I’ve been playing this game for over 3 years now. I think the game has died out by now which is heartbreaking because I still play it at least once a day. I wish the game devs hadn’t given up on it.

Review from someone who’s been playing for a while
I love this game I really do but the large amount of lag and bugs make it genuinely so unbearable. Like it’s so fun but at the same time the bugs are freaking awful. There’s so many bugs in this game that I’m so tempted to just stop playing and I’ve been at max for a while now like open new shops or something. I used to play this game so much and loved it but now I barely open the game, it’s not even fun anymore. It’s like a chore nowadays.
Very Fun and Entertaining Game
I just downloaded this app a few days ago and I love how cute and entertaining it is. Everyday when I’m on a break or I come home, this is the first thing I go on. It is that fun and I would recommend trying it.

Some problems, but fun!
I really like this game, but I noticed some issues... 1. In the employee lounge, the furniture is sometimes shown as upside down. 2. The ads that are more than 30 seconds really irritate me, it seems unfair to offer free items that require ads up to 1 minute long to get! 3. Some instructions are unclear in the English version. This could be due to translation errors, but understanding the instructions for the Red Packet features are confusing and the purpose of the Guild is also unclear. Also, I'm unsure how to use the gold and purple Skill books. Overall, it's a very fun game despite the flaws.

I literally JUST got this game TODAY and it already won’t load, I’ve dealt with this kind of issue with a hello kitty game before so ig everything I did was for nothing. Thank god I didn’t spend any money on this app.
Dismiss Item Requests
I love the game but I wish it was optional to accept requests for new items from customers. I have gotten 10/10 items for the bakery in my game and I got a new request from a customer to get a new item in the bakery. I want to decline because I don’t know how to get more items at this time, I assume I need to star up but I can’t do that until I unlock the theme park. So, this item request will be sitting there for a very long time, and it’s going to bother me. So, I wish it was possible to dismiss item requests.

love it, but it broke
so the past couple days it won't even load in. i get the first loading screen but even at 100% it never fully loads and i cant play it. :( i love this game so much and its super cute but its broken.

not able to access my account
this morning i tried accessing my daily rewards but it wouldnt let me, so i deleted and redownloaded the app and now the app keeps shutting down every time i try to open it and it tells me to restart the app when i open it.
It’s a good game it just needs some improvement.
For example it’s really frustrating being the only person i know with an iphone to play this game because it isn’t “cross platform”. Please make sure android users can put in iphone codes vise versa!!! it would help a lot of ppl get more out of the game and would make it more enjoyable to play with friends overall. Also the hamsters should have some sort of mark stating what shop/delivery area they’d to best in instead of having to check what every one of them is good at til u find which one does best. Also sometimes in the research section it’ll sell something for the stars to get new items at the shops and it just doesn’t give me them. Truly this is one of the funnest and most entertaining games i’ve played and i’ve spent a good amount of money on it but some of the real money shops are confusing to use in my opinion. I’m gonna keep playing it as long the game isn’t ruined in future updates tho, hope you guys improve it!

Fun but buggy
i’ve played for a while, but never experienced issues till now. when i recently logged into the game, i went to the research screen. yk how you slowly unlock each section? i had already finished the entire thing, but upon checking it, the last two rows were locked again. when they unlocked, everything that had been there previously was lost, such as all my spawners which were of high level and literally all my most valuable objects were kept there too. i genuinely could not play the game further due to this, so i deleted it and reinstalled in the hopes that it would return to normal, but no. also, all my diamonds, and money were gone, but like the shops and employees were still there. idk what happened but i can’t really play anymore without spawners. 🥲🥲

New Guild System
I love this addicting little app, the guild system is a welcome addition! Two suggestions - let players know WHAT word/phrase in their post is “inappropriate”, I had a totally normal message have this happen and I could not figure out what was wrong so I just gave up trying to post it. Second if we could have a little “like” that you could put on a message in the guild so people know you’ve viewed it would be a good addition

Cute But Issues!
I love playing this game when I'm bored and it's super cute. But I opened the app today and for some reason the progress on my research board was deleted. The two bottom corner sections of my board reset and I lost my level 7 clothing rack, level 6 potted plant, level 6 cleaning cart, and 2 level 6 cluster slpendeds!! I don't understand what glitch could have made the game think I never unlocked those spots and reset them when I reached the figure shop already. Please fix this.

I love this game it’s so much fun and a great time killer I was waiting for my airplane to land and played this game for 6 hours straight 5 stars all the way
Update broke it
I’ve done everything I can think of, but the game just won’t load since the update before last. And the most recent update didn’t fix that, either. Please bring the game back. ;_; Note: I don’t have facebook and can’t contact the developers there. I also can’t find another way to reach them. Hence the review.
Fun game with issues
I really like the design and gameplay. I easily get rewards and level up without having to pay. Unfortunately, the take out screen has a lot of glitches. With not being able to get order rewards, hamsters showing up in multiple places. It’s very frustrating. If the devs would work on the takeout feature this game would greatly improve!!

I really enjoy this game. It's fun and very cute. I actually played this game for months and thought I lost everything when I got a new phone but customer service was very helpful and found my data and was able to give me old game back. Not sure if I'm making sense I'm quite sick but 10/10 game and service 👏🏼

Theres this add called “slow life “ I think and it starts with a furry/ dog lady and the mission is to do something but I forgot and the person playing the game a the beginning says “I like you “ and she says “are you joking?” And blushes and when she said you want to play with her it caught me of Gard. Now I want to talk about her appearance she had a turtle neck with no sleeves or neck she had a bell on her neck with a collar and at the end there was another girl that had very big boobs and when I thought those adds were over another one popped up she was posting with her but out and said “change my clothes because it’s hot outside” as a girl myself I am offended and ask if remove those adds because no 9 year old should have that experience and if not this game should be 17+

I deleted it today
I had worked so hard to get where I was and then I went to match some stuff for the research and all of my spawns were zapped away. All that hard work gone. And I couldn’t get it back. So I deleted it. It’s really upsetting when you put so much work into a game and all the progress is ruined.
