Poor execution
This app does not put customers first. You need a QR code from the app to access your locker which forces you to carry your phone on the gym floor (it’s the one time I get to put it down!). And the QR system allows you to open lockers belonging to other people. The developers can’t push fixes without needing multiple updates that you have to do at the turn style before you can access the gym. I think we’re on the 16th update so far this year. That’s 16 times I’ve had to stand at the gym entry, being refused access until I’ve updated the app. That’s amateur app development.
Strange move
When you're late for training, it's time to update the app to open the turnstile at the club. Apparently, that's what the developer thought when they made the update mandatory.
Not reliable
You always have to login, request an OTP. I don’t find it very complicated.
Very efficient app
Helpful to book appointments inside the gym for any service, get your car from valet and access the gym / manage memberships Could be nice if you can order food through the app to be prepared with food prep time / customization

from the horrible app to the horrible gym- save your time and energy and go to a gym that has values and respects their people

The app is currently not functioning as expected and crashes on opening. This appears to be a recurring issue, as the same problem occurred earlier this year for an extended period. This has a significant impact as several core services depend on the app. The lockers in the changing rooms are operated through the app, class bookings and schedule access are only available through the app, and valet service also depends on it. As a result, members are unable to fully access the gym when the app is not working, which significantly affects the overall experience.

Misleading
When you click into the memberships it’s states a headline price per year, however when you go to buy an option you quickly find out that this is supposed to be a “per month” price. The app is misleading and needs correcting

Why does it take so long to open a locker qr? It’s basically the main feature of the app and every time I need to wait for 10 seconds just to open my locker.
Reconsider
The app is ok, the frequent updates is too much, especially when you link the entry to the gym with the app update.
Been 20 minutes trying to understand the price of membership I give up
They ask to download the app it asks to full in a form i had already filled it says to long in but you can’t get off the page and long in is nowhere to be found
