The app is too faulted for comfort
The app is full of bugs, problems and issues that hinder my usage. One simple accidental screenshot could obliterate your one time entry exam score and delete all of your question answers for some reason. I was almost done with my exam after 35 minutes of solving when I accidentally triggered a screenshot on my iPad that froze off my screen in the process and the app demanded that I relaunch it or I could risk getting banned. I did relaunch it, but when I went to resume my exam I had found that the app removed all of my answers and assumed that I turned in the exam completely empty and now I have one more unsolved exam added to my collection due to the apps misfortunate functions. While this is one of many problems in it but it still does the job in playing videos effectively, but it could be better (not to mention that it’s existence is unnecessary and a website could be much more smoother and efficient)
البرنامج بيقفل لوحده بعد أقل من دقيقتين
البرنامج مبكملش فيه دقيقتين على بعض وألاقي البرنامج بيقفل لوحده
Good idea and organization but alot of crashes
For me I liked the idea and it organizes courses but there are some problems that must be fixed as soon as possible 1) we need to save the board lecture pdf to remind the lecture 2) fix app from crashes which happened with me lot of times 3) saving the qr code in ios is crashed and I tried alot and it didn’t work which made me screen shot it and maybe banned, this my experience until now and i wish to be improved
Fix your lags
The app is full of lags and it’s seriously so annoying. I can never finish a lecture in one sitting because every time it always lags somehow. Sometimes it suddenly closes and doesn’t let you log in again, Sometimes the video im watching keeps zooming and unzooming and when you open a lecture on your phone it never lets you adjust the speed. Simply it’s non-functional and they never seem to fix it. Oh and I almost forgot how it’s considered a virus on the laptop/PC So a lot of users can’t download it on their laptops/PC.
