Love the Game But
This game has been amazing to play - I’ve met wonderful people in an alliance that spans the globe. However, recently, someone with ridiculously deep pockets has decided to destroy our “realm”. It seems like a poor business practice to allow a bully, even one who can spend seemingly unlimited dollars, to completely ruin the game for the majority. Until she is banned or removed, the game becomes completely unplayable. There is no sense spending money on it since there is no hope of beating her. There should be a way to allow a realm to block or kick someone out if the majority agree. To prevent this type of thing. Because as it stands now, we will lose some wonderful players. I know the game is designed to make the company money and I am totally ok with that. It is a GREAT game and I don’t mind spending on it. But - it cannot be so heavily skewed against the majority when one crazy person decides to destroy ALL of a realm. Please fix this so we can get back to playing (and spending) in peace (and war). Thank you.

I love the game but I’d like more instructions and to FIX THE BUG with the free attempts-it only gives you one no matter how many you have accrued.
Fun game, lame community
The game is what you expect and pretty good for the genre. However, you must have an alliance to really do anything, and if you don’t have discord or feel like making an account then you just get kicked from every alliance. So essentially, if you don’t like social media then it’s essentially unplayable.
Constant parade of bots
The game itself isn't bad. It actually is a good way to spend time, but once you join an alliance you are constantly getting messages from bots, trying to get you to play other games other games.

Game overall is really nice and good but I’ve seen a lot of scams happen from this game where people ask for your discord id make you download a different game to hack your phone.

The game has no attention to free to play at all with the whole screen being littered with purchases with no way to get anywhere without spending money on a game I will play once and never again

Be aware you get several dm a day about downloading discord and message alliance leader with weird discord name like dms4813
sometimes rigged
sometimes the bosses just start doing powers out of their bum. They start off lightly then towards the end they want to start trying it’s so dumb. Fix your game barely even gets any plays lol you guys are horrible.
Very confusing
I started playing this game because I liked the ad where it showed the fights and upgrades. But the more I play, the more confusing it becomes. I can’t keep track of the task, what to do when, where to go. And I had to join an allegiance with more confusing elements. It ‘s too much.

Good Game
This is a great game but there is far too much upgrading of buildings. I think it could be better if your hero’s could also be upgraded by the battles they fight not just by potions & items you have to buy. I also think there should be more things to spend your diamonds on to help upgrade/enhance your heroes.
Annoying tutorial
You need an option to bypass the tutorial bc it is extremely annoying and aggressive. I have deleted games just for their annoying tutorials.

I would rate 5 if you did not have to spend your entire life money on just trying to enjoy the game. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAKING PACKS NOT 50$ and not have to spend 400$ or more for a skin !! Are you kidding me ?? That is just insane.. I never in my life saw a game that was this expensive.. it is probably disgusting how much money they make.
Arena Needs Major Changes! Fun Game Overall!
After 3 or 4 months of playing Puzzles & Chaos. I found the way Arena is confusing. However the rest of the game is amazing! I would love to see more Multiple Element Heroes love Anastasia and Valerius. And I would love to see more centaur heroes like Dolly! Even Harpy Heroes! Since you do battle against then. I recommend this game to anyone who likes this style of game! Definitely 5 Star!

This app is NOT exciting, challenging, or entertaining! It’s a circle of boring, useless fodder! It’s like chewing a piece of gum that someone else spit out after chewing away all the flavor! Don’t waste your life away on this SENSELESS app!
An okay Team Strategy Game
There’s no ads nor are there subscriptions. Yet there are a lot of purchase packs, so you need to pay to win. It also requires a lot of wifi/data and battery to run the app on your phone. It is an awful like SOS or Last Fortress, zombie survival games that are also Team Strategy games with the same idea of paying to win. First you get your base set up through the tutorial, then you join the chat to find an alliance or join one because you’re prompted to join/create. Then you need to claim resources through gaining powerful warriors, stealing/harvesting, killing beasts, and building armies. The art is great. Typical nonsensical outfits like skimpy fighting gear for women, yet amazing cool armour for men. The art is cohesive through all aspects. Wish I knew who the artists were because they have an eye for detail.
Could be a lot better, could be a little worse.
The mechanics of this game are kind of fun, marching, pillaging, customized citadel, those things can be fun, but it’s very slow. Recovering necessary means of playing (Ap and stamina) take over 8 hours to refill. Citadels begin taking tens of millions of resources, but the resource sites one can farm only offers 400k and that’s only for wood and food. The real necessary resources like stones and iron are much harder to come by. For example: one gets 20k iron from a level 7 iron site… to upgrade my citadel I need around 30 million. I get wanting scarcity in the game, but I’m one person in one alliance… there are 12 alliances with almost 100 players in each in my server. Genuinely it’s nearly impossible to make progress. If you want to pay to win, you have to pay a lot to win and at that point it isn’t a game, it’s an investment with no personal rewards but “my citadel looks good” Also… the muting is ridiculous. I’ve been muted 3 times in the last month over random “key words” they won’t specify and that’s been frustrating. To make it worse, they claim I am unmuted, but any time I try to chat it says I am muted. Horrible customer service. I’ve even emailed the devs directly and nothing has changed. The only redeeming factor to this game is the chat feature. I’ve built some interesting bonds with people all over the world… but I can’t even talk to them because my account is muted.
Good concept but too grind-heavy later in the game
I played Puzzles & Chaos for a long time and finally quit around level 26 because the resource grind became overwhelming. The food requirements alone started taking months without spending money. The game begins fun, but later progression feels heavily pay-to-win. Alliance events create pressure to constantly keep up, and free-to-play players can easily fall behind or get removed from alliances for not progressing fast enough. There’s too much waiting, too many timers, and not enough resources for casual players. What started as entertainment eventually felt more like stress and obligation. The developers really need to rebalance higher-level resource costs and make the game more friendly to free-to-play players if they want people to keep playing long term.

Fun at first
This game should be called chasing the dragon. Constantly having to do one thing just to do another thing. Oh you wanna upgrade your castle? Guess you better upgrade your health tent first. Oh wanna upgrade your health tent better upgrade your residence first. Oh wanna upgrade your residence you need to upgrade your farm first. And so on and so on. Beating your head against a brick wall of enemies thats 1 or 2 shot you because you dont have enough resources to upgrade because you need to upgrade your castle first.

Ads look absolutely nothing like the actual game play. Events are set up so purchases have to be made to complete them.

Played this game from testerup, got paid £46 to finish tasks. Then I just continue playing for fun. Never spend a penny, I am progressing fast and I am one of best players in my alliance now, and my alliance is the strongest in K336
Don’t play!
You will enjoy the game all the way until you open the sapphire mine! That when you start having to pay! You can not go any further with out spending money from this point you can not do this part I enjoyed until I did not being forced to have to spend money to go further!

I just started playing this game so far it seems half decent will write another review once I get further into the game
Too many Menus
The battle gameplay is fun but there are so many menus I get lost and feel like I’m wasting my time so I’m deleting the game.
Interesting but pay to go!
This game is quite fun and has you warring with other groups if you join alliances. There can be great comradeship with other players. The puzzles are ok. It gets a bit confusing with so many side-games. However it seems you have to have bundles of cash to get anywhere, so not great if you don’t have spare money!

Great graphics, good game play… A lot like other build a world multiplayer camp games, but a little more polished. You don’t need to pay to upgrade either. Over all game is enjoyable.
This is NOT IT
This game kinda just… sucks. The character design is AMAZING but I’ve played many games like this and this one is just not fun. Also, silly things like speed up in battles and auto play are behind a VIP paywall?!? Also, don’t commit to any alliances unless you decide to communicate with the leaders on other platforms. They want you to add them on Discord, WhatsApp, etc. It’s totally fine to have those for the community but if you don’t take part they kick you out even if you actually help your alliance. I’ve been kicked from like 4 or 5 in one day. After a while I stopped caring. Why am I going to contribute just to get kicked? That’s insane! I just can’t. This game is NOT it. Honestly they probably took a bunch of scrapped game concepts together and mushed it into something to try to make money.

Do not spend money
Customer service is a joke. An event that tracks diamond consumption glitched and did not track over 160k worth of my diamonds. In game this would be over $530 worth of diamonds I had combined saved and bought, I emailed them videos and screenshots and a very detailed timeline on this matter, 25 emails back and fourth since the event on March 28th for them to tell me yesterday “oh well it’s been to long since the event there is nothing we will do about it now” Developers only care about the money you spend and not actually helping if there is an issue. Pay to win game. Do not waste your time
I liked the game, but it reset my progress!
I have played this game and found that I quite enjoyed it, so I purchased one of the offers given to get one of the hero’s on offer. Life happened and I set the game to the side for a few months, only to open it and find that all of my progress has been lost and I’m starting at the beginning and everything I had is gone! I don’t know what happened and I’m sad because this game is fun to play.
