s impossible to transfer my files into the app. The older app was SO MUCH BETTER. This one is absolute trash.
Red Lines
I’m just here to say that those red lines in the canvas are USELESS. i don’t know why you put. I cant see any reason why it’s there. we cant maximize the materials because we have to adjust it according to those red lines. REMOVE IT!!
Can only import svg?
I downloaded this app to test it out before buying the same brand cutter. When testing I discovered that the only file type the app will import is svg? Even after you have an svg it has to be tiny in size! Why not png? Other cutter apps will import png without a problem. I want this for stickers made in another app and I need png support.
LOKLiK
Very good app gets the job done
Rubbish
Since they have revamped the app it’s just useless the old version was 1000 times better and easier to use only used it a couple of time since new version were I was using it constantly on old version just can’t be bothered now might even give up and just sell the machine
Bon logiciel gratuit
Dommage que le moteur de recherche de la bibliothèque ne soit pas toujours performant.
Not so good
I haven’t been able to use the printer because I’m unable to import any of my files. They require svg, and I’ve used adobe illustrator to save as svg and then the files are too big to be imported… it’s not at all useful if I can’t print my own images
Love it
It’s the best
NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!
This software would be amazing if some features actually worked!!!!! I can not install any new fonts and yes I’ve tried both file types!! I create in procreate then export and convert to svg import to LOKLiK design to cut and even that’s a hit and miss!!! The pause button on the machine does not work at all. Maybe in a few years they will be as good as Design Space…
Print and Cut Feature
Hi. When will the print and cut be available in IOS? And you please add more fonts? Thank you.
Update required
While I appreciate that this is a fairly new product. The design space is missing a lot of features ie, font change , offset, ability to upload large files/png & pdf files for print & cut.
Easy and high quality
Definitely recommend
Only works well with apple products
Pros: Can make decent designs with the free ones they have in the app & thats mainly bc of the vinyl. Cons: The app doesn’t work with chrome book , all of the features are limited and doesn’t connect to the machine at all , even with the cord plugged in The app for iPhone only allows so many features but due to me not being able to use my laptop/ Chromebook I am limited to my phone.. I have a hard time uploading svg files , one minute their too big to upload and the next my file is all jumbled up..like the letters are somehow layered and compiled on top of each other.. so I’ve given up I’m hoping that with a MacBook I have a wayyy better experience.. Overall the machine is great..it’s just that the app seems like it was lazily made… it’s not compatible with all devices as it should
Nice to get to work
Right on time came earlier than I thought
Useless
No matter what I try to do it will not stay connected for longer than 10 seconds via Bluetooth on my iPad or iPhone no help online anywhere looks like it’s got to be returned and goin g with cricut
Love loklik
Love loklik studio so much and the machines that go along with it. This is by far the easiest software to navigate over other big brand softwares. Not only are the machines phenomenal but the people are too and listen to their customers and give all the right updates the software needs for us . New features are already on there way!
Worst app ever
The machine is amazing, but the app makes me regret buying it, it’s the worst experience I’ve had in my life, super slow, freezing all the time, not recognizing my avg the way I made them, basically useless.
