What people like
- Buying tickets is straightforward and easy.
- Booking worked fine even when the website failed.
- Group bookings were smooth with no issues.
What they complain about
- Login fails and shows weird Chinese text.
- You cannot actually pay for your tickets.
- Date picker forces you to scroll forever.
Smooth Process
Booked tickets for a round trip from Jakarta to Bandung for a group of 5 via the app as a foreigner and the process was very smooth. No issues with registration, booking, and payment. I could even reschedule my tickets without additional charge an hour before my initial time-slot. Felt the need to share this review because more often than not, only bad reviews appear on the App store while good experiences with the app is not reported.
APP MURAHAN
gajelas mau login gabisa, generat kode verifikasi baru 4 detik udah expired. pesen tiket harus log in dulu tetep, yaudahlah kalo maj bangkrut
Great app and great trip
I had issues on the website. But was able to purchase tickets no problem on the app. Thanks!
Aplikasi lemah
App rating kalian jelek makanya ga heran. Jaga user base kalian secara baik, install rate besar tapi active user rendah buat apa.
Great App.
Pretty straightforward and easy to use to buy tickets.
Frustrating
Gak bisa log in pkai app walaupun udh tukar password
Unable to login
Hi Im not able to login using this iPhone. Where as i am able to login When using My desktop Computer. Please advice.
Useless app
Unable to log in, unable to change password and cant book anything because pp no is linked to old acct which I can’t access USELESS!!!!!
Can’t login
Unable to register and unable to forgot password. Both feature conflict with each other. One say account existed, one say account not exist.
Minus zero star
Edit name and it was saved but still goes back to before. Useless.
unable to login and unable to reset password
app is practically useless
not user friendly
users have to scroll the date fields from year 2099 to the desired date, does not allow user input, not user friendly at all
Aplikasi PAYAH !
Cannot pay
Login, select train, select passengers and seats but then no option to pay. No details of booking in the My bookings area. Can’t make another booking as system says there is already an unpaid booking. Completely useless. Website is worse. If this is the state of the tech being used, how long until the first crash…
