Incredible
This app has completely changed the way that I view my daily cycle. As someone medicated for ADHD, I’m always very productive in the morning, and this app has shown me that when that hyper-focus ends, it doesn’t mean that the day is over. The sleep data is also phenomenal and bridges the gap between the bare bones Health app, and others that have too much info for average users. Looking forward to further updates!

A lovely app… better than the better known rival. The insights section is beautifully presented. If you can find a way to make the day view a little sleeker, this would be the perfect app. Accurate and worth the subscription if you want to plan your day around your circadian rhythm.
Wanted to love it
Been looking for an app like this but it feels undercooked. It may make sense to someone who has nothing planned in their day, but it’s not smart enough to determine optimal times when you have meetings and work and events. If only you can import your meetings, and work around them. Plus, it’s telling me bed time is 4am without and way to adjust or cancel the events in the day unless i change the settings.
Want to love this app
I like the visual chart of my daily rhythm and the overall minimalistic design of the app. However, it’s hard to trust the app when it’s always telling me my sleep quality is “Perfect” regardless of how little or poorly I slept. Over the past several months I stopped paying attention to the app because I wasn’t learning anything from it. Probably will not renew my subscription unless there are significant updates.
Insights that really help you
As a freelancer who works from home and has chronic pain this has really helped me reorganize my day to capitalize on when I’m able to work and when I should exercise. The interface is great and I’ve even contacted the developer with a suggestion which they are implementing soon.
Could be so good
Another app let down by reliance on phone for notifications. I don’t always have my phone with me. I need notifications triggered by the watch alone to alert me to the different stages. Otherwise good.

No puede ser que no se sincronice entre dispositivos, que si eliges un horario para las ingestas estas se añadan, pero también aparezcan las indicadas por la app en su horario. Ya que de este modo como, desayuno y ceno dos veces al día.
Leider nur eine halbe Sache
Ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung sagen, dass es sich lohnt, wenn man sich am Circadianen Rhythmus orientiert!! Und dabei unterstützt die App. Das Konzept der App stimmt soweit, leider hat sie aber ein großes Problem (zumindest bei mir): Die benötigten Daten werden aus Apple Health gezogen. Die App zieht aber nur die Schlafwerte. Die nächtliche Herzfrequenz und die HRV Werte werden von der App nicht abgeholt, obwohl sie in Apple Health vorliegen! Das ist bedauerlich und entwertet die App, weil so keine vollständige Analyse möglich ist. Von daher kommt für mich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ein Abo nicht infrage. Bitte nachbessern!

The alarm does not work, the sound does not work, it does not wake you up from sleep, and it does not contain wake-up tones.

L’app sarebbe stata spaziale se desse la possibilità di modificare la routine suggerita , e in base a queste modifiche comprendere meglio lo stress. Non è possibile energizzarsi o riposarsi alle 12.00 se lavori , così come non é pensabile cenare alle 17 del pomeriggio

Nice idea for an app but it doesn't do enough to warrant the subscription. It’s just a chart showing your circadian rhythm with some recommendations for what to do when. Most of the health days seems to be cribbed from Apple Health.
It’s a good app
I really like the app, it has actually helped with my life. I used to rise but it doesnt give as much advice as this app. Though I do feel rise is better with tracking sleep since they better accommodate for non Apple Watch folks

The app is fairly accurate and simple to use. The one thing that could make it better is the ability to indicate certain things like conditions someone might have like neurological or metabolic issues that could affect the energy rhythm presented on the app.
Janky watch sync
App works ok but the watch app/complication doesn’t sync after the last update… more annoying when I pay for that utility… no fix in a month I will stop

Update Broke Everything
Was hoping the upgrades to the chart would fix the problem of the chart only actually showing up about 20% of the time. Updated to 2024.4 and the app is just a blank white screen. Force quitting, deleting and reinstalling didn't change anything. My entire experience with this app the last 3 months is giving me the impression that you guys simply do not bug test before releasing "updates", which can't be true, but good god why is there always something broken? Every update just makes me more relieved that I'm not actually paying for the pro version 🥴

This is an outstanding app that's hard to find anything similar among its peers, can be considered a semi-exclusive software, and this latest update is particularly impressive.
Ständige Erinnerung auf Pro zu gehen, obwohl man Pro ist
Trotz Kontakt zu den Entwicklern ist über Monate und trotz einiger Updates nichts passiert, immer wieder nicht nutzbare Widgets weil man angeblich auf Pro upgraden muss. Allerdings bin ich schon Pro, sinnlos. So macht es keinen Spaß sich mit der App zu beschäftigen und wird nun endgültig deinstalliert.

Ich habe seit über einem guten Jahr eine Watch und trage auch auch meistens nachts. Laut diesen Daten schlägt mir die App unter 7 Stunden Schlaf vor. Ich weiß aus Erfahrung sicher, dass das nicht reicht.

The app opens just black and be frozen, it happens today. Please fixed! I love your app tremendously, highly grateful for developing this app.
App is Crazy
Telling me to have dinner at 4:40 AM and telling me to go to bed at 10:30 AM and sleep for 21 hours. I know that I’m behind in my sleep, but dinner time and time to go to bed are way off. This could be a bug caused due to me being behind sleep. But, as it stands, it is useless for me. Maybe other don’t have any sleep problems ans they aren’t behind in their sleep. I use AutoSleep and it imported close to 800 days of data. I also do go to bed rather late, around 1:30 AM. I guess my late bedtimes and problems sleeping and naps are throwing it’s algorithms way off.

Strange Data
I use multiple sleep tracking apps, all of which sync with Apple Health. I installed this app, allowed access to my other data, yet it insists my bedtime should be 4 AM. The routines it prescribes run such wildly inaccurate times, and none of it makes sense. There are no settings to correct these times, as apparently it makes its own calculations. It has a reasonable sleep goal (6.5 hrs), knows when I want to wake up (around 7), but still suggests 4 AM bedtime. There are much better and more reliable tracking tools out there that give ACCURATE information, so I’d hard pass on this one.
